One of Folly's Best! This raised three-bedroom two bath home is a classic beach retreat, a place to relax and enjoy. The perfect place to build wonderful family memories. A short stroll to Center Street and the beach; a mere 20 minute drive to downtown Charleston! When you walk into this classic Folly Beach home, you will find an open-concept living room and kitchen area. 2 of the rooms and one of the bathrooms stem off from the living room. The third bedroom stems from the mudroom/laundry area. There are three comfortable bedrooms with smart TVs in each and a wonderful large porch with seating for the whole family and a dinner table for alfresco meals! The master bathroom has a shower. The shared bathroom for the guestrooms and living room has a combination shower and bathtub. This house also features an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Your Folly Retreat

Right on the beach access path just one block to the water and just three blocks walking to shops and restaurants.

We loved our stay at The Folly House. One block from the beach, the outdoor shower was great, the house was clean and cozy. Unfortunately the beach was being re-nourished while we were there and we couldn't use the beach near us. We ended up renting a cart and traveled to the West side for beach access.

We loved our stay so much and can’t wait to stay again. Clean, close proximity to beach, store, restaurants, shops. Definitely enough for our family gathering. Outside deck was really nice space as well
