Guests can expect roughly a 13–16 minute walk or a 3–4 minute bike ride. The best route is to follow the Palmetto Dunes paths toward the Dunes House and oceanfront.

Golf, tennis, pickleball, bike rentals, kayaking, and more are all close by. When you’re ready to explore beyond Palmetto Dunes, head to Shelter Cove for shopping, restaurants, and scenic harbor views.

Step inside this coastal-chic townhome and settle into a spacious layout designed for relaxing together. The living room features a large TV and sliding doors leading to the deck, where you can fire up the grill and enjoy dinner outdoors. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and a dishwasher, while the dining table seats six for family meals, cards, or game night.

The first-floor primary suite features a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and access to the back deck. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms each offer a queen bed and Smart TV and share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom.
