One of Hilton Head’s Best! 2312 Villamare is a 2BR/2BA beach retreat that comfortably sleeps 6 guests. Located in the Palmetto Dunes community, Villamare offers an array of amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, a gym, and convenient beach access with outdoor showers. The community will have a heated pool through November 30th. There is also a fire pit available over the winter to relax with friends and family in the cooler evenings.
The location is hard to beat, with multiple golf courses, local restaurants, and beautiful parks just a leisurely drive away. Spend your vacation on island time with the community’s beach access within walking distance of this condo.

This unit has everything you need for a peaceful and comfortable stay. The stylish living room is the perfect spot to relax and catch up on your favorite show, or step out onto the patio to enjoy the tropical foliage surrounding the complex. The fully stocked kitchen includes a dishwasher and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. A washer and dryer are conveniently located just off the kitchen.

The two bedrooms are located on opposite ends of the condo, providing added privacy. The primary bedroom features a king bed, while the second bedroom offers two double beds. Each bedroom includes balcony access and its own attached full bathroom, giving everyone their own comfortable space during the stay.

This property is not pet-friendly. Your reservation includes one parking pass for the duration of your stay, with parking available for up to 2 cars total. If you are bringing a second vehicle, an additional resort parking pass may be purchased through your guest account. More than 2 cars are not permitted.

While we manage this property, we do not manage the maintenance of the building. All photos are current and accurately depict the property. Please book with confidence.

Loved this place! Super quick walk to the beach, which made coastal trips totally effortless. The pool was pristine and refreshing, and the hot tub was the absolute best way to unwind in the evening. Everything was smooth, comfy, and super relaxing. Would definitely stay here again!

We love Palmetto Dunes, it is the perfect location on the island. Villamare is a nice property - right on the beach with a really nice pool area. This condo has a beautiful view from the balcony. We stayed 4 nights and found it to have everything we needed.

Everything was 5 stars. The only downfall was we weren't on the list for the parking pass, one phone call and that was taken care of immediately. Then our code we were given to the room didn't work and they had to remotely open the door and gave us a new code. But after that everything was awesome!

Wonderful property!
My husband and our two kids (10 and 6) loved this property! The separate bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for us. We cooked breakfast each morning and loved the view! We didn't want to leave!

Great Stay
Really enjoyed our stay. Condo was so nice and clean. Great views. The only issue we had was trying to get our 2nd parking pass. Rental company was great at trying to get the issue resolved. The pass office had set the 2nd pass to the side, but finally found it.

Weekend Getaway
