What a great house! It was the perfect size for my spouse and me. The furnishings were extremely comfortable and the kitchen was one of the best equipped I’ve stayed in. The appliances, dishes, pots and pans were high quality and the kitchen was very organized and well thought out. We would stay here again!

Fellow Air B&B owner here. This place was just as the pictures looked. Very clean. Very well thought out renovation of an older home. So cute and quaint. Has a little wear that would expect from an older home used as a vacation rental. A perfect fit for 2 couples. I love being able to to laundry on vacation. Landscape is beautiful around the house and the whole neighborhood. The corner lot had lots of easy parking and a straight shot to the beach access. The door passcode was easy to remember for everyone. I’m sure you get frustrated when people leave suggestions, but…. A few beach towels would be nice for the people who fly in and don’t have room in their luggage and I assumed there would be coffee.
We hit Whole Foods on our way in. Also, nice high end appliances and good working air conditioning. We are big in recycling so trash and recycling can right outside the house was nice. Thanks.

The cottage is immaculate, well-appointed, and as advertised. It was mostly quiet even though town was hopping for the Easter holiday - get it? It was perfect for two couples, each having their own bathroom. Beds were very comfortable, pillows were so-so. Overall, it was an excellent stay.

This was absolutely the best place we have stayed so far. The house was the perfect size for the four of us. I was beautifully decorated and really felt like we were staying in someone’s personal home. The location was just right. Two blocks from the beach and a short pleasant walk to shops and restaurants. We were very happy with the appearance overall of the cottage inside and out. It was also very well stocked with kitchen items, comforters, sheets, towels. The location was awesome as our family was only 2 blocks away, the tennis courts were 2 blocks away, the beach was 3 blocks away. We've been to folly beach several times before but this so far has been our favorite place and hope to stay here again.

Very pleased with our stay in the Champagne Cottage even though the notebook has it misspelled as the Champange Cottage!! Very short walk to the beach was nice. The home next door was in the midst of construction which was a bit bothersome but tolerable. Clean, roomy enough, comfortable beds. We would stay there again.

We loved that the kitchen had all the cooking essentials and then some. The house had plenty of parking spaces. An outdoor area or hose for rinsing sand from the beach off outside would be a nice addition!

It was the perfect place for us. We congested at the house, but in the evening everyone went their way. It was nice to have the extra room and it was used the first night by our friends but the rest of the time it was nice for my husband and I to have our own time. Perfect reunion after 45 years!

My sister and I rented this cottage for a weekend get-away, and we loved our time here. The cottage was super clean and beautifully decorated with all new furniture and kitchen appliances. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could ever need including refrigerator with ice maker, toaster, Keurig and coffee pot, cutting boards, knives, serving pieces, bakeware, etc. The living room and kitchen are open to each other, and with the high ceiling, it felt very spacious. We enjoyed the deck with chairs and table under a large oak tree for outdoor time. The yard was well maintained. The cottage has two bathrooms so we could each have our own which was a nice perk. It was a short two-block walk to the beach and a four-block walk to Center Street which was super convenient. There was plenty of room to park two cars just off the street by the entry door. Coupled with the fact that there are only about four steps up to the door made it super easy to load and unload. All in all this cottage was just perfect! We can't wait to come back to Folly Beach and stay at Champagne Cottage again.

The house was very clean and convenient for visiting the beach! I loved that they had essentials for us to use like dish soap, paper towelsz shampoo, etc. The washing machine/dryer was a nice bonus. The beds were comfortable and the kids loved having a TV in the bedroom. The only negative was no blinds on the high windows in one bedroom so we woke as soon as the sun came up. We loved staying here and would choose the cottage again.

This property was perfect! The house was clean and very well taken care of! The house was close to the cutest grocery store I have ever seen called Bert’s! Walking distance to Bert’s and The liquor store. Oh and Bert’s has free coffee in the mornings! The house was walking distance to the beach and also to the main strip of Folly Beach where restaurants bars and retail shops are located. I would definitely stay here again and again! Make sure that you get the dessert from Bert’s, the cheesecake is to die for! I felt very very safe in this area also!

My college age son, my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay at The Champagne Cottage! The house was small but very open and did not feel small-every space is used to it's best use! We have rented many times before (big houses too) and this was one of the best stocked kitchens we have rented! We also enjoyed the small deck outside! I would highly recommend this property.

The property was so clean we wondered if we might be the first to stay in the home. It was a very short walk to the beach (5 minutes or less) and the beach was so nice. Water was warm, a nice breeze all day and then back to a relaxing evening at home. If you are looking for a restful, laid back vacation this home fits the bill!
