We had a great weekend staying at this condo! Perfect for the 2 of us and our 2 dogs. Really loved finding a place that accommodated our dogs, it was fun to have them with us. Perfect location! Directly on the beach and walking distance to plenty of restaurants, grocery, coffee, etc. Can’t beat it! We plan to return.

My husband and I love celebrating our anniversary at Folly. This year we really wanted a beachfront property and this condo was perfect for us and our dog. The accessibly to the beach was wonderful, and the proximity to the restaurants/shops was ideal. We had a minor maintenance issue, and the property had it handled within a couple of hours and communicated well with us. The only complaint is that neighbors were a bit loud upstairs, but that’s no fault of the property! We’d definitely book here again.

Everything was wonderful. The facility was clean laid out well everything was furnished. We are 75 and 76 years old. The stairs were a little challenging, but thank goodness we were on the first floor. If we ever come back to eastern South Carolina, we will certainly look this place up and try to, revisit the facility. Enjoyed the short walk to downtown. The ocean view was fantastic. Overall it was an A+.

We had a few very minor hiccups and management was extremely responsive despite it being a holiday weekend. Location was *fantastic*, just steps from the beach! It was a little tight for two adults, two kids, and a dog, but it suited our last minute needs well. It was surprisingly quiet and peaceful given how busy the area was for spring break. The only thing I’d change is having a few more towels on hand since the kids were in and out of the water multiple times a day. Overall a great stay at a good price.

I've been to the Folly Beach many times in the past, so I'm quite familiar with the area. Great restaurants and bars all within walking distance. The condo was extremely clean and well equipped. I've stayed in bigger condos in the past, but this one is totally ideal for couples. I stayed there with a friend and slept on the pull out couch bed. It was very comfortable. The "community semi-shared porch" was different than what I'm used to. It went well though, our neighbors were very nice, and we had a great time getting to know them. I would recommend this condo to anyone , great location, beach, and accommodations!

This location on the first level (after one level walk up) was ideal. Close to everything, quiet, and so many dogs passing by to get pats! It was very clean with everything we needed to enjoy 3 nights. Private boardwalk to the beach. Plenty of towels and pillows. Our AC unit gave up on our last night. Maintenance came at 10 pm and set us up with a portable unit so we could sleep comfortably. Would stay again!

This is an awesome little co do right on the beach in the middle of Folly. Perfect location. Everything you need. Was great for our family of two adults and a child. The condo is not gigantic: 1 bedroom, 1 living room/ kitchen, 1 bathroom, shared laundry room. But it’s everything you need. Will come again next year.

Far enough away from the hubbub of the center of Folly but close enough to walk to everything. Good walking area for dogs beside the parking area and across the street. Didn't have to turn on the air at all with the cross breeze but doubt that would apply in the summer. Could have used a few towel racks behind the door in the bathroom.

The Condo was in a perfect location! We were able to watch the sunrise and collect some treasures on the beach. The coastline goes on forever and the walk was amazing. Bed was extremely comfortable. Couch might need some new cushions however, it is a pull out so I think that is just how it is. We didn’t sit much anyway!! The owner responded very quickly, when I asked the million questions!! The only negative I would say is the towel situation. I was on vacation and giving that limited amount of towels I was doing laundry more than I wanted. We actually ended buying done to easy that!!! The only thing was the door due to the weather has to almost be slammed to shut. The door was actually opened when we had gotten in at midnight!! Overall amazing place!!

We loved staying here with our dog Lucy. Being right on the beach is perfect. There are no worries here, if you forget something Bert’s will likely have it. The deck looking out at the ocean is great to have a glass of wine and decide on dinner. Crosby’s has fresh seafood if you prefer to cook ( there are plenty of kitchen tools but you will need olive oil and spices). There are also plenty of restaurants to choose from within walking distance. Charleston is about 20 min. away if you feel like venturing out. There is no better sound than the surf on the beach to lull you to sleep and waking up to the sun and surf is unbeatable! We would love to stay here again and look forward to coming back!

We really enjoyed our stay! It was nice being on the 1st floor so not as many steps to haul things. Front window blinds have to stay shut since you are at the stairway but if you have them open the place gets to hot anyway. I was nervous about going as the 2 reviews from last month mentioned "bugs" but the management company had it sprayed and we didn't see a sign of anything! Super clean. Thermostat is set on 72° so didn't get as cool at night as I would have liked (but I like it COOL) but I brought a fan and there are ceiling fans. Location is fantastic...right on beach, walk to eat, etc. Thanks for letting us stay!

Appliances are top notch. Kitchen is modern and updated. Perfect space for 2 adults and our pups. The pet friendly aspect is super for us pet lovers. What a gift to be able to bring them with us! The location to the heart of downtown is perfect along with the beachfront. The air was not cool enough for me in the bedroom but the owners supply many fans to help. A window unit would make this space pretty darn perfect! Loved our stay!

All makes it easy to relax, do your own cooking, and turn social distance from others into a genuine getaway for two. Smart apartment, great layout, ocean view and private boardwalk to beach, tall ceilings, well-planned kitchen with stove, fridge, micro, and dishwasher. All makes it easy to relax, do your own cooking, and turn social distance from others into a genuine getaway for two. The property was amazing. I loved every second of it. It was easy process getting in and I felt safe leaving my things. My dogs loved it as well. The only thing I would fix if I had to would be the hot water pressure in the bathroom sink. I will definitely do it again.

Loved the location! Great little apartment for two. Thank you for being dog friendly! We had everything we needed. Small problem with the lock, but the response was super quick. I do wish the shower between the beach and the building had worked, but that isn’t the owners fault. Thank you!!

Great place to stay! My husband and I went for a quick anniversary getaway. Great access to the beach, restaurants are within walking distance, the pier is within walking distance. We are definitely going to go back!

There are only two negatives with this rental. The space is behind the outside staircase , so the small porch has no privacy as everyone is walking up and down on your porch. It also blocked the view. The AC was not working for the last 2 days. Loved the easy access and closeness to the beach. Overall it was a good last minute vacay!

We came down to Charleston to spend a long weekend for our anniversary and my birthday. Folly Beach was the perfect location, close to Charleston and surrounding sights such as the USS Yorktown. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. We are always concerned with how comfortable beds are when we are traveling, this one was incredibly comfortable, we slept like babies every night. Although the stairs are in front of the condo they only obstruct part of the view so this wasn't really an issue, the beach is only steps away. We highly recommend visiting the USS Yorktown if you haven't and a stop at the Bohemian Bull restaurant is a must especially on Sunday morning which is the only day they serve breakfast, it was FANTASTIC! The condo is right in town so you can walk to everything. All in all we had a wonderful time and we can certainly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a short or longer get away.

Location is perfect! You’re right on the beach. Sure there is a little obstruction but you can still see the ocean. Management was very accommodating and great. They even provided us w Easter gift. Very kind and cozy place to stay.

Very clean ,great location. We had 1 small problem with the AC ,the staff handled it very quick and they were very pleasant to work with from the time we booked until we left. Thanks to the staff. We had a great time and look forward to returning.
