LOVED this house!! This was my 2nd stay in Folly Beach, visiting my daughter in Charleston…. and the one I will return to FOR SURE! 2 blks to beach (easy walkways) 2 blks to main street Super walkable to everything!!!!!! BEST part was the fenced-in yard and beautiful wrap around deck, surrounded by beautiful trees!! So so peaceful, private, spacious and clean!!! Felt like home right away!! Two king bed master suites were perfect and so comfortable!! Rental company stopped by within hours to welcome me and left a gift! Can’t wait to return

This was a great location - easy walk to a beautiful beach. Also easy to walk to restaurants and shopping. Charleston was an easy 20 minutes away. This place was spacious and comfortable. Only disappointment was no salt, sugar or coffee upon arrival but grabbed a great breakfast at The Lost Dog on our first morning.

Unit is just like the pictures. Easy to check in and when we had a question their response was immediate.
Although having everything you will need, older people should consider all the steps getting up to the unit and once inside. The driveway was not easy to get in and out of but using it could park off of the street.
Overall we would rent this unit again.

Booked this property last minute for a short trip to Folly! Property was wonderful and communication with the rental company was even better! We defiantly will be returning. This place is a great value for the price! It is a short walk to the beach, and a short walk to shopping and restaurants. The beds are comfortable, and even though it is pet friendly, there was no pet dander to be found. It was perfect for our dogs, with the fenced in backyard. Location, location, location - that's all you need to know. This is the PERFECT location for a stay on Folly, 2 blocks from the beach (via a very cute beach access or street) and 2 blocks from great restaurants and bars. Close enough, but not too close (to the bars) if you know what I mean. The pictures were very accurate, very large bedrooms, well appointed kitchen, nice back deck and overall just a great use of the space. Entry/exit was so easy, strange to leave a rental property with no keys in your pocket (it's all a combination, brilliant!). I've rented all over the world and I would highly recommend Folly Treehouse for your stay on Folly.

we stayed for 4 nights at the Folly treehouse. loved the location. very close proximity to the beach and to center st. the beds were comfy, new linens. could use an extra chair in the living room, but overall a clean and nice place. clean kitchen, everything accurate from listing. easily fit 2 cars in the parking area which was perfect. nice back deck.

Close to the beach but without the noise of the condos. They place was super clean. Full of light. The deck is very nice. Things were labeled well. We would definitely stay again. Our only comments in any way negative are the dressers in the bedrooms were not useable- very flimsy. Some of the window cranks were broken. The beds were very comfortable however. Be sure to bring all you will need for the kitchen including coffee filters, napkins, and measuring cups. There is not dish rack to hand wash dishes. Plenty of pots and pans.No range fan.

Hubby and I have rented several different properties at Folly Beach. We are always looking for dog-friendly rentals with a fenced back yard. Folly Tree House has that and more. The inside was very clean and nicely decorated without lots of "clutter". The kitchen had absolutely everything you would need to cook a meal there, including a crock pot! There is a Keurig and a regular coffee maker as well. The most amazing part of the kitchen was the pantry. Yes - I said a pantry. I don't think we have ever rented a place that had a pantry. It was so nice that we didn't have to take up counter space to store snacks, drinks, etc. The outside deck area was lovely with 4 Adirondack chairs shaded by a huge tree. The fenced yard was secure. There is an outdoor shower to rinse off sand. Upstairs are two very spacious bedrooms with huge king beds that are both very comfortable. Each bedroom has a closet and a full bath. We always rent a golf cart to use going to the beach, down to Center Street, etc. We absolutely could have saved that money on this trip. There is a beach access trail almost directly across from the rental. It is also only a block and a half to Center Street. We walked everywhere with no problem. We highly recommend this property.

The Folly Treehouse was perfect for our stay with our good friends. We were pleasantly surprised to find a half bath on the main level. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck and met the next door neighbors with the pool. We walked to 8 different restaurants which were convenient as well as to the beach via beach access path. Folly Treehouse was such a fun stay! Location is amazing, you’ll be about .2 miles from everything! We were able to walk down the street to Bert’s to grab some things we needed. There are so many fun restaurants so close by. The distance to the beach is amazing as well! We will definitely be back!

Hands down has been the BEST bday EVER & it's only just begun! OMG If you guys are looking for the Perfect spot to stay on Folly beach you want to stay where we are at. I am OCD & this the 1st time I can say an airbnb was SPOTLESS! It is tucked away from the road and you literally feel like you're staying in a treehouse. Laying in bed this morning with the blinds open (the blinds were even clean ?) watching the trees sway with the breeze. AMAZING! Oh and we walked to dinner last night 2 minutes away. I am definitely booking this place for multiple trips throughout this year. I've stayed on Folly many times & this far surpassed what I was looking for from design, cleanliness, location, etc. We are about to walk to the beach now, the weather is PERFECT! God has been so GOOD!

The inside was very clean and nicely decorated without lots of "clutter". The kitchen had absolutely everything you would need to cook a meal there, including a crock pot! There is a Keurig and a regular coffee maker as well. The most amazing part of the kitchen was the pantry. Yes - I said a pantry. I don't think we have ever rented a place that had a pantry. It was so nice that we didn't have to take up counter space to store snacks, drinks, etc. The outside deck area was lovely with 4 Adirondack chairs shaded by a huge tree. The fenced yard was secure. There is an outdoor shower to rinse off sand. Upstairs are two very spacious bedrooms with huge king beds that are both very comfortable. Each bedroom has a closet and a full bath. We always rent a golf cart to use going to the beach, down to Center Street, etc. We absolutely could have saved that money on this trip. There is a beach access trail almost directly across from the rental. It is also only a block and a half to Center Street. We walked everywhere with no problem. We highly recommend this property.

The Folly Treehouse was perfect for our stay with our good friends. We were pleasantly surprised to find a half bath on the main level. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck and met the next door neighbors with the pool. We walked to 8 different restaurants which were convenient as well as to the beach via beach access path. Definitely will return.

We loved Folly Treehouse! The location is perfect and within walking distance to restaurants and the beach. We had a wonderful stay at the property! It was a fantastic location - super close to the beach, especially with the beach access path, and so close to Center street with great restaurants. The location couldn't have been better. The property was perfectly tucked away under the trees with a great porch and small fenced in yard - it was perfect for our two pups. Comfy beds, relaxing home atmosphere. By no means worthy of a less rating, but be sure to bring anything you may need for the week - dish sponges, dish soap, hand soap. We were traveling from out of town and aren't used to having to bring these types of basic amenities, but there are shops very closely by to stock up on. We would welcome another stay at the property if we are back in the area.

We loved our stay at this property! It had everything we needed and more. Super clean and updated appliances and interior. Quiet and convenient to the beach. Just a short block and a half. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans and dishes. A few more wine glasses and dinner knives needed. Dog friendly and comfortable beds and furniture. A couple more chairs outside needed. All in all we would stay there again.

Folly Treehouse was such a fun stay! Location is amazing, you’ll be about .2 miles from everything! We were able to walk down the street to Bert’s to grab some things we needed. There are so many fun restaurants so close by. The distance to the beach is amazing as well! We will definitely be back!

The house was amazing, great layout. Lots of room for the four of us and two small dogs. Would have loved more outdoor furniture and the fenced in back yard was a little disappointing. We had two very small dogs and they really couldn’t use the back yard, it is overgrown. Overall we had a great stay.

We would definitely stay here again! There was a path right across the street with beach access (like a 2 1/2 minute walk to the spot you pick!). Just know there are 2 flights of steps to get in, and 2 smaller flights to get upstairs.

Wow the Treehouse was even better than expected! It was super convenient, uber cute and somehow felt secluded with all the big trees although it’s near everything. My girlfriend and I had a lovely time in this charming place on the quiet street. With the big beautiful trees out our windows we felt like we were truly in a tree house. We loved the ease of the beach and Center Street only two blocks away. Great customer service. Clean house. Fenced yard for our little pups to truly run around and stretch their legs. Comfortable King beds in BOTH bedrooms was another expected treat. We will definitely be back, with the pups, and perhaps more girlfriends. Thank you!
