Awesome location right across from the beach. Great deck to chill on. Everything you could need for a short stay.
Don’t expect a top notch renovated house because it’s not. As they say it’s rustic!
The bbq is rusty so it wasn’t useable otherwise no complaints. AC, fans everywhere and very peaceful.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The major difficulty we had was getting into the lock box to get the key. The bag of amenities was way more than described or expected and was very much appreciated. This is a very pleasant well equipped home. We never had any problem reaching anyone if we had a question or concern.

Fantastic place and perfect for the beach. Hardly any traffic nearby made the deck perfect for relaxing and feeling the ocean breeze. 3 year old loved his 1st beach trip. Would stay here again for sure.

This property is in a perfect location if you like to surf or watch surfing. The home is older but very clean. It can accommodate a lot of people comfortably. The management company Folly’s Best is very welcoming and responsive. Just a heads up, there is no dishwasher (but we had teenage boys for that). All and all a great place to stay. My only issue was that we wanted to make the most of our travel days and early check in and late check out was not a possibility. For us personally it makes this property less desirable but I can say everything else was as described or better. FYI, the water pressure in the showers was great. That was really nice after long days in the water and on the beach. I saw another review saying the pillows weren’t great. The beds and the pillows were very comfortable and there were lots of blankets.

We were very pleased with these accommodations, very clean and had all the amenities we required. Access to the beach was wonderful. The only negative comment is the screen porch was unusable due to two missing screen panels. This was unfortunate, as we would have enjoyed this and thought this would be available.

This place was pretty great. A big yard, big deck, plenty of room inside, and very close to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again. However, a few things we wish we would have known in advance: 1) The pillows are not super comfortable. If you're sensitive to that, bring your own. 2) The property managers don't have anything to do with what's inside the house, so if there is an issue with anything, there's really no one who can help. There were only 2 forks at this rental property and they said they couldn't help with that. So we had to take turns with who got forks. 3) The AC is not great. It struggled to get lower than 74/75. They do have fans, but prepare for poor AC. Overall, however, a lovely place to stay and relax.

Stayed here with family and our pet frenchie. Perfect location to the beach, only a short 3-5 minute walk (right across the street). The inside is dated and worn BUT we found it cozy and honestly perfect for our stay. It's a few blocks away from the crowded area in Folly and seemed to be near the quiet side of the beach which was perfect for the kids and dog. Everything in the house worked great, it was nice to have a full kitchen and washer and dryer. would definitely stay here again.

Me and my family of five had a nice relaxing visit to this property. The unique location gives you tons of parking and privacy yet we were in the middle of the fun. The views from the deck of the ocean were perfect without paying front row price. The property is as advertised taking us back to a simpler beach rental time with smaller rooms and dated decorations and that was perfect for our family who was looking to relax in a fun and clean environment for a good value. Great communication from the property manager throughout the stay as well. Enjoyed!

Excellent proximity to the beach. Excellent late day shaded deck for viewing the ocean. Interior is a little dated, but everything was clean and well stocked. Would definitely stay there again.

The house is furnished with thrift store finds and funky art, but was clean, tidy and super comfortable! We loved the open floor plan, the BIG DECK, and the ocean views. Just a short walk to the "washout" beach area where we watched a youth surf competition! My entire family was super comfortable here and we loved our stay!

The posting did not clarify if there was a grill, just want to mention that there is! 
The 3rd bathroom is a utility bath located under the house, great for the boys!

We went with this rental because of price and location. The best part was it's proximity to the beach and the comfy accommodations! We barley needed to bring our own supplies because of what was provided for us. Thanks - we had a great stay!
