Currently, construction work is taking place on the outside of the building, which includes scaffolding that may span all floors. While this may temporarily affect access to balconies and outdoor spaces, rest assured that we are committed to providing you with a comfortable and enjoyable experience indoors. This project is expected to be completed mid-summer 2025.
To ensure transparency, the pricing for our units has been adjusted to reflect this disruption. We understand that this may raise questions or concerns, so we are here to help! If you decide that the construction impacts your stay too significantly, we offer a hassle-free cancellation policy within 48 hours of making your reservation.

Salty Sanctuary is one of Folly's Best! This 4 bedroom, 3 bath condo is located directly on the beach and can accommodate up to 8 people! It has a well-equipped kitchen and spacious living room with an attached private balcony. The master bedroom has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom. You can enjoy the ocean with unobstructed views and balcony access at your bedside! The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, cable TV, and en-suite bathroom as well. The third and fourth bedrooms provide a king and queen bed, and share an attached jack-n-jill bathroom with a shower. Private parking for 2 vehicles are included with this rental as well as a full-size washer and dryer. As an added bonus, there are also two pools on-site (open April - Oct) at this complex, a rare commodity for Folly!
An elevator is available for this complex. While we manage this property, we do not manage the maintenance of this building, which includes the elevator. The presence of an elevator does not indicate that the home is ADA compliant. This regime does not allow vehicles other than cars on the premises, this includes golf carts, trailers, motorcycles etc.
