The house is great. It was perfect for a mom & dad getaway. We had an issue with internet connectivity at first but that was a simple fix. The property manager was very friendly and helped us resolve the issue. The weather wasn’t ideal but we soaked up what little sun there was to be had. The rest of the time was spent reading in the rocking chairs on the deck. It’s a well maintained property and a great choice for a family looking for a rental.

We absolutely loved our time here! The house is perfectly done for guests - plenty of room, cozy areas and beds, spacious outdoor area, short and easy walk to the beach (which was so quiet and calm). The house is the most stylish rental I’ve seen available on Edisto. They really took their time to make it special! We also loved watching the sunset every night. This is seriously the most perfect spot!

Our stay at Selah on the Sound with Best Rental was so nice. You cannot beat the location. The access to the beach is literally in your backyard and we LOVED spending each night on the back deck watching the gorgeous sunsets over the water. This home was perfect for our 3 moms and 4 daughters August Meeting. Kitchen is well equipped; beds are comfortable; space is great. The home accommodates 8 but only offered 1 beach chair.

Really clean. Beautifully decorated. Very comfortable. Great location. It does have marsh behind it that had standing water when we were there so do bring the bug spray for mosquitoes if you go during the warmer months. Edisto beach was nice too. Lots to do and good restaurants for a small island.

Everything from the location of the house to the evening sunsets and daily dolphin viewing made this the perfect place for us to unwind. We enjoyed Botany Bay, the education learning center and finding fossils. The house is super comfortable (loved the kids bunk room with reading lamps, cushy beanbag chairs and games). We can’t wait to return.

Amazing location with private feeling with the beach a short walk away. Lots of dolphins to see. Edisto feels like a country beach with much less tourism. Only about 7-8 restaurants on the island. I personally thought this was great with less traffic and people.
