This rental was extremely clean and just what we needed for our trip. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and the balcony is screened in which was great. It was a bit confusing to find at the beginning of the trip given that unit “1G” is on the second floor but the elevator access and carts for luggage were very helpful for move in and move out.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The elevator was a huge plus and the shopping carts available were an added bonus. The rental was clean and inviting. A little bit of a walk to Center Street and the beach but it was okay. We would definitely rent again.

We absolutely loved this condo. Everything we needed was right there. The pool was clean and well maintained it was very quiet and the marshland view was wonderful. A very short walk to ocean shops and restaurants. The condo was large and decorated beach style. We will for sure be back!! Highly recommend!!

The condo was perfect for our family of five. It was the perfect location while visiting our daughter at the Citadel. The pool was a bonus for my 9 year old daughter. This condo was so perfect for our time in folly beach. It’s a great location if you want to walk to the beach or drive into Charleston. The porch was possibly the best part with the peaceful view and sounds of the marsh. The owners were so responsive and welcoming. This place was fantastic for our family trip!

Enjoyed our stay here! Location: location was great for us- it was far away enough that it was quiet and had peace of mind at night. It was an easy 10-15 min walk one way depending on where you wanted to be. Even walking back home at night was enjoyable. The pool was great to have as an option for when we didn’t want to hassle with going to the beach but wanted some sun. There’s a gazebo big enough to have chairs and tables under it. Our place provided us with two parking passes which helped us a lot. There was plenty of space for 3 couples; each having their own bathroom was a huge plus as it provided a sense of privacy. The balcony is screened in which is was a nice added surprise. The beds are comfortable and the sheets/comforters provided are breathable that it did not affect our sleep. The kitchen had everything we needed! Communication was great between the host and I. Quick and responsive if needed

This was a great place to stay. The place was large, as advertised, and spotless when we arrived. The check-in was smooth as can be. It had all the accouterments that we were told it would. It was a short walk to Folly Beach, even though we were on the far side of town. We could walk to restaurants and coffee. The communication with Folly's was impeccable; they needed to do a minor repair on the condo and communicated early and multiple times. In sum, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We had a very nice time relaxing in this unit. It was just the right size for our group, comfortable and clean, and close to all the activities we wanted to do. We didn't do much cooking but when one guest fixed breakfast one morning, we could not find an appropriate spatula to flip an egg. Even so, we will repeat next year!

My 79 year old mother asked me and my 2 sisters if we could do a girls trip to Charleston to visit my cousins and to visit her sister's grave. This condo was perfect for us. Very clean, spacious, and easy to get to. Having the balcony was so nice for early morning and evening relaxation. Would highly recommend. Bk

I am already daydreaming about staying at Folly Beach in this condo again! Everything was clean and well kept. The beds were very comfortable. The views from this unit were so pretty overlooking the marsh. The kitchen was well stocked and we took advantage of the oven, stove and toaster oven as well as the microwave and coffee maker. Due to hurricane Ian, sadly we decided to cut our four night stay short. But our host was gracious and generous with a refund. We had no issues at all with the keyless entry. The condo is on the main road just before you get into the main area of folly beach. It is within walking distance of downtown and the beach. Just overall, an excellent place to relax while vacationing in this area.

Great stay for a family 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms.The location is a short drive or you can walk to Folly Beach. The Condo was nice but could but could use some up dating but all in all a great vacation. Just remember this is a Condo with a balcony and its a vacation destination area. Would recommend the place for a vacation.

We came to spend time at the beach, and this location was perfect for easy access. We could walk the half mile easily, so went to the beach all three days of our trip. The place had everything we needed for our stay.

Nice and spacious. Only issue was there was no TV remote for the master bedroom. We notified staff but never heard anything. Overall a nice large place that was clean and comfy. Close to the beach!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very large. Great size rooms, huge closets. The covered parking was really nice with the heat. Our kids loved the pool. The screened in porch was a nice touch. Everything we needed was there including all kitchen appliances, dishes etc.

This is a lovely property. It's on the second floor with an expansive view of the marshland. The unit was completely clean and the beds were very comfortable. It was nice having three bedrooms and three baths; we only used two but had the third handy in case of conflicts at shower time. I left behind one item and got a call from management aboiut an hour after we left. I was still nearby so I was able to pick it up before heading home. I recommend this unit and wouild be pleased to stay there again.

But needs a little tweaking... The dishwasher doesn't work, even after repeated washings and almost completely handwashing dishes, it still didn't clean. New, soft blankets need to be purchased! The blankets feel like sandpaper. Otherwise, this is a fabulous home with an incredible view and perfect location

The owner’s were so responsive and immediate. I loved the location- we walked over the bridge and bang you are where you want to be !
The island is quaint and beautifully stuck in a time warp.
The home itself was much bigger than I expected and the rooms gracious in size. The owner left a hostess gift which was very thoughtful and kind .I look forward to a return trip .

The condo was very nice, clean and well-stocked. There were some dirty dishes in the cupboard, but otherwise everything was clean. We especially enjoyed the three bedrooms and bathrooms so we weren't waiting on a time in the bathroom and we could have privacy if we didn't want to be in the common area. There is a nice hallway right as you enter to put sandy/wet shoes and the keyless entry was wonderful! The pool was refreshing and the view from the balcony was serene.

I would highly suggest using Folly’s Best! They communicated quickly and were very accommodating. The apartment could use a few upgrades, but it has more in it than just about any Air B&B we have stayed in. If we get the chance to go back to Folly Beach, I would use them again in a heartbeat.
