Lovely home. Very comfortable. Well equipped. Loved sitting on the porch and night skies were awesome. Quiet. Easy access to the beach. Thank you for making this home available. It served our needs perfectly. Only issue is small but important for safety i think. Right front burner on the stove only has high heat and doesnt turn down so we could only use the rear large burner. Might want to have it looked at. But otherwise perfect stay!!!

My family loved our time at the boathouse, it was very relaxing and great being so close to the beach. The hammock on the front porch was a nice touch. The house had everything we needed including plenty of books and a good workstation. We would stay there again.

Beautiful house with a lovely fenced in yard. My dog and child had a blast running around! Property was tucked away but still within easy walking distance to the beach and about a half hour walk to restaurants. We had such a great weekend stay here!

Just as advertised, spacious home in a really sweet, nearly secluded part of Folly Beach. Close to everything, but still felt quiet and peaceful at the house itself. We feel lucky to have found this spot!

We loved the house ourselves, but having a large fenced in yard for our dogs was the icing on the cake for a very relaxing vacation. The view from the house was amazing. The large sectional couch was perfect for our family to watch movies from on the two rainy days during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

We had our annual family trip with folks from 3 different states. We loved the location and the shirt walk to the beach. The fenced in yard was great for.our dogs. There were some issues with the air conditioning, but we were notified before we arrived and the HVAC repair company came out promptly. Overall it was a fun time at Folly Beach!

We had a lovely stay at the Boat House. It is within a couple of easy blocks/walking distance to the beach. The bay side view is very peaceful from the front porch (just bring some bug spray for the mosquitos in the evening). The kitchen had everything we needed to cook multiple meals throughout our visit. The beach is also less busy around the location of this rental, which is a huge plus, as Folly can get very crowded in areas. It was still a short drive or bike ride to the center of town to go to restaurants or shop. Charleston was only 20-25 minutes away, as well. Oh and the dog friendly aspect was a huge plus, along with the fenced in yard. The only con was that they didn’t provide any beach gear: chairs, beach towels, etc. so bring things with you or rent chairs. We would stay here again!

We appreciate your tip about bringing bug spray for the mosquitos in the evening, as it allows future guests to be well-prepared. It's great to hear that the kitchen was fully equipped and enabled you to cook multiple meals during your visit.
We understand how important it is to have a less crowded beach, and we're glad that this rental provided just that. The fact that it's still a short drive or bike ride to the center of town for restaurants and shopping is definitely a plus. And let's not forget about Charleston being only 20-25 minutes away, offering even more attractions within easy reach!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Boathouse. The space was great and we found it to be clean, very comfortable, and quiet. The kitchen is very well stocked with anything one might need and the deck is perfect for happy hour. Finally, the location was great with a five minute walk to the beach and a 20-30 minute walk to town.

From the front porch first position. Loved the hammock. Great yard for the dog once you close the front gates. Short walk to the beach. Might want to bring some bug spray. Over all a great place to stay. Will come again.

Stay was great, the house is larger than expected, parking was available in abundance, kitchen equipped with everything you could need. We had one issue with the Wi-Fi and they responded within seconds and had it taken care of immediately. I actually felt bad bc it was a holiday but they were super nice about it. Loved the view of the river and watching the boats pass by. This is a quiet part of the island which I thoroughly enjoyed as we normally stay closer to center street. We brought our dog and the fenced in yard was a lifesaver!
