This property couldn't be any more perfectly located on Folley Beach! Beach access right outside the door, and close to all local eateries, grocery, etc. but not in the chaos of the hotel traffic. No car required from check-in to check-out, which made for a perfectly relaxing getaway. We did rent a golf cart for 24 hours just to explore the Island from end to end. The staff was around daily, but never instrusive. They responded immediately when we pointed out some wasps trying to establish a nest in the wood decking & even followed up the next day to make sure we all good. This unit had everything we needed & we will definitely stay again should we find ourselves in Folley Beach!

Location is supreme! You can walk to store, restaurants and shops. You can park your car and never have use it again until you leave. For older folks, the stairs are a bit much to lug coolers and luggage. We were happy to not be in 3rd floor! ?

our trip was a Monday -Friday ; the entire booking process was so easy & detailed orientated. There was a binder full of info once we got inside.Everything looked exactly as the listed photos. The access to the beach was amazing !
We did bring our German shepherd so it was great finding a place that allowed dogs. There was a day pest control was stopping by(which of course is awesome) but a better notice would of been great / waited til the place was empty so we could better prepare or be back inside for that employee who was worried bc of the size of the dog & the safety of our dog. The day we arrived I received a call that the washing machine wasn’t working but the trip was soo quick it wasn’t a big deal ! Overall 8/10 experience ??

While this was an expensive stay, it was well worth it! The view, the local eats and chill vibe was priceless.
We had an issue with the automatic door lock sticking, but they came quickly to correct the problem.

The only complaint I have about this unit is the AC was only allowed to go down to 72 degrees. Everything else was amazing and perfect. The location, the view, the cleanliness was all 5 stars. Will definitely be staying here again.

I enjoyed our stay! It was right on the beach with an amazing view and private access to the beach. The room was comfortable and just as shown in the photos. A couple times, the zero button on the door didn’t work, but it eventually did after a couple tries. We couldn’t get Netflix to load anything on the tv in the living room after several tries. The room thermostat stays on 72, but there are ceiling fans provided in each room which was great because I get hot easily! We were able to walk to and from everywhere in town. I really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to go back in the summer when it’s warm enough to get in the water!

We loved sitting on our front deck and directly seeing the ocean. Space was perfect for the two of us and had the necessary amenities, coffee pot, essential cooking pans, king size bed, and laundry. We had a bit of trouble figuring out the TV and perhaps the kitchen area could use a bit more lighting. However we were totally satisfied and plan to go again!

Location was super nice; being right on the water and being able to walk onto the beach was really cool/pretty views. Beach town was fairly small but with some spots for food/drinks. The self-check in is always nice but one of my points of criticism is how tight the check in and check out times are. The code literally won’t work one minute before or after which feels a little unnecessary

We arrived to a clean room, great property, and incredible views. The condo was very well outfitted with amenities. Also an accurate online description. Really enjoyed the keycode lock system. The location can’t be beat! Walk to everything downtown Folly has to offer, life guarded area of beach just outside accommodations. The views were great! Checkin was straight forward, we needed towels and help when the WiFi went out but Folly’s Best did a great job!
The laundry room is shared with another unit so we ran into some scheduling issues there but it wasn’t an issue.
Furnishings were very nice, it felt like home!

This condo has a nice view of the ocean and is in close proximity to shops, bars and restaurants. Very convenient to simply park your vehicle once and then walk everywhere during your stay. Having Bert's a block away was great to pick up food and drinks as well.

My wife and I came down for 3 days/4 nights as a little baby-moon before summer ends. The condo is great for 2, and may be one of the best units in the building. The oceanfront view and private beach access are fantastic. Even better is the location - extremely walkable to all the restaurants, bars, and shops around center street, a block from Berts market, not far from the bay/river/marsh areas, and only 20 minutes to Charleston. The apartment is well appointed - we enjoyed having the king bed, the new TV's are nice, and the shower was unexpectedly good (and large). We were also happy to see we were provided with trash bags, dishwasher pods, paper towels, toilet paper, linens, laundry pods, and soap. Also note, the property management was super responsive and helpful. (reserved parking space for the unit too!) Just a few suggestions: the interior decor could use some updates (I'll admit this is subjective and there was nothing "wrong" with anything in particular). The living room tv is far too high combined with a rather upright couch which meant some neck strain and pain when watching something at night. Also the unit is not very soundproof - wasn't an issue for us, but you never know who'll be your neighbors. Definitely would return though!

We spent 3 nights in this lovely get away. You are are right on the beach. The view is so peaceful. The condo has everything you need, plenty of space to accomodate 4 adults. The porch is shaded all day, so you can have your breakfast as the sun rises or your glass of wine as the sun sets. You can walk to all that Folly Beach has to offer. This bohemian little town helps you relax, casual setting everywhere. If you are looking to relax, have peace, get lots of ocean, to the sea-2 condo a must. We will visit again!

We spent four nights at this lovely condo with our dog. We had a great visit. The condo was clean and attractive and we really appreciated the little conveniences such as discussed detergent, laundry pods and coffee filters. The other guests were friendly and welcoming. The view is beautiful and the ocean breezes kept us comfortable even in August. This was our first visit to Folly Beach and we really liked the laid-back vibe. There is not a better place to stay if you want beachfront access, proximity to "downtown Folly" restaurants and shops, and just enough room for a small family. You can park your car and walk to everything in Folly that you would care to do. Reserved parking is so nice during the busy season. Condo is adequately stocked to do most cooking and furnishings are tasteful and comfortable. Will definitely be back.

My friend and I really wanted a last minute getaway. We found follys best C-2 and it was perfect for us. The apartment was very well kept the decor was appropriate and nice. The apartment had everything you would need. Pros: literally steps from the beach, chairs to sit out and watch the ocean fo morning coffee or afternoon cocktails, very close walk to follys downtown, shared laundry with one other apartment, updated appliances, tv and internet, all the kitchen supplies you would need, king size bed and queen pull out sofa. Cons: the only major con I have is the walls are VERY thin. C-2 is on the middle floor and whatever happens upstairs you hear everything. Be prepared to wake up early as kids are running around or people getting ready for their day at the beach. Dogs barking. Everything can be heard. Also I felt like there were so many rules with the property managers. You literally cannot get into the apartment until EXACTLY 4 pm otherwise you have to pay extra. I feel like there should be a little flexibility. We were 30 mins early and they wanted to charge us $35. If you move furniture you get charged, if you don't take the trash out charged. Just seemed like a lot of things to remember so you didn't end up getting an extra bill. I still would HIGHLY recommend this place. We had a great time. Can't beat the location. Plus a 20 mins drive to Charleston.

This was by far one of the best experiences we had with any hotel or condo rental. The staff were beyond attentive to our needs. They even brought us an item that was not required in the amenities. We could not have been more happy with the condo and most importantly our treatment by the folly beach staff. The location was amazing, but the service offered by Folly's best was beyond top notch. The bed was so comfortable, the couch was great, and the little eating area was perfect for our small family. The condo had everything we needed. Next time we come to Folly Beach we will bring even less luggage. And my family will definitely be back to Folly very soon. I don't normally write reviews, but this property definitely made an impression that is worthy of comments. Until we stayed at this property, it has been hit or miss for a property to actually match an owner's description. Some come close but none, until this one, have been accurately described and exceeded expectations. This condo is beautifully (and seemed like recently) decorated, the location was absolutely perfect (parked our car and walked to everything, including a small grocery store), and right on the ocean. The view was so amazing that we spent most of our time just enjoying our vacation from the deck! The deck of the building is open all the way across but the building is built such that you can have privacy when you want it or the company of friendly neighbors if you desire. We brought along our dog and found Folly to be exceptionally pet friendly. Many of the restaurants have outdoor patios where you can dine with your pet and even passed out doggie treats and have water bowls on hand. We plan to make Folly an annual vacation destination and have found the perfect place to stay when we are in town. *Bonus - Folly is only about a 15 minute ride from Charleston - an absolutely fabulous city with endless options for entertainment, restaurants, and a great open market with all kinds of local goods.

One drawback of vacationing with the family is that often times you need to sacrifice the conveniences of home to afford a prime location. Not so with this condo. It is right on the beach, nestled in the heart of a quaint yet lively little town. It accommodated the four of us comfortably and has as many or more conveniences than we do at home. For starters, I have stayed in hotels with bathrooms smaller than the shower in this condo. The appliances are obviously new and all state of the art and there's even a laundry room. Large flat screens in the living and bedrooms with full cable. The internet was also fast and reliable. A short stroll brings you to a large variety of fine restaurants and fun shops. If eating in, be sure to try a pizza delivered from Woody's. The view from the porch is picturesque and the open beach with private access was a comfortable place to take the younger kids and they certainly enjoyed collecting an abundance of nice shells, hermit crabs and even a couple starfish. For the more adventurous, there is no shortage of nightlife. While walking down the street at night (weekday), in addition to the many bars with a beach atmosphere, there was a choice of rock bands, a bluegrass band or jazz band, all within a stone's throw of each other. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for the comforts of home with a beach outside your living room window and a vibrant beach community right out back.

Last minute pop-over to the beach. Owner was very easy to work with. Also, gracious in refunding a pet deposit when our babysitter came through at the last minute. Condo is very comfy for a couple, might be a little tight with more than two. However, with the condo being right on the beach a little close quarters might be ok. Condo was clean, updated, bed a little soft, but who cares? Absolutely would recommend this rental and hope to return soon! Only downside worth mentioning is there are only stairs available to reach any of the condos (or I missed the elevator) so anyone with a physical disability would have much difficulty navigating their way to beach and/or condo.

The condo is just down from the Folly Beach pier so you are right at the residential (single-family homes) section while still being close to restaurants, bars, and shopping. Located close to downtown the pier and right on the beach, This is a perfect place to enjoy Folly Beach. You can really park your car and not move it because everything you need is a short walk. Nice accommodations and everything you need to enjoy a stay at the beach. Charleston is also a very charming city and it is not difficult to get to Charleston from Folly. We highly recommend the accommodations and the area.

I can't say enough good things about it. great views, easy access, within walking distance of anywhere in town and excellent beach front property. New remodeled bathroom that was fantastic. the folks we rented from were cordial, accommodating and very friendly. will deffinately stay here again..

The sea 2 unit is a tastefully renovated 1 bedroom apartment with brand new appliances and a wonderful view. Its location couldn't be better! A couple of blocks from where all the main restaurants and night life takes place at Folly Beach, yet far enough so you won't be disturbed by the noise. The unit overlooks a public beach right by the Folly Pier so there are a lot of families that come to this area. Folly Beach is also the only beach in the area that is pet friendly. Greg, the property manager, and his gang are quite helpful and attentive. They are on top of their game!

This building is unbeatable when it comes to location! The condo was decorated very lovely with a fabulous walk-in shower, high end appliances in kitchen, comfy bed and couch and was glad to have a closet to hang my clothes! Laundry room was great as well as a shower on the walkway to and from the beach, this was a must especially if you have dogs! VERY convenient. Thank you for your hospitality!!

The condo was the perfect size for my husband and 15 lb Westie. We loved looking out at the sand and ocean every day! This is a great location if you want to relax or be able to walk to local shops and restaurants in Folly. Lost Dog Cafe was awesome for breakfast!! Having a full kitchen allowed us to save money by cooking many meals. We initially had a problem with the cable TV but Greg responded to us immediately. We highly recommend the condo and are already talking about returning as soon as we can.

I truly enjoyed my six weeks at Folly Beach. It is the first snowbird experience alone and I felt totally safe. Being able to walk to restaurants and shops as well as the short drive to get downtown made it a very convenient location. My favorite thing was the sunrises. I must have 400 pictures of sun rises and sunsets. I will defiantly be back!

Overall, we really enjoyed our visit to Folly and our stay in Sea2. The photos here make the unit seem larger than it really is. We would have enjoyed a little more space and more than 4 forks in the utensil drawer. It isn't noted here but the balcony is shared with all on the same floor; the unit shares a common laundry room with the unit next door. The stairs run down the beach side of the building which does obstruct the view, especially from the unit next door. An elevator would have been helpful for the older couple on our floor who seemed to struggle daily with luggage and groceries. The location is great, just a block from Bert's Market, Chico Feo, and the fun which is the main street in town. Being oceanfront was very nice

What an wonderful stay! This is our 2nd trip to Folly, and 2nd stay at this complex. The unit was decorated beautifully, very comfortable bed and sofa! Shower was huge and the whole unit was VERY clean. We loved everything about it, and my small dog loves being able to run on the beach everyday. Had Thanksgiving at Blu restaurant only about 1 block away and it was wonderful having a ocean view while eating Thanksgiving dinner. We will definitely be back!

I cannot say enough nice things about this property or the experience that we had with Folly's Best! No detail has been missed with ensuring that everything in this condo is designed for top-of-the-line comfort. The bed is extremely comfortable, the appliances are nice, and the large shower is a treat. We will definitely be back again. The condo was immaculate when we arrived, and the keypad entry made it easy to come and go as we pleased without having to worry about keys. This is only about a block away from Center Street which gives easy access to Folly's restaurants and bars. PERFECT for a two person getaway. Can't wait to go back!!!

My husband and I had a wonderful weekend getaway for our anniversary to Sea 2. We have stayed at a few other places in Folly on other occasions (we try to come at least once a year because we are in love with the area!) and this will be our number one place to book from now on, when we come just us, we stay in a larger condo when we bring our son down with us. Communication with Follys Best was great and they responded promptly to any question I asked. We loved the tile shower and electric fireplace so much that we are looking at putting those 2 items on our list of home improvements to our own house. Having an ocean front view was awesome and it was nice to be able to use a private beach access for our late night beach stroll we had. Can't wait to be back here again in the future!

We really enjoyed this little unit on the beach, it was decorated very nicely and had modern amenities and decor. The fire place was cute, nice tv's and view was good too. It was within walking distance to stores, dining and night life. Nice little beach town that decorated for the holidays. We brought our medium sized dog and the three of us fit well. I wouldn't recommend more than two people since it is a small unit or anyone who cant do stairs because there are several.

First...we love Folly. Really really love Folly. There is no better place to slow down, enjoy the scenery and just relax. Sea 2 is the perfect location to do that. PERFECT. Everyday, getting up and drinking coffee, looking at the water. At night, while we had high hopes of being night owls, my husband and I ended up with a glass of wine (or whiskey) watching the waves, walking down the pier or just laying on the beach looking at the stars. The location of this unit can't be beat. Its wonderful. And the management is even better. We decided that we wanted "one more day" (ya know...like the commercial) and since it was still open, they were more than happy to accomodate us mid-stay. It had everything we needed. It is clean, and decorated beautifully. While there were kids in the building, most people were considerate and didn't let the noise get to loud. We've been to folly before so we were 'in the know' a bit. We stopped at the grocery store on James Island, although they did open a Harris Teeter (grocery store) just off folly since the last time we were there. But you'll find cheaper groceries in town. Bert's market (just a literally hop-skip from the condo) provided everything we forgot. DON"T FORGET BUG SPRAY!! I'm not sure if this is only a beginning season thing, but they have these bugs called "No-See'ems" cause you CAN"T SEE THEM!!! And they bite the hell out of you. Just a super FYI to have had before we went. Overall, just a great stay. OHHH and parking. Folly can be difficult for parking. It was awesome to have our designated spot to come and go. That was easily worth a good chunk of the rental cost...no to mention the great views, excellent accomodations and friendly management.

This is a perfect location, literally right on the beach. No worries about parking which will save you a bunch of money. We walked the beach at night (talked for a while to a couple visiting from Chicago) and out to the end of the fishing pier. It's a short drive to a supermarket if you want to cook for yourself. Bert's market is a block away but I'd suggest using that only for last-minute purchases. Bert's beer prices are competitive and they have a good selection. Or you can step out the front door and pick from any number of restaurants within easy walking distance. The place is clean, comfortable and well maintained. We found the bed very comfortable. Our son was comfortable on the sofa bed. Everything works. You will love the custom-made shower. We all enjoyed our stay and would go back in a second. We have already recommend it to someone on social media who saw a photo we posted. Three people stayed here: parents and a 20 year old. We felt there was enough room for us. As someone else mentioned, if you can't climb stairs, you might want something else. Otherwise stay here.

One was the garbage disposal didnt work and the other was we returned from the grocery store to someone being parked in our parking space. This was by far one of the best experiences we had with any hotel or condo rental. The staff were beyond attentive to our needs. They even brought us an item that was not required in the amenities. We could not have been more happy with the condo and most importantly our treatment by the folly beach staff. The location was amazing, but the service offered by Folly's best was beyond top notch. The bed was so comfortable, the couch was great, and the little eating area was perfect for our small family. The condo had everything we needed. Next time we come to Folly Beach we will bring even less luggage. And my family will definitely be back to Folly very soon. I highly recommend Charleston Outdoor Adventures for a wonderful Dolphin experience. Ask to be scheduled with Mike for your tour. This a short drive or a 15 minute walk from the condo. Amazing spot to spend a vacation. We parked the car when we arrived and didn't move it until we left Folly. You are in walking distance of the beautiful beach of course, but also all of the restaurants/bars and Bert's market. This was our first visit to Folly Beach and we absolutely fell in love with it. The location of “Sea 2” can’t be beat; it’s right on the beach, easy walking distance to the restaurants and shops, and about a fifteen minute drive to Charleston. This is the perfect condo for a couple. The owner clearly takes pride in their vacation home; it was extremely clean, well maintained, and beautifully decorated. We appreciated all the amenities … keyless entry, deck with Adirondack chairs, comfortable queen size bed, plenty of bathroom linens, and a huge shower with great water pressure. The reservation process was very easy thanks to Greg Hart with Follys Best Rentals, super "customer service". We will definitely return to “Sea 2”!!!

This was my husband's and my first trip to this beach. We absolutely loved it.! This Rental was located walking distance to all that was going on. We brought our dog and he had a blast! We very much enjoyed our stay at Folly Beach in this tidy, neat condo. It's small, but the perfect size for a couple. Coffee on the deck in the adirondack chairs while watching the waves crash on the shore is certainly a highlight! Very convenient to all the Folly restaurants and shopping. The info given to us in advance was very helpful and getting into the condo was super easy. Definitely would recommend this place to others!

Located close to downtown the pier and right on the beach, This is a perfect place to enjoy Folley Beach. You can really park your car and not move it because everything you need is a short walk. Nice accomadations and everything you need to enjoy a stay at the beach. Chareston is also a very charming city and it is not difficult to get to Charleston from Folly. We highly reccomend the accomadations and the area.

The condo is just down from the Folly Beach pier so you are right at the residential (single-family homes) section while still being close to restaurants, bars, and shopping. The condo is nicely decorated and has everything you need for a great get-away. There were three in our party plus a dog and we had plenty of room. I look forward to returning soon!

Last minute pop-over to the beach. Owner was very easy to work with. Also, gracious in refunding a pet deposit when our babysitter came through at the last minute. Condo is very comfy for a couple, might be a little tight with more than two. However, with the condo being right on the beach a little close quarters might be ok. Condo was clean, updated, bed a little soft, but who cares? Absolutely would recommend this rental and hope to return soon! Only downside worth mentioning is there are only stairs available to reach any of the condos (or I missed the elevator) so anyone with a physical disability would have much difficulty navigating their way to beach and/or condo.

We were pleasantly surprised by this condo. It was clean, beautifully decorated, well-taken care of, and in an excellent location convenient to shops and restaurants and of course, the beach. It was so nice to sit on the deck and look out at the ocean. The only thing future renters need to be aware of is that the deck/balcony is shared with the other residents and is a walkway to the other units, so there's no privacy there if that's what's wanted. Overall, we had an excellent stay and I would definitely stay in this unit again if returning to the Charleston/Folly Beach area. Besides the great location and furnishings of the unit, the owner was also a pleasure to deal with. He is responsive, and the security deposit was returned to us the day after checking out. I would recommend this unit to anyone staying in this area.

What a wonderful experience! A gorgeous property on the most perfect location with a constant breathtaking view of the beach! Quiet folly beach at your doorstep. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience in folly beach. We're not big fans of the 'tourist' areas - this gave us a chance to connect with several locals. We LOVED SC and the people. Folly Beach embodies the kindness and warmth of the south in it's people. I would highly recommend this property. It's perfect!!

We loved this condo! It had everything that we needed. We had an unexpected surprise and were able to view the July 4th fireworks from the balcony. The balcony was our 2nd home and we enjoyed the ocean breeze which made it easy to forget the sweltering heat of the summer! The condo was pet friendly and we met many nice folks during our stay. We will be back.

We loved this well-decorated condo right on the beach. The view of the ocean is perfect. The short walking distance to all the restaurants and shops can't be beat. We will definitely be back.

One drawback of vacationing with the family is that often times you need to sacrifice the conveniences of home to afford a prime location. Not so with this condo. It is right on the beach, nestled in the heart of a quaint yet lively little town. It accommodated the four of us comfortably and has as many or more conveniences than we do at home. For starters, I have stayed in hotels with bathrooms smaller than the shower in this condo. The appliances are obviously new and all state of the art and there's even a laundry room. Large flat screens in the living and bedrooms with full cable. The internet was also fast and reliable. A short stroll brings you to a large variety of fine restaurants and fun shops. If eating in, be sure to try a pizza delivered from Woody's. The view from the porch is picturesque and the open beach with private access was a comfortable place to take the younger kids and they certainly enjoyed collecting an abundance of nice shells, hermit crabs and even a couple starfish. For the more adventurous, there is no shortage of nightlife. While walking down the street at night (weekday), in addition to the many bars with a beach atmosphere, there was a choice of rock bands, a bluegrass band or jazz band, all within a stone's throw of each other. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for the comforts of home with a beach outside your living room window and a vibrant beach community right out back.

I don't normally write reviews, but this property definitely made an impression that is worthy of comments. Until we stayed at this property, it has been hit or miss for a property to actually match an owner's description. Some come close but none, until this one, have been accurately described and exceeded expectations. This condo is beautifully (and seemed like recently) decorated, the location was absolutely perfect (parked our car and walked to everything, including a small grocery store), and right on the ocean. The view was so amazing that we spent most of our time just enjoying our vacation from the deck! The deck of the building is open all the way across but the building is built such that you can have privacy when you want it or the company of friendly neighbors if you desire. We brought along our dog and found Folly to be exceptionally pet friendly. Many of the restaurants have outdoor patios where you can dine with your pet and even passed out doggie treats and have water bowls on hand. We plan to make Folly an annual vacation destination and have found the perfect place to stay when we are in town. *Bonus - Folly is only about a 15 minute ride from Charleston - an absolutely fabulous city with endless options for entertainment, restaurants, and a great open market with all kinds of local goods.

We stayed here at the end of March and were pleasantly surprised how close all the shops/restaurants were. Even though the weather turned a bit cold and wet during our stay, we were still able to enjoy the town on foot. Great beach access! The condo was beautiful and very up-to-date...comfortable bed, huge shower and great view of the beach. It was nice having a laundry room, too! I highly recommend this condo to anyone and plan on coming back to Folly Beach and staying in this condo again! Very friendly place. P.S. Our favorite restaurants were: The Lost Dog Cafe (try the cinnamon bun!) and Taco Boy! Thanks for such a great place to stay, Greg!
