Layle retired and moved back East to join her son in finally making Charleston home after 30 years of working in the not for profit theatre world and teaching at New Mexico State University. Recently receiving her MFA in Creative Writing, she spends her time writing poetry and running on the beach. As a service oriented person, she loves caring for properties and guests spending time on her beloved Folly Island. She is a proud Air Force Mom!
