One of Folly’s Best! The Landing at Little Oak is your new summer escape. Come relax and unwind at this tucked-away oasis. It is a 1 bedroom condo, perfect for a couple on retreat or a reunion of friends. The Little Oak gated community gives guests access to many amenities such as a pool, crab dock, community fire pit and charcoal grill, bocci ball, and tennis/pickleball courts. This condo is a birdwatcher's haven, where herons frequently glide by. Conveniently located just before Folly Island, it is a 20-minute walk or 10-minute ride to the beach.

The condo is the perfect place to rejuvenate. Spend your days on the back porch overlooking a pond surrounded by lush greenery. Enjoy your evenings in the living room which features a full wet bar. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and has a dishwasher for guests' convenience. There is a breakfast nook as well as bar stool seating. Three guests can sleep comfortably between the king bed and the sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo and a double sink vanity. There is even an additional makeup station. There is a laundry room and a few beach towels for guests' use.

This property is not pet-friendly. There is parking for one car. This property is licensed by the city of Folly Beach as a vacation rental - License Number: LIC055921. Because of the potential for fraud, we would not recommend booking a property not licensed by the city of Folly Beach as a vacation rental.

Wish the email instructions were more clear. E.g.

No one has time to read all of the welcome BS prose.
Stick to the basic facts. How to get in. How to get on line.

Very peaceful area, but if you’re prone to being woken up too early because of birds then just note there are many by the water in the backyard!! We didn’t mind it and got used to it, however they do they rowdy when they fight lol. The area around the Airbnb is very walkable and we even met one of the neighbors and she was very friendly. The inside is spacious and has a beautiful view. Folly beach is very close and easy to get to. If you’re also looking to go into Charleston, it’s a very quick and easy drive.

I loved the best rentals and will use them again air bnb has too many extras to add onto the pricing . so i will go threw the actual place not the airbnb site .
