This condo was amazing!!! We were looking for an Airbnb with a common place to gather for a quick visit to SC to meet our son and visit with him and friends. The condo was very beautifully decorated with great views of the boats going by and centrally located to Foley restaurants and beach. The staff was very attentive to our needs. We would definitely recommend this place & would love to come back again!

One of the best places to stay at Folly Beach.The staff was amazing, the view was perfect. The only negative thing was the couch was very uncomfortable, but it does have a pull out bed. All in all I will be returning and will choose this place.

Lovely views! Very clean & well-equipped place. Beds were comfortable. Living room couch could definitely stand to be replaced- worn, a little dated and noticeably lumpy on all three cushions from springs. The other chairs were nice. We did end up moving the those chairs to that sunroom area to enjoy the beautiful views and the high top table to the side during our stay & then returned them all (by lifting, not dragging to protect the floors!) Bring your binoculars for the birdwatching! Could be nice to have two additional comfy chairs so four of us could sit together in the living room. We didn’t really need that because we had beautiful weather- no rainy days so never once turned on any of the televisions! That was glorious in and of itself! We went to Folly Beach, which was packed because of replenishment but if you walked up a few blocks it was fine. We also went to Sullivans Island beach near the newer Charleston lighthouse, which was a really nice beach! There are a lot of steps to get to the actual condo & inside it, so if that’s an issue for you, this might not be the place for you. Upstairs bathrooms were great & bedroom closets well stocked with lots of hangers! Thanks for a great stay!

We really enjoyed the home. The management company went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and more. Lots of room, excellent views, great proximity to the beach and restaurants without being in the fray. My only negative feedback is that the couch was really uncomfortable to sit on.

Our party consisted of 4 ladies meeting together in Folly for a business trip. This rental was an amazing place to stay. The property was very clean, well stocked, and the rental managers did an outstanding job. I give this place a 10 out 10 score it was so nice. The pool was very nice, the view was the best, and rental provided plenty of space for us to spread out. Thank you again and we look forward to using your place in the future.

We called to have the pool cleaned. We also noticed that the WiFi and electricity was spotty at times. The lights blinked and the tv would shut off at times. The house was very nice

Had the option of this place or a beat up old beachfront shack. Glad we chose this one. Nice pool, awesome view, great boat ramp for launching kayaks, and very clean. Keep in mind, there is no outside storage. So we kept the kayaks and bikes on the car the whole time.

We stayed for 3 nights, for a long weekend, 2 adults + 2 kids. The location is fantastic, maybe 25 minute drive to downtown Charleston, and minutes drive away from the beach if you want to make it over to the washout. The unit is right on the water, and the views are amazing! With the right timing you will see 3 - 4 dolphins swimming. We enjoyed the sunrise with coffee on the balcony and the sunset at night. The updates are sharp and clean, we were very satisfied as the unit was in excellent condition and very clean, bathrooms, kitchen, linens, floors, etc. It was nice being in the condo community, with the gate access it was very quiet and relaxing. This was the perfect option for enjoying both folly and downtown, and the weather ended up being perfect with highs approaching 80 degrees for a winter weekend. We would definitely return.

This was our first visit to the Charleston area, and this condo was perfect. The location was excellent, with easy access to Charleston and Folly Beach. After a hectic day of finding parking and navigating the hub-bub of downton Charleston, it was wonderful to come back to this quiet setting. We sat out on the deck and enjoyed sunsets, activity on the marina docks, and even dolphins swimming just off the shore. Sunrises were equally as picturesque as the sunsets. There were a few minor negatives, like a squeaking floor in the Master bedroom and a downstairs neighbor who could only close his front door by slamming it. But those were not enough to detract from the overall beauty of this rental. Please note, this is a 2nd floor unit, and there is no elevator access.

What a fantastic stay we had! The photos of the view from the two balconies of Surf & Turf is what motivated me to book this rental through Folly's Best. We were not disappointed in the view, or anything in the Surf & Turf condo. The home is well-appointed and appears to be recently renovated. The furniture and bed was very comfortable, and we didn't need to purchase anything since everything was well-stocked (laundry and dishwashing pods, etc.). We spent both nights on the balcony enjoying the beautiful weather and peaceful view. There were recommendations from the owner of restaurants and things to do in the area. We truly appreciated all of the personal touches and efforts to make our stay enjoyable. Folly's Best was amazing to work with as well. They provided multiple emails and instructions prior to our trip. When I forgot to print out our parking pass, I was able to reach someone at the office who assured me that we would be fine without the permit at this particular community. We arrived a few days after Folly Beach was "re-opened" to non-residents after the Hurricane. Again, my emails were answered promptly and I was reassured and kept informed on our ability to access the property even as the hurricane clean-up was taking place. I was truly impressed and would not hesitate to rent Surf & Turf or book through Folly's Best again. Thanks for a great trip! The property is on the 2nd floor and requires the ability to climb stairs to get to the property and to access the bedrooms and full bath. This wasn't an issue for us, but could potentially be a problem for those with physical limitations.

I ended up chosing this condo for our stay because of the close proximity to our wedding venue and also the aesthetic. That last bit may sound snooty, but when taking pictures getting into your bridal gown, you want it to look nice :-) The beds were some of the most comfortable that I have ever slept in, even the pull out couch was awesome. Everything was perfect and we'll stocked, like a home away from home. Everyone that stayed with us only had wonderful things to say about the place. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone that asks me about Folly Beach. I can't wait to stay here again!

Communication from Folly's Best Rentals was perfect and timely. The condo was in great shape, new and comfortable. The view was fabulous, we enjoyed watching the dolphins in the river in the mornings, and sitting on the porch watching the sunset at night. The unit was spotless, everything you could need was supplied. this particular unit is two stories up, and it is a two story unit having and first and second floor in the unit. There is a unit below you on the first floor and the first floor is one story up, (as is the case in so many places because of storm surge) so be aware for anyone having difficulties with stairs. Overall, I was surprised and pleased with the unit and the condition, it's exactly like the photos, only a little nicer. There was only one slight negative, the bed in the 2nd bedroom tended to sag, but the bed in the master was nice firm memory foam. If you put a teenager in the second bedroom, they won't notice or care. Older adults might have difficulty. We would definitely stay here again.

We were in town for a music festival with another couple and this property was perfect. The owners have done a fantastic job updating the property and the morning views are wonderful! The mattresses provide a great nights sleep after a busy day of running around. It's close to the beach and some great restaurants. Cute shops in Folly too! We would stay here again and highly recommend.

We stayed in this comfortable 2 bedroom condo for a long weekend while 'getting away' for a respite from work and life back home in NC. First time staying on Folly Beach and loved the location! It was different than the places we have stayed downtown Charleston and Mt Pleasant. Much more relaxing and really felt like we were on an island vacation just 4 hours from home. The morning view of the river (Folly??) off of the back porch over coffee was our favorite. Dolphins frequent the water every evening!! The condo itself is clean and very nicely furnished. The kitchen and living space is perfect for 2 people and we plan to come back in the fall with another couple. There is plenty of room for 4 of us. We really loved the Crabshack and Lost Dog cafe, which are about a 1/2 mile walk. Folly beach pier is a bit further and the beach is great for jogging and romantic strolls, but about 3/4 mile away. We usually spend time touring Charleston and going to the many restaurants, but this trip stayed right out by the beach and never felt more relaxed and less pressured. The saying is that out there you are on the 'edge of America' and it was perfect for our little getaway. Thanks for making the booking so simple too. We can't wait to be back in the fall!!
