5 friends and I stayed here for a weekend to attend a wedding on Folly and it was great! The condo had a view of the ocean on the porch and was a perfect location to walk to and from the restaurants and bars.

Drove from NJ for 12 hours and were pleasntly surprsed at every aspect of the unit. Close to the beach, easy walk to fun places to eat and shop, and 20 min drive to Charleston and other historic sites. Sunrise at the pier cannot be misssed. Thankful that we lucked into such a great rental.

Perfect location and a lovely spot. Rooms are nice and clean; Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware. There’s lots of choices close by for restaurants. The beach is very nice and easily accessible. We will definitely be back!

Very nice condo. Fit our rather large party nicely!! Right across the street from the beach and pier with super easy access! Right in the heart of the downtown with all of the restaurants within easy walking distance. Condo was clean and well kept! Even got a follow-up visit from the rental agency to make sure we had everything we needed. Would recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Most things we liked: “3” bathrooms and “3” bedrooms. We only had two people but would easily accommodate 6-8 people. Easy beach access. Great restaurants within 5-8 minute walk. This is a block off the ocean front but can see ocean because of an empty parking lot across the street. Kitchen stocked with everything needed. Parking garage designated for unit. Washer and dryer in unit which is nice. Dryer needs a new heating element, but it worked. There is no grilling on the premises. No extra blankets available, so you will want to bring your own. Taco Boys is fantastic. Along with Crab Shack. Breakfast at Tides is awesome. We would book again.

Great location. They did not provide the condo number in the email. I have to call them for the location but someone answered the phone and gave me the number. Everything else was great. Condo was clean. Perfect location to the beach.

We needed a place to stay for 3 nights to attend a family gathering. The location was perfect for walking to shops and restaurants on Center street. The Condo was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Condo was very clean and comfy! Folly’s Best was not at all flexible with check in. We encountered no traffic and arrived hours early. I went to the office to ask for an early check in and they refused by saying it wasn’t ready. We could see inside the condo and saw that beds were made. They insisted that they had a strict check in time. We would have been more understanding if this was their busy season. Finally, we were offered to check in two hours early IF we would pay $100. We refused. While we realize they have check in times, the lack of customer service was disheartening. We’ve stayed in these condos many, many times. Owners and other property rental companies have been more courteous with check in. We will be mindful on future returns to not choose a condo managed by Follys Best. Folly Beach is one of the most chill and accommodating places which is why we visit 3 times a year. Aside from this issue with check in, everything else was fabulous!

We had a wonderful stay! This is one of the most convenient locations you could stay in Folly! The hosts thought of everything, and all of our questions were answered in the welcome book on the coffee table! We were able to go to breakfast, lunch, dinner, local shops, fishing, live music, and spend time on the beach all in all in just a few steps walk! Before staying here, I read the reviews...not sure how anyone would not be thrilled with this location, convenience and the amenities. The smell was no different than any beachside location, including the Mariott we stayed at my first night in the area. This place has elevators too - A rare amenity at many beachside condos! There was so much more space than expected, much better than the pictures! 100% recommended this place!

Not many places provide toiletries and cleaning supplies. When we arrived, there was everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable. Garbage bags, paper towels, dish soap, laundry soap, shampoo, and conditioner, body soap, plenty of towels. Even had coffee!! Minute walk to the beach. Outside shower to wash off the sand. Was quite pleased.
