Great place! Front porches had some limited ocean views. Back porches looked on to a a pristine marsh area.
NOT for anyone who has mobility issues. There are a lot of stairs!
Well designed house for larger parties which offers a large common area but the level below offers privacy with 3 individual bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Had a wonderfully relaxing time at this house! Loved the balconies on both front and back of the house to fully experience the beach and marsh. Great location - far enough from the busy pier but still easy to access the island! Would go back again!

The house was great and spacious! Almost every room had access to a deck. House was very clean. It is located very close to public beach access, so easy access if you have lots of stuff. Views on both sides of the house are great. Note- you will get your exercise in walking up and down all of the steps entering the house and going between the floors. ?

It was a dream come true vacation for our family! The house was amazing with lots of room and beautiful views. We had everything thing we needed and more. It was only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Greg was easy to get a hold of & quick to respond to any questions. The only downside was the noise from a generator on the beach. Besides that, we can’t wait to go back!

This is a comfortable home with plenty of room! Truly a Folly home! Communication with Best Rentals was easy. Although the listing described 3 bedrooms, there are actually 5 bedrooms. We enjoyed our time on Folly!

We had a wonderful stay, seven of us in our extended family. The living and dining room were perfect and there were plenty of bedrooms. I would come back in a heartbeat. Everything about our five days over Thanksgiving was great.

Ollie’s Folly is perfect for a family vacation to Folly Beach! It is walkable to the beach access, the living room, dinning room, kitchen and two porches are on the same floor, easing safety concerns with little kids. The bedrooms are spacious and the house is beautifully decorated. Our family of 8 felt like we had enough space to spread out and still hang out together without feeling cramped. Laundry was on the same floor as the bedrooms which was very convenient and this house had all the beach amenities you need! No need to pack extra if you don’t want to. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

What a beautiful home! We loved having 5 bedrooms so each of our adult children could have their own bedroom. The location can’t be beat! The beach is right across the street and was super easy to make trips to the beach or back to the house if needed. We enjoyed games and meals around the big table and spent time on the many outdoor decks. Just a short trip in to town to have some dinner and browse the stores. Super close to downtown Charleston so we could go back and forth to events with ease.

Great House easily fit all 9 adults and 3 infants. So close to public access! Owner leaves a key for chairs and tents etc so no need to bring everything. The rental company is not aware when you ask them. Overall so happy with our stay!

Ollie’s folly was a dream! Ten friends all gathered this past weekend for a wedding at the regatta inn. We could actually see the venue from the top balcony which was unexpected and amazing! The rooms were GORGEOUS and there were several porches and private balconies. Beach access was only a few steps up the road as well.
We’d love to return again! Folly beach was a terrific getaway made even more splendid by the wonderful accommodations.

We had the BEST time at Ollie's Folly. We booked to have the best wedding weekend ever and nothing disappointed. Location was great, rooms were perfect and felt like home, the indoor gym (3 flights of stairs) was just what we needed for all the food we had. Luckily, a couple cancelled so this was perfect for 10 adults. A future anniversary will be booked at Ollie's Folly without a doubt! Thank you for a spectacular wedding weekend.

This house is walking distance to public beach access, the views are lovely, the house has a great "gathering space" in the living room and kitchen, that floor is pretty open. And they have multiple coffee machines which was needed for this group! I also loved how they had a few cleaning supplies so we didn't need to get laundry or dish detergent. This was the perfect spot for our bachelorette party. Not a long drive into Charleston and close to the beach bars of Folly Beach. Would definitely recommend for a family or group of friends!

This place was perfect. Everything we needed to enjoy a beach stay. Full wrap around porch with rockers, grill, screened in porch with TV. Everything for the beach including wagon, boogie boards, towels, umbrella. Kitchen stocked with coffee and tea. Laundry room fully equipped as well as bathrooms. Our stay was delightful,

This place is great! The house is absolutely breath taking. It is so warm, inviting, spacious and clean. The views from the balconies are out of this world. The home is equipped with everything that you need. It's like a home away from home. It's not close to the beach traffic so you have easy access to the beach which is a plus.

This house is well kept and was a great fit for our family. There is a lot of porch space to be enjoyed in warmer weather. You have a good view of the ocean from the top deck. The beach access was easy and close to the house. The outside shower has hot as well as cold water. If you like to cook, the kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishes, pots, bowls, utensils, and several blenders. There was also a good supply of games and puzzles. Check in and communication with the host through the airbnb site was efficient. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Location was great! Easy access at arrival. Communication with the owner was good and we loved Folly Beach! We had 12 people and it DOES sleep 12. Just know that the 6th bed is a pull out sofa and there are no curtains for those that sleep there. It is very bright in the morning for those sleeping there. That stated, the sunlight is also one of the great things about this place! Very airy and calming. AC works great and each floor has their own AC unit. Shower pressure was great too! Loved the outdoor shower too. We would rent here again if we came back!

Ollie's Folly exceeded my expectations! It was perfect for my family which included ages 20 to 82. Fully equipped kitchen, fantastic porches, views of the ocean, only steps from the beach across the street. Views of the marsh and outstanding sunsets. Everyone could sit comfortably in the family room. I would love to stay there again! It was a lovely vacation!

Ollie’s Folly was an ideal property for my family when we visited Folly Beach for 7 days. The proximity to the beach was ideal for ever member of my family. The house was very nice, well kept, and spacious enough accommodate 5 adults and two children, comfortably. I would not hesitate recommending this property to anyone looking for a quiet getaway in one of the nicest locations in SC.

We had a great and comfortable stay at Ollie's Folly! Management company was super accommodating and met all of our needs. The multiple porches give amazing 360 views. Neighbors and city are a bit strict with their expectations of guests so be prepared to have "eyes" watching you.
