We really enjoyed this place. Enough space for 6 and direct access to the beach. The place is new renovated so the appliances were all great and functional.
Full transparency, this is a duplex and you will be renting the bottom portion on the duplex. We did hear footsteps at times but it was not incredibly bad. The dehumidifiers in the place could be loud at times but it did not seem to bother my family. While there is a gas grill advertised in the pictures I was informed after booking that I would be responsible for filling up the propane tank if it was low on fuel. There was an issue with the WiFi but the response to this was fast and it was fixed.
The rest of the place was great. My family really enjoyed our time and will continue to book when available.

I selected the unit because it was ocean front and had no stairs. I am retired, and have some handicaps. The location is spectacular! Great beach area. When I arrived, the cleaning crew was just leaving. The place was very clean. My only complaints about the unit are more about my problems than the units! It is not really set up completely for handicapped people. There are no safety bars in the shower/tubs, and the ramp to the beach needs a rail to be safe, as sand and wood can be slippery. There is only one closet for hanging garments. But really, these issues are nitpicking. I enjoyed the place immensely.

Perfect, quiet part of the island, with view of the beach even from the first floor -- great porch area, we practically lived out there the whole time. Some basic maintenance could be done on door handles and sliding screens. Didn't realize smart TV meant you had to input your own subscription services, so be sure to bring your own passwords. Enjoyed the beach and placement of this duplex located on the northern part of the island. There were some minor repairs needed in the duplex but the Best Rental responded quickly & sent someone to repair them. We would return again.

Our stay was great. The beach was beautiful we were able to walk and see the lighthouse with our kids. It was peaceful and very comfy. The only downfall was the guest upstairs were loud all through the night and random people let their dogs use the bathroom right in front of our rental. We would book again though.

This was the perfect place for our family to act like absolute beach bums. It was private, quiet, and there was nothing better than opening the back door and putting your feet in the sand. We'll be coming back again.

We absolutely loved this property! Right on the beach, wonderful deck with lots of seating, great amount of space inside. Beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. It was less than 10 minutes to the downtown area and had private beach access. We will absolutely be back!

So much fun! Property was more than perfect with walk-out directly to the beach! We made breakfast every morning, as some family slept in and others hit the beach at dawn-so no one was rushing to get gone to breakfast. Rental had all the necessary tools to make it, just add food! Close enough to many fun day trip places....lots of good food and drinks in the evenings!

We loved the property and close proximity to the beach. Some recommendations: Clothes storage in bedrooms More mirrors Hooks to hang bath towels for multiple people (There was a drying rack though) Overall loved the house and being close to the beach!

Wonderful week on Folly beach! Heat was not working our first day but JJ came quickly to fix it. There was also a leak under the kitchen sink our last day - we reported it to JJ. He was so helpful! Overall a lovely place!

This property was great! We were right on the beach the second we opened the screen doors! The place is described perfectly. My sister and I came down for a wedding in Charleston and this place was worth the 30 minute drive to the venue! We had a great time and only wish we could have stayed longer!!

Beautiful view and amazing beach access! Literally steps to the ocean!! The service was exceptional, we had the best experience with Justin! He was so responsive! We received a free gift and wanted an extra couple of cups delivered, which he did quickly! We also left an item and he went immediately, retrieved it and sent it to us with some stickers! Genuinely nice and helpful!! Thanks again Folly's Best!

This is a very nice unit where you can walk right out to the beach. Bring all food, drink and seasoning items you need. All cooking items are there, except cookie sheets. The furnishing are very nice and comfortable. There are TVs in every room.

Wonderful location right on the beach, with ocean view between the dunes. We liked being at the far end of the island where the beach is less crowded. The space was clean and comfortable with a great patio area. We would definitely stay here again when returning to Folly Beach.
