I was so excited to find a place that accepted dogs so we got to take our dog with us on vacation. It was a perfect spot and easy walk/ride to everything. We were on the inlet side near the marina, the calmer water was perfect for our dog to swim in. Love Edisto Island!

We absolutely loved our stay at Edisto! Host was very responsive and helpful with all of our needs. Amenities such as the pool and gym were easily walkable—as was the cafe for morning coffee. Beach access was a mere few minutes drive from the front door and we were happy to divide our time between the pool and beach. We had a very quiet stay with minimal notice of our neighbors. The place itself was clean and tidy and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and evening cocktails. Overall we were all very pleased with our stay with The Best Rentals and very much look forward to coming back. Thanks for an amazing week!

Great place and big enough for myself and my husband, our two sons, and my in laws. Beautiful backyard next to the lagoon, peaceful and amazing! Everything is definitely drivable, I will say that while you probably *could* walk to the beach, it’s quite the trek that is undoable with small kids. We were able to pack them up and drive to the closest beach access no problem, so it was fine! Highly recommend this place!

The community is nice and quiet and convenient to everywhere you’d want to go on Edisto Beach.
10 minute drive to the State Park Beach and 30 minutes to Driftwood Beach.
We only used the master bedroom on the pond side and it was large and the mattress was comfortable.
We didn’t use the pool but it’s just around the corner from the unit.
Saw deer on walks and they don’t immediately run away.

Great unit that is larger than the photos seemingly indicate online. Only real issue was the door code device which did not work well. The owner promptly responded with access to a physical key.

This villa is exactly what I was looking for on Edisto. Perk was that the villa had access to resort amenities. Would recommend as good, basic beach villa in good location.

The property is just like it looks in the photographs. The neighborhood is perfect for families. We had one issue and it was addressed within an hour - just a misplaced pool fob! It’s a great place to stay! Highly recommend.

My family and I spent 4 nights at the Ocean State of Mind condo in Ocean Ridge resort. The condo was very clean and cozy. We had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. All communications with Host and rental agency were swift and friendly. We had a great time!
