The sandy shores of Folly are right down the road. A quick drive or bike ride will bring you to beach shops and local restaurants. Mariner's Cay is a gated community with a seasonal pool.

Intracoastal Cove is a 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom condo that can sleep 4 guests. Spend your days soaking in the coastal views from two porches. There is a dining table on the screened-in porch to dine al fresco. The full kitchen has an electric range, plenty of counter space, and a dishwasher for easy clean up. There is a dining table to share meals or perfect for game night. The living room has floor to ceiling windows for beautiful coastal views. Both bedrooms are on the second floor and feature a king and queen bed. The primary bedroom has a private balcony with vast views of the waterway. Extended and Snowbird stays are made easier with WIFI and in home laundry.

Intracoastal Cove is not pet friendly. It is a second floor unit. The tennis courts are under construction. The neighborhood has a gated entrance and 1 gate access card. There is provided parking for 1 car. This community prohibits motorcycles or boat trailers and smoking on the property.
