Spend your days having fun in the sun whether at the community pool, tennis courts, or multiple golf courses. There are many bike trails throughout or bike right onto the beach. Shipyard's central location is close to shops and restaurants.

Inside Evian 157 is a spacious layout. This single story unit has plenty of room for 6 guests to find their own favorite spots of the home. The living room has a TV and access to the back patio. The kitchen has ample counter space and stainless steel appliances. There is full dining table to gather over your favorite meal or a competitive card game. The master bedroom has a king bed, access to the back patio, TV, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a king bed and a TV. The living room hosts two guests with a new sleeper sofa. There is a second full bathroom as well as a washer/dryer.

Evian 157 is not pet friendly. There is parking for two cars with the purchase of a parking pass. All photos are current and accurate. Please book with confidence.
