Perfect spot for our family vacation with 2 adults and 6 teenagers. Dining table was perfect for game nights. Kitchen was great for cooking and conversation. Beds were comfortable. Outdoor porches are great. Loved the ability to wash off sand with the hose and outdoor shower. Beautiful home and surroundings. We rented golf carts but it was also very walkable.

We LOVED this house! It’s so cute and cozy and provides all you could hope for at a beach house. The beds were comfy and the “extras” (ex., Floor fan) made the comfort even higher! We made many meals (crab legs, salmon, grilled chicken, steak and brunches upon brunches. Thank you for stocking the kitchen with so many items! Thank you for sharing your slice of Paradise with us. I was pleasantly surprised at the inside. In a world where photoshop is the order of the day, I submit to you that you should change the picture of the main front from online. If you have to photoshop that front picture, please do so. That picture is not doing this beautiful home any justice. The price was within my budget that is why I chose it. Look I even brought my own sheets but glad to announce to you that I did not need to use it on the bed at all. I was very happy at how clean every space was. Thank you. I have to admit I'm a clean freak but I was very very relaxed in this home. I slept like the princess I am, in the master bedroom. That mattress felt soft to me but I was out like a light before I could finish my thoughts. I'm mot a review person but I know it would be crime for me not to give this particular review. This place looks even better in person than in the pictures. Super spacious for our family of 4 adults and 2 children! Had plenty of hot water for showers & so much room to breathe. The back deck was the perfect hangout spot when we weren’t at the beach or running around downtown. Would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable, updated home with 4 BR, 2BA suited our group of 4 (long-graduated) college pals perfectly. The listing’s pictures don’t do it justice. We enjoyed the comfortable living room with space for all of us to gather, and the amazing screen porch… a great place to have happy hour while sunset colors the sky. Most of Folly’s restaurants and shops are about a 0.5 mile walk away. Be aware that two of the BR are quite cozy, but that wasn’t an issue for us. The home is elevated, as most of Folly Beach is, so expect to walk a long flight of stairs when you come or go. Charleston is a 30-ish minute drive away, and we spent one of our days touring there.

Perfect location and really great house! Very walkable to the beach but if you want to frequent the bars and shops on a long weekend I recommend getting a golf cart. Overall was a really great experience.

We couldn't have enjoyed the house more, I feel like the pictures don't do it justice. We spent hours laughing and chatting on the shady screened back porch, watched beautiful sunsets and even took in a lightening storm. The beds are comfortable, the house well equipped with linens and kitchen accessories. The private outdoor shower and the jacuzzi tub make for luxurious vacation. Hopeful to return to this gem of a vacation rental one day!

We loved our stay- classic beach house well built and simple pleasant boho/Asian decor. Plenty of kitchen items, pillows, blankets. Beds were confortable (and we are fussy) bathrooms in good shape. Loved the marsh porch and the outdoor shower. Easy house to stay in. I suggest renting a golf cart or pull cart for beach trek. Bring books and cards. We finished the Salvador Dali puzzle, showed it to the dog and he growled at it. For TV people (we aren’t but watched Wimbledon) main room set is small but large wall mounted in master and guests rooms. Neighborhood is very nice and quiet. An easy walk to Main Street. Would definitely go back!!

We had a nice family reunion over Veterans' Day weekend. Folly is quieter but still lots of options to stroll to in town and everything else a short drive to Charleston. The house was as we expected and we’d certainly like to stay there again perhaps next time in warmer weather!

Very impressive home, and neighborhood.  We had a great time hanging out on all the different decks and taking in the views and sunsets.  Kids loved the outdoor shower.  The house is so clean and comfortable, we felt right at home.

The pictures do not do this place justice! Beautiful home and so nicely decorated.  We had eight people but the house is very spacious.  COMFY BEDS!! Loved our short walks to the beach and to town.  So much to do and see here, and with Charleston only 20 minutes away we got to be at the beach in the morning and downtown for amazing dinners at night! Fabulous house!  We loved the screened deck and all the outdoor spaces.  The beach was much closer than we thought thanks to a pathway we found – only took 5 minutes.  The home is filled with light – nice open floor plan that was very clean and spacious.  Our kids loved the neighborhood.  So many families walking, riding bikes and golf carts.  Met some great people……we just loved it!  Best part however, were the sunset views from the back decks; WOW!

Great place to stay and was available in the last minute vacation planning. Great place if you are not looking on marsh or beachside.
