If you are looking for a dog friendly apartment with outstanding first line ocean view, it's the right place. Location of the apartment is perfect, you can enjoy restaurants and shops in a walking distance, no need to drive at all. We parked our car and even didn't use it until we left. That was perfect place for a small vacation to relax and enjoy the ocean, beach, fishing pear and beach volleyball. Only one side negative note is related for kitchen appliances and supplies. We prefer to cook and eat homemade food. And the kitchen didn't feel enough for it: very old pans, with easily burning bottom surface. Ancient bread toster looked not suitable for puttibg bread iside. And almost all kitchenware, except plates, wine glasses and coffe cups, were very old, and definitely have to be replaced. But overall experience was great. We will definitely come back as there are not a lot of options to stay with a dog and close to the ocean.

Our stay was very nice. The unit was well equipped with linens and kitchen items. It is pet friendly so although we did not bring pets, there was some hairs on the sofa. Not a big deal to us, but it is advertised as pet friendly, so that could include remnants of a pet stay! We loved the view and how close we were to the pier. It was a perfect place for just the two of us. It sleeps four, but I personally would have felt crowded having people use the pull out. We definitely will be back!

Great location right off the beach. Easy access to the pier and good restaurants. Plenty of basic essentials necessary for a short/longer stay. Could use some updating & fresh paint, but overall a nice spot. Property management was very responsive & helped us quickly resolve a minor issue we had with not being able to control the AC from our unit. Would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay! This is a corner beachfront unit with windows facing the beautiful sunrise. We enjoyed the screens in the windows which allowed us to hear the ocean while inside. There just enough kitchen supplies to make some simple meals. The shower was incredible! Dogs are allowed on the beach and our pup loved staying here as well! Would absolutely recommend.

This was our second year renting the condo for Thanksgiving weekend. It is the perfect location. Burt’s market is our go to place which is a half block away, everything is in perfect walking distance.

Nice place with great view. The deck is common with other units but ours (1-A) was off to the side of the common exterior stair case so it was more privet than some of the other units. Only one parking spot comes with this unit.
There is a custom code for each renter to get into the unit so I am not sure why they wait until the day of to send the code. There were in my opinion too many emails to read they could have been cut in half. Also the email with the entry code was not from Airbnb but from "the Best Rentals" account so when I searched for Airbnb in my email it did not show up. Overall I would recommend.

I love winter beaches and this spot on Folly Beach was perfect. I travel with my dog and the first floor access to the beach made it so easy to hop on the beach first thing in the morning. Gorgeous views and it was peaceful and quiet. Be sure to use the shower because it had all the bells and whistles! We were super comfy here and will be back next winter!

The location of this place could not be better! It is right in front of the beach with huge windows looking out over the ocean. It is walkable to all restaurants and bars downtown. This was our 3rd time within a year staying in this area with Folly’s best and excited to plan another trip. We love how comfortable it is and how you feel right at home. Everything is provided for you and if you need anything, you’re walking distance from any food/convenience store. Another reason to stay here is the view, and easy access to the beach. Very nice condo for my husband, fur babies and myself. It was the perfect size and had everything we needed. Million dollar view from the kitchen straight through the deck. Unit is 1A, I didn’t see that in the listing and you need it for your assigned parking spot. Our unit did have a public parking lot next to it and we did have some 20 something’s screaming and laughing at 2:00 in the morning one night for about 30 minutes. The next morning the beach maintenance guy said it does happen and to just call the non emergency police number. The condo is an easy walk to restaurants and bars. I would highly recommend this condo. Unit A had the best deck, units B had the stairs blocking the view, next best would be the D units. Enjoy!

The AC wasn't working most of the time we were there. Maintenance put a window AC unit in bedroom. Staff was understanding and accommodating, but it was a bit difficult to get in touch with maintenence people. Room was expensive, but was clean. Great location. Would stay there again.

Pretty good stuff but don’t expect any special service or considerations. This is run as a business and only care about making money. Several of the appliances/fixtures were broken or in bad shape.

The only thing that I would suggest would be to paint the bottom stair step on each landing a neon yellow; everything is painted gray and the last step blends in with the landing; also there needs to be more outside lights on steps and landing.....

We loved the little condo. Perfect size for one couple (too small for more then that). Easy walking distance to all shops and restaurants and a wonderful view of the ocean. (Might be loud in the summer as it is right next to a large public access but this wasn’t a problem for us). Clean and compact and we will definitely plan to rent again next winter

We've never been this late in the year, usually July or August, but the temperature was perfect! Our new October vacation spot is Folly Beach! Had a great time at The One on Folly Beach! The condo is on the first floor with a beautiful view and easy walk to the beach. The location is also very convenient to anything in town and there is a great market right down the street. We were interested in going into Charleston which was an easy drive so we were able to take advantage of the beach and a lovely city. The condo was clean and had everything we needed (except a corkscrew but easily remedied). Perfect spot and no issues!

Property was clean and well furnished. Bed had several slats that had fallen down but we were able to reconnect them. Bed not all that comfortable but manageable. Loved the shower and the multi head shower head. My only complaint is something y’all have no control of but our neighbor in 1 B was a heavy smoker that entertained other heavy smokers on the deck all day and night making it impossible to make use of our deck because of the loud talking and smoke and barking dogs.

The place was clean, with an updated kitchen and bath. We were so close to the beach that we could throw a rock and hit it. We had a very comfortable and peaceful stay. My wife said, it was a great birthday present.

If you don't mind staying in a small space, this condo was the perfect fit for two adults and one small dog. You have to be able to walk up one full flight of steps from ground level to the first floor. If that's not an issue, then you will have easy access to the beach and to the main commercial area on Center St. We stayed 4 nights over a long weekend. For the most part, the space was very quiet. However, there was quite a bit of night time noise on Friday coming from both the public access parking lot located directly below the bedroom window and across the street where neighbors were having a party. Expect everything to be perfectly adequate but not luxurious. We are cooks and managed well enough in the kitchen. Bring your own chef's knife and cutting board! The bed is a king and desperately needs a new mattress. One side has a huge and very noticeable droop. Loved the walk in shower, one of those fancy rain heads with other spigot options to choose from. Next time, we will rent further away from the hub-bub. But for our first time at Folly, this was a memorable respite.

We had a lovely time! The short walk to the beach was great! The short drive to town and downtown Charleston was great!

Very Clean but porch and window are next to public access. Bed is awe full and slats fell off. AC in master is non existent at night. Sun is so bright and hot can not have morning coffee. Would not stay again.
