The Landing at Little Oak

The condo was amazing! You walk in the door and feel at ease with such a wonderfully designed space. A serene environment that put us close to the beach and downtown Charleston. Easy to follow check in and check out instructions, and the host was very responsive. Highly recommend!

Beautiful condo, great location. Amenities provided were well thought out. My only complaint would be that Instructions came in too many separate communications. I had to keep and refer to multiple different messages to find the information I needed to access the property and check in. Additionally, 2 pieces of information provided were inaccurate, which was a little frustrating. So it was more the amount/accuracy of communications that was not ideal rather than the property itself. It was lovely.

This is a lovely, high end condo that is the most well stocked place I’ve ever rented. Beautiful nature just outside your door with dozens of egrets and herons. Well stocked and spotless. Never saw such clean windows anywhere near the coast. Aside from that, thanks to the owner for thinking of every little thing a renter might need!

Thank you for a wonderful stay at your little slice of paradise. The back patio made us feel like we were transported into a birding, turtle, gator aquarium. Very peaceful area, but if you’re prone to being woken up too early because of birds then just note there are many by the water in the backyard!! We didn’t mind it and got used to it, however they do they rowdy when they fight lol. The area around the Airbnb is very walkable and we even met one of the neighbors and she was very friendly. The inside is spacious and has a beautiful view. Folly beach is very close and easy to get to. If you’re also looking to go into Charleston, it’s a very quick and easy drive.
