We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this place! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The host instructions were very helpful, making check-in and communication easy from start to finish. The location was convenient and made getting around simple. Overall, it was a great experience and we would happily stay here again.

The unit was exactly as described. It was very clean and had all the needed supplies. The group at Best Rentals were very responsive. We had a few issues with the smart door lock, but they were extremely helpful in resolving the problem. Would 100% stay here again!

This was our second stay at Mariner’s Cay so we were familiar with the area. The condo was very nicely decorated and the cleanest we have ever stayed in. It had everything we needed.Access was easy - just a few steps up to the front door. The designated parking space was nice and pretty much right in front of the condo.We enjoyed the back porch for eating, reading, and games. It gets kind of warm back there during the day in June, but we figured out how to open the windows and the two ceiling fans helped.We walked to from the condo to Center Street in Folly three times to eat dinner, shop, and get ice cream. Not a bad walk for two late 40’s parents and two teens. Driving to Charleston from the condo was pretty easy.

Great, private, quiet stay just away from the island traffic!
Great seafood places right down the street and quick hop by car over to the beach!
Plenty of space for 4 and the back patio had a great view of the island and provided a quiet outdoor relaxing, dinner spot!

We had a great stay at the condo! Our favorite part was the screened in porch. It was nice being able to walk to the beach and restaurants. Very clean and updated unit. Would definitely stay here again the next time we are in town!

Beautiful place to stay! The entrance code didn’t work for some reason from the second day but the host called us immediately after messaging on the app. Some carpets had rolled up corners and it was alarming for tripping over, but otherwise the location was excellent (close to Folly Beach)! I would stay here again

Upscale property with great views of the marina and nightly sunsets. Was great waking up and seeing the water out the through the bedroom and sunroom. Very clean unit. Would definitely consider returning to the same unit.

Such a clean, beautiful place! Plenty of supplies provided in the kitchen, bathroom & living areas. We loved sitting on the dock and watching the sunset. Host responded quickly with any questions. Will definitely be back!

We loved our stay at the salty sunset! You can not beat the water views and location of this clean and comfortable condo. It is decorated so cute and was perfect for our family of 5. My only suggestion is please consider buying lined curtains for the master bedroom. The ones in there now are see through and provide zero privacy if anyone happens to be on the sunporch while you are trying to change or undress in the bedroom. Also lined curtains would let in less light for sleeping. The kitchen was well stocked, beds comfortable and new appliances (washer and dryer and kuerig coffee machine) were all convenient! We would definitely stay again!

If you want be in a peaceful area this is the place to be at 5 mins away from folly beach I highly recommend to anyone restaurant bars etc…

Great place to stay! It was our first time visiting Charleston and this was the perfect place for our family of 4 to stay. My kids, ages 3 and 5, loved the bunk beds and it felt very spacious. It's a bit out of the way in going to downtown Charleston and Mt. Pleasant, which is where we spend most of our time, but we knew that when booking this. It's a great spot, very peaceful, and fun to look out at the water each evening. I'd highly recommend this!

We LOVED our stay at this beautiful location! The condo itself was clean, spacious, and tastefully appointed. The riverside location was amazing-we saw dolphins every evening as we watched the sun set! We will absolutely plan another stay next year!

This was such a beautiful little spot for our trip! We had to go to Charleston for a swim meet and decided to make a little beach getaway on the side. We could drop our stuff and relax. Everything was perfectly clean and the view was amazing. I loved waking up and seeing the water. It was close enough to the beach but a little away to have privacy. Loved it! Will come back.
