We had an excellent stay at the Maryland Peach! We had our two labs with us and the outdoor space was super convenient. The house is about 2 blocks from the beach and two blocks from Bert’s | Chico Feo. We would definitely stay again on our next visit to Folly!

Great house and location. Peaceful spot with beach, bars, restaurants all walkable locations. Lots of room and very clean. Best Rental's was very responsive when I had questions. Highly recommend if you want to visit Folly Beach!

This house was as described. It was small but perfect for the 4 of us. The location is perfect. Close walk to the beach and Bert’s grocery. It does have a huge fenced in yard, that my dog enjoyed. But it needs some clean up. There were several broken lawn ornaments laying around. I had to pick up two old rusty chairs that looked like they had just been thrown out in the yard. The underneath hangout area was nice to have and we spent most of our time there. Overall it is a nice place to stay. Yard just needs some care. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Folly.

The location was perfect! We were able to walk to the beach and into town with ease. The area under the house was a great place to hang especially during a rain storm! The house was very clean and well stocked. The only negative thing, the living furniture was dated and not very comfortable. This typically isn’t an issue because we would be spending most of our time at the beach but it rained for our entire trip so we spend a lot of time sitting inside playing cards and doing a puzzle. The flooring in the house needs to be updated.

Amazing Folly Beach location. Short walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping yet far enough away from any weekend traffic. The outdoor covered shower was great to keep the sand outside and was a nice option. We highly recommend this property.

As the title states, the house was the perfect location to the beach (six doors up!) and a few short blocks to Center St, making the stay very walkable. We only used our car to start & end our stay. House is exactly as described - clean, large yard, great outdoor living underneath, just what we needed. And dog friendly (with a fee). Thank you!

This small (but definitely comfortable for a family of 4) was a restful getaway spot. The very large fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs who enjoyed running and playing. The kitchen had what we needed, the smart tvs in 3 spots (living room, master bedroom and second bedroom) were great for lounging. Easy walk to beach and to the shops/restaurants. Great home-base and enough rooms (3 bedrooms) for a family of 4 with 2 large dogs.

The location was awesome. I loved walking to the beach with my dog and my dog loved the big fenced in yard. It is a very family friendly house, unfortunately the weather did not allow us to use the downstairs space or cool firepit. We fixed a Christmas dinner and found the kitchen is well appointed with all dishes, appliances, tools. The layout of the house gave everyone space. We appreciated that there were not a lot of tchotchkes laying around. The beds were comfortable. I think the carpeting in the bedrooms has seen its day. I would come back.

We enjoyed our stay as did our pets also! The space was very clean, and air conditioning was superb (we didn’t even have to turn it as low as allowed). The outdoor space was a huge bonus for us! You can walk out of the house, and straight to the beach, just 3 short blocks. Thanks so much!! We can’t wait to return!!

House was perfectly located for quick walk to the main drag, and an even quicker walk to the beach. Very large fenced yard was great for our dog and we spent most nights in the downstairs area, listening to music and playing games. House furnishings are a bit dated, but beds were comfy, A/C was cold, and we had everything we needed. Listed as 2BR, but the additional room (with two twins) also has a closet and a door. Would definitely return - we love Folly. Thanks for a great stay!

Family enjoyed the place, had a firepit outside along with a dart board that we utilized. Beach entrance is literally 2 streets away and the walk to the square is less the 10 minutes. Had a great time. Highly recommended

The house was in a perfect location, close to the beach ( 2 min walk) close to the cute town to do shopping. The house was cozy , beds comfortable and kitchen stocked with all things needed to make a meal ( minus the seasoning ). Loved that i was able do laundry for my family as we were traveling for a while and detergent was provided. Overall a good stay and location ! Would book again !

Charming property! So close to the beach and the main strip, and we met so many friendly people on the block! We loved the covered game area under the house and the house had absolutely everything you could need. Love Folly, really enjoyed this property!

We really enjoyed our time at this house— and with the fenced yard, so did our dog. The hangout area underneath the house turned out to be our favorite place! And you can easily walk to town for meals or groceries.

This house was the in the perfect location, only 2 short blocks to the beach. The fenced yard was bigger than I expected and my dog had the best time exploring it. We loved the area under the house which had a swing, refrigerator, multiple seating areas, darts and corn hole. We rented bikes which made the trip to center street a breeze and also gave us a chance to explore both ends of the island. We had a great vacation and will definitely be back!

We loved this place. It was perfect for my wife and I with our dog. having access to a fire pit was very nice and the backyard was perfect for the pup to get off a leash and run around. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again for our annual Folly trip.
