In addition to its great location, this 30+ day, two bedroom condo also features a shaded parking spot and elevator for complete ease of access. If you’ve had your fill of the beach, you can visit the community pool instead to relax and cool down. This unit has got it all!

The open floor plan paired with a covered balcony makes this second floor unit inviting and comfortable; perfect for an extended stay. Want to have a stay at home meal? The well-equipped kitchen and spacious dining room allow for a nice night in and a slow morning. The unit features a master bedroom with a king size bed and attached full bathroom, a secondary bedroom with a queen size bed, and an additional full bathroom located in the hallway. For any entertainment or unwinding needs, the living room features a large TV and three-seater couch.

Folly Road Retreat is not pet friendly. There is an assigned parking spot for 1 car, but additional parking is available next to the building. While we manage this property we do not manage the maintenance of this building which includes the elevator. The presence of an elevator does not indicate that the home is ADA-compliant as the elevator may not always be available. All photos are current and accurately depict the property.
