The location was perfect, we were close enough to town to walk in. Parking in folly seemed to very from $20 to $40 depending on time and day so having the option helped save. You can sit on the porch and see and listen to the ocean which was nice especially when the rain came in.

Great location right across from beach access. You can walk just two blocks down to restaurants, bars and shopping. Close to the Folly Beach Pier. Wonderful screened in porch for late nights and early mornings. Very cozy and clean cottage with nice size bedrooms and updated bath. Pictures are accurate. Would definitely come back to this location.

My husband and I had a great stay at this cozy cottage! We even tried to add a night, but it was already rented. It was clean, close to everything, and like everyone else, we enjoyed the screened in porch.

Location was great. We parked and never got back into the car while there. Easy walk across the street to the beach and all shops and dining right down the road. Would definitely book again

Perfect house for a long weekend with friends. Great location. Plenty of space for 3-4 people, cold a/c and an amazing front porch. There’s off street parking for 2 cars, beach access right across the street, and a short walk to lots of restaurants / bars. Good communication with the mgmt company. They even stopped by to welcome us the 2nd day. Will definitely be back with my family. Thanks!

We loved the property. Decided to leave due to storm so only stayed 1 night. I did not see check out procedures so i hope we did what was expected. We would love to stay here again!

Amazing location. Can hear the waves from the cottage and be on the beach in only a few minutes! Didn't have a car and didn't need one. Easy to walk into town to some great breakfast spots and Ubered into Charleston to spend a day in the city. Cottage was adorable, cozy beach decor, all essentials provided. Screened in porch great place for coffee in the morning and to watch thunderstorms roll in. Highly recommend! We hope to be back soon.

This house exceeded my expectations and more! Perfect location- totally walkable to not only the beach (which is literally right across the street you can see it from the porch) but to all of the restaurants, shops bars, etc on the main street. Quiet but not isolated and had everything we wanted. Coffee in the mornings on the screened in porch were amazing!

Sweet as sweet can be!!! This little house had so much character! You can tell it is loved and we loved it back, cleaning extra and pulling a few weeds. Built in another century, it was unique and homey with an artistic vibe. It was smack in the middle of the action, which was really fun, but yet had a large screened in porch that made it private! The beach is across the street and so it is a perfect location. You pass by showers on the way home from the beach and a water hose lies next to the porch so you can wash the remaining sand from yourself. It has everything you need and sleeps 4. Loggerheads Bar is just a few steps up the street and Center Street is an easy walk. Even Bert's Market is only about 1/2 mile from the house. It was so fun we never drove at all, just walked to everything! I love that!!! Don't rent it though, because I want to rent it all the time! Wonderful location so close to the beach! The house had everything we needed and was within walking distance to most of the restaurants on Center St. Lovely little place. Kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom, and washer/dryer were spotless. The screened in porch was amazing and had an incredible view of the ocean right from the front stairs. Highly recommended and would stay again!

We loved this place so much that it was very hard to leave on our last day! The beach is right across the street and you’re able to see your family walking to and from while on the screened in porch. The house is so comfortable and the screened in porch a perfect spot to eat meals, read and play games. It had all the amenities we needed and was close to restaurants (walkable to Lost Dog, might need to drive to Chico Feo depending on little legs). The decor was so friendly and inviting and we can’t wait to stay here again!

If you want a beach place, this is perfect. Across the street from beach access, very convenient and had enough beach supplies to get us through (chairs, umbrella, frisbees). The house is well air conditioned so is comfortable to get out of the heat. The front porch is a perfect place to relax in the shade.
