Really enjoyed spacious condo and all bedrooms had en-suite, great views of ocean and pool from balcony, very short walk to beach and bars and restaurants. Suggestions for improvements provide beach towels and more cosmetics, but didn’t detract from our stay! Loved it!

Our trip started off with a major setback. Upon arriving at the original condo we booked, we were immediately overwhelmed by a strong mildew and mold smell. The air was damp, purifiers were running in nearly every room, and the floors were noticeably uneven—clear signs of a serious moisture issue. I had asked about this ahead of time due to my asthma and was assured the problem had been resolved. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. It was disappointing and frustrating to arrive to such conditions, especially considering the cost.
Thankfully, Logan stepped in and truly saved the day. He confirmed the issue n quickly arranged for us to move to a different property. the new location, “A Walk to Downtown,” we met Michael, who was just as exceptional. He didn’t simply hand us keys he showed us two different condos and let us choose the one that best suited our family. We loved the new location. Our last night we had an AC issue again Michael along with Linda saved the day! Thus we give 5 ⭐

Easy walk to the beach, pier, restaurants, everything! Nice view off the porch, great pool. Parking lot (specifically the unit’s assigned spot) is a little tight if you have a larger vehicle, but we made it work! Would definitely stay here again!

My family had a wonderful stay at the condo. Upon arrival, we were pleased with the cleanliness and relatively new furnishings. We had to contact the property manager twice and received prompt answers. The condo was located across from Folly Beach and was within walking distance of shops and restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay at A Walk to Downtown! The condo is huge and my kids loved having their own bedrooms and bathrooms. We loved sitting out on the balcony area watching surfers on the beach and people watching. The location is stellar—you can walk anywhere you need to go on Center St. and beyond. Beach access is right across the street and the beach is lovely. Restaurants and shops are super close. And Bert’s Market is a must visit for meals and supplies. The management company was quick to respond any time we had a question. We would definitely stay here again!

Can't say enough good things about this rental...clean, furnished and supplied with everything you would need to enjoy the stay. Location was one block off of the main street with restaurants and shops. Also one block off the ocean and only hotel parking lot in between so could see and enjoy water / view. Deck was spacious with comfortable furniture, enjoyed watching the sunrise with my coffee every morning.

We had a great stay. The place was just as described and had everything we needed! The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked with supplies.
The location was perfect, right across the street from the beach and a short walk to all of the great Folly restaurants and shops. We enjoyed our coffee on the porch with a ocean view every morning!
The only (very) minor thing that had room for improvement was the internet speed, which was very slow, especially if everyone was trying to use it at the same time so perhaps not the best place for remote work or school. But if you're truly on vacation, it's perfect!

We felt like we were home away from home. Well appointed kitchen - literally everything you could need and more. Very clean and well maintained. My only complaint is actually something my husband loved. The bed in the master was way too firm for my liking but my husband was in heaven. The beds in the other two rooms are super comfortable- my girls kept going to their rooms because “the beds are some comfy”. Loved our stay.

Took our 3 year old for her first trip to the beach. I was expecting some noise at night, but the unit was very quiet. Centrally located and easy walking to beach and restaurants. Unit was clean and had plenty of kitchenware, extra blankets, and towels.

We were very pleased with our accomodations. We felt "at home" there, and would stay there again! Only suggestion would be to provide more towels/washcloths for a 5 day stay, so we wouldnt have to do laundry mid-vacation. We only used the toaster and keurig for coffee, so can't speak much to the accommodations in the kitchen. Plenty of dishware and flatware.

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. It was clean and comfortable. We loved being able to see the ocean from the balcony and people and dog watch. It was fun being able to walk all over town to restaurants, shops and music, we never had to move the car. The beds were so comfortable too. Such a short walk to be on the beach! The property was very clean and spacious. The starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, household items, toiletries and laundry tabs was very helpful. The location was great! It was within walking distance of the pier, shops and restaurants and had a good view from the balcony even though it was across the street from the ocean. The use of a code for access was very efficient because it eliminated having to keep up with keys or cards during your stay and the need for doing an in-person check-in and check-out on site. I would definitely recommend this property and would not hesitate to stay again!

Our first trip to Folly Beach did not disappoint.... great location, rental certainly gave that "beachy vibe". Perfect size for 6 adults (plus every room had it's own bathroom) a definite plus! Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. No issues at all... we'd love to return again!

Nice condo with great access to beach, pier and downtown! Balcony view of ocean across parking lot as seen in pictures. All the comforts of home! Clean and well-kept with three bedrooms, each with a private bath, worked very well for a single parent with two teenagers. Enjoyed our down time just chilling or making meals. Each morning we sat on the deck, drank our coffee, and listened to the waves. The best part…each bedroom has its own bathroom! Not much room to put away groceries, however plenty of kitchen appliances, flatware, etc. Has an elevator and cart to bring up suitcases and food. So close to Center Street, no need to rent a golf cart. We will definitely rent here again!

We really enjoyed our stay! We visit Folly Beach every year and this was our first time at this complex. The condo is directly across from the beach and you can see the ocean in the distance from the balcony. Since you're only a block from downtown, the walk to shops, restaurants, and the pier is very short. I liked that the condo was on the first level above the underneath parking so not too many stairs, but there's also the option of the elevator. Parking lot and underneath spaces are tight so it's not the greatest if you have a full-size vehicle like ours. Overall, it was a great place to stay. The condo was clean and well kept. We would definitely stay again!

This place is exactly what you see. It was spacious enough for the 6 of us. The kitchen was very nicely stocked with everything you’d need for cooking any meals. The Welcome bag was a nice surprise and we were very appreciative. And when it comes to cleanliness?? It was spotless! We had the best time with our 4 “children” (23;22;19;16). It was exactly what we needed. Can’t wait to get back soon and do everything FOLLY! Thank you, Folly’s Best. Your company truly is the best. And your Customer Service is incomparable!

We had a great time and LOVED the condo! Literally across the street from a well maintained public beach access. Next door to Center St, with EXCELLENT restaurants! The fried scallops and oysters at The Washout were some of the best I’ve ever had and I grew up at the beach!
Only one complaint. The night we got there, all the power went out on the ground floor. This meant lugging all our luggage up the stairs (elevators went out soon after we arrived as well) in the pitch black. The power was cut back on the next day, but the elevators never got fixed. It was definitely a nuisance having two kids under 3 with no elevator. Didn’t ruin our trip though. Still a five star weekend in my opinion!

Only quibble I have is the timed lock on the door, would not let us in til 4pm on the dot and locked us out 10am the day we left, luckily we had all luggage out just some food in fridge.

The condo is very clean, comfortable and nice. We enjoyed the location because it is walking distance to everything. One minute to beach, minutes to the main street with all the shops and restaurants. The only time we used the car was to go the grocery store our first day and spending a day in Charleston. This was our first time at Folly Beach and we loved it. We would stay at the condo every time we come here in the future. We definitely highly recommend!

Property was exactly as described. Deck and pool were great. Parking was easy and close to stairs and elevator. Unit was clean and well appointed. We didn’t have to look for anything. Cabinets were labeled as were all the switches, remotes etc. A real time saver when you need a coffee cup and are not in your own kitchen. Two minute walk to restaurants, three to the beach and five to the market. Even though we were right in the middle of everything it was quiet at night. The only time we had to contact the host was to see about early check in and they answered promptly. All in all it was everything we we wanted.

A Walk to Downtown is in the perfect location. Just across the street from the beach so you can get out early and claim your spot and a shot walk to anything you need in Folly. This is extra important as park is so limited. Covered parking made it super easy to get the car unloaded even during the storm we arrived with. Condo was great. Perfect amount of room for our family. Each kid could have their own rooms and relax at the end of a long beach day. Anything that was needed for the kitchen was there and we didn't have to go searching. Very well stocked. Would definitely visit again!!

So close to the beach! Walking distance to shops and restaurants!
The rooms are a nice size and beds are comfortable. I love that each room has its own bathroom.
The deck is large and great to hang out and relax on!

Great condo with separate bedrooms with ensuites suitable for a mulitigenerational stay. I stayed for a week with my husband, our two daughters, and my parents. We didn't feel like we were in tight quarters. Each bedroom has a tv, so when we were done enjoying family time in the living room, we all went to our separate rooms. There was a pool onsite, but we predominantly spent our time at the beach which was directly across the street. Two emphatic thumbs up.

Good location. Nice unit, well maintained. Clean and comfortable. Decent sized pool on site, which was good. One block from the beach and one from the downtown area. You really can't beat this place.
