Place was very nice. Great location, beautiful oceanfront view. Everything was as described and came with a welcome starter lots of soap, shampoo, trash bags, dishwater soap, etc. Very nice touch! Bert’s store is one block away and open 24/7. You can buy everything you need along with free coffee!

We absolutely loved this stay! We are already wanting to come back for spring break in March. It was perfect for two people and a dog. We loved spending the morning on the porch and then easily being able to walk on the beach. Located in the perfect part of Folly to be able to walk everywhere. The bed was comfy. Everything was super clean. Great amenities! We ate out for every meal (Bert’s is a must for breakfast and lunch and literally a block away) but we easily could’ve cooked because they had plenty of appliances to help you prepare/cook food. 11/10 trip and place to stay! Definitely will be back!

The view of the beach, ocean and pier are incredible! Perfect location with a local grocery across the street, the pier less than a block away and Center St with all the shopping, restaurants, bars etc. The stairs were difficult for me but worth it!

Gorgeous views, just steps from the beach! The unit was clean and modern. The only thing to be aware of is the steps, this unit was on the 3rd floor.

This was an amazing location. for EVERYTHING! Its right on the beach and you never have to use a car!! Restaurants bars shops bike rentals all from one to 3 blocks...has beach lifeguard on duty right beside us and the beach was soooo clean! We loved our stay, the view was incredible and all of the amenities are clean and updated. Only complaint we had was you can hear the next door neighbor clear as day, and the units share a connecting laundry room. Other than that great stay and would recommend to anyone looking for an easy, great location spot on Folly!

Great stay at 3A. The only complaint is that it’s 48 steps and 48 steps down. I closed my Apple rings on my watch everyday. The condo itself was wonderful and the view was amazing. But those stairs were a lot especially for those of us with bad knees and having to go up and down to take the dog out. Wish there was an elevator.

Stayed the last week of October. Weather was perfect. Ocean view incredible especially from this end unit. Only complaint is the clothes dryer did not work , but there was plenty of breeze to dry items on the deck. Neighbors were great. Folly beach is the most laid back city I have ever visited.

My wife and I had a wonderful time at this airbnb. Very comfortable place to enjoy relaxation. Cannot beat the beautiful views of the Sun starting in the morning. Great place to walk around and find a lot to do from the pier all the way to the greats little shops. Also just a short drive from Charleston to take in even more beautiful areas. Definitely would love to stay here again. The only downside was that the top floors are 3 flights up with no elevator but the view is amazing.

I graduated from CofC many years ago and wanted to bring my 3 (now 4) year old daughter to visit. Downtown has changed so much, but folly has remained. It has the charm and the fun that it used to! My daughter LOVED it and keeps telling me that we need to go back! I’m so glad that this rental allowed me to share a place that is so close to my heart with my daughter! 100% recommend!

Loved the view, bright inside and great kitchen and bathroom A little noisy depending on the neighbors as there is an open vent through the shared laundry room ; sadly you can here everything; dog barking ; baby crying ; throat clearing so you get up in the morning when your neighbors do. Fortunately we had 2 nights neighborless :)

We enjoyed our stay at the condo and loved the location. It's close to all businesses and restaurants on Main St. and it has a great view of the ocean which is an easy walk to the beach. We saw some amazing sunrises and even some dolphins swimming nearby. The condo was very clean and comfortable.
The listing is transparent in letting you know about the climb to the 3rd floor and it does give you a work out especially when arriving with luggage. There is also a shared laundry room as it states so it requires some coordination and consideration with your neighbors to wash clothes.
Overall, we were happy with the rental and would recommend it for any beach lovers.

Very clean property right on the beach.Shower was amazing and the kitchen has any pan/appliance you may need. The area was quiet for the most part. Still working on pier so some noise from there but not bad. Loved sitting on the porch in the evening just listening to the surf. Bella (my GSP) and I had a wonderful stay. Nice location...within walking distance to most of the shops and restaurants. The only recommendation I have is that you supply coffee filters and foil. Had to ask another renter for them so I didn't have to buy a whole package of 50 at Burt's market. Other than that, it was the perfect pit stop on my way to upstate NY. Would consider staying again during the off season.

You couldn’t ask for a better location bc this is just a few steps to your beach chair. Athough the whole front balcony is shared(a hesitation based on other reviews) each unit has its own set of chairs, unit 3A has a nice high top bar table and chairs that were our favorite spot when not at the beach. A couple things to note for flyers, beach towels are not provided so you might want to pack them, folding beach chairs are provided in a shared area, but the other unit claimed ALL of them prior to our arrival so we ended up having to rent from the beach service at a cost of $50 per day for 2 chairs and umbrella through 9am-5pm. You might also want to bring some sort of cooler bag to take beverages to the beach and be sure to bring along a cup as no alcohol is “allowed” on the beach. Plenty of food options within walking distance. A regular coffee pot is provided but bring your own coffee(as I always do).

My wife and I started staying at FBS3A not long after it was built. It has been a number of years since we visited FB and we were delighted to find this place as good as ever and much improved in some areas. The remodeled kitchen is very nice and the new (to us) shower is fantastic! My wife especially liked the fact that the shower floor was not cold. Two comments for you to consider as possible improvements: 1) the blind on the large window does not come all the way to the bottom. Leaving a 4-5 inch crack which we covered up with a blanket. 2) we were not aware that you no longer have cable but just Roku. I had to call the property manager and they sent someone out to straighten it (and me) out. Some sort of job aid for us folks that use cable and not Roku would be a great help. God willing, we will definitely be staying here again.

Darling property a close walk to the fun of Folly. The stairs are a good work out. The only surprise was the washer and dryer are in a room shared by the adjoining unit.

The property is in a wonderful location close to restaurants and other activities. The view is gorgeous and we enjoyed coffee on the porch every morning watching the sun rise. This property is on the 3rd floor and is actually 4 flights of stairs to get to the unit. There is no elevator. The management company stopped by to make sure everything was working during our stay. The only thing that bothered me was that they wanted $100 for an early or late check out. This property is all ready expensive with a hefty managment and cleaning fee. Another $100 seems usurious. We did enjoy our stay and would definitely come back again.

Thank you for being dog friendly! Both my girls really enjoyed their first beach trip. We especially enjoyed the beautiful sunrises from our deck. Great location for an easy walk to dog -friendly shopping & restaurants. Great condo- comfortable with everything you need. Will stay here again!

Overall, great stay! When we first arrived, the AC wasn’t working. The unit was hot! But after a call, they had it fixed quickly.
The view was outstanding and the bed was very comfy.

Beautiful view of the beach. Clean condo. Had some extra stuff as far as soap and shampoo, and toilet paper, dishwashing soap that we appreciated. Appreciate the option to bring a pet. It was not clear in the description that this is a shared non private porch.

What a great stay! The perfect location for rolling out of bed and taking a walk on the beach. Everything you need in a little beach apartment with a well stocked kitchen. We worked from here for 4 days and wished we stayed longer!

We loved sitting on the porch and watching the sunrise. It was very close to the beach and also right across the street from the bars and restaurants. Very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots/pans, cutting board, etc.
