The house was perfect! You can hear the ocean from the porch. It’s so peaceful and cozy. The backyard was perfect for our dog. Just a block away from the beach. Best Rentals were so kind. They brought us a mug and tennis ball for our dog!

First, location was great! Easy walking to beach and downtown restaurants in a quiet neighborhood. Reasonable distance to Charleston and area plantations. House was extremely clean with all the amenities. Our dog felt at home! A gate at the top of the stairs on the upper floor kept our pup from roaming. We were embarrassed to have to call maintenance (who arrived promptly) for help operating the showers. The pull-handle-to-start was very tight and we did not want to break anything. A note would help others. The wi-fi was good for phones and laptops but the TV worked over internet and there were frequent dropouts. The upper floor TV had 3 remotes. Some instructions would be helpful. Note that the door lock will only operate from the 4 PM check-in to the 10 AM check-out. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would use The Best Rentals without hesitation in the future. Customer service was great from the booking process and throughout the stay.

House was just as pictured! We booked as a last minute when our other Airbnb did not meet our standards. House was super clean, beds were very comfortable and the location was great! Short walk to Center street and you can hear the ocean from the front porches :) The layout is interesting as the bedrooms are on the “first floor” and the kitchen/living is top floor. Might be hard for light sleepers. We would totally stay here again!

Love Folly. It was our second visit and this property did not disappoint! Immediately upon booking, the Property Manager reached out with pertinent info. They communicated a few times via email before our stay. All of the info was accurate. I contacted them twice and they were lovely and accommodating. The property is absolutely darling. Covered parking. Ample backyard and an outdoor shower. Walk up one flight of stairs and enter and there are the two bedrooms. There is a Jack & Jill bathroom. Go up one more flight and there’s the kitchen, living room, and a bathroom with a sink, toilet, and stall shower. Cannot say enough good things about the location. Hope to return in April.

Best rentals checked in on us the morning after we arrived. She gave lots of ideas for how to spend our time at Folly. She even had a gift for us and a tennis ball for our pup! This house had to be the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in and it was only a 1 block walk to the beach. Only a 3 block walk to the restaurants on Center St. We especially enjoyed our meal at Rita's.

The place was great! Super easy check in, clean and well lit. The beds were comfy and clean/fresh. The location felt like a piece of privacy despite having nearby houses. With the fenced in back yard and gates on the balcony’s I’d imagine having a dog here would be a breeze. It was so close to the main drag that we didn’t have to break a sweat walking to have dinner or a drink. It was also right next to the beach (can’t directly see it from the house but can hear the ocean). There were three beach chairs there that were super convenient. Kitchen was well equipped and the fridge had an ice machine.

Great location (only one to two blocks from the beach). The house was very well-maintained and clean. Perfect for a family of 4 over the Fourth of July weekend. Very easy check in and check out process.

Great house just a block walk to beach access takes 5 minutes few minute walk to center street half a mile to berts. very clean house nice comfortable beds lots of space nice backyard we were sad to leave will definitely look to stay here again in the future if available. the best rentals was great host got us early entry and was very helpful would definitely recommend there company as well

This is our second stay at Flip Flop Casual. We absolutely love that we can walk to the beach and Center Street! The host made check in and check out easy and ensured we were satisfied with the accommodations. Our dog loved relaxing in the sunshine on the porch and running around the large fenced backyard. Folly Beach is our favorite place to visit and this home makes it that much more enjoyable!

We stayed at the Flip Flop Casual for almost two months. I cried when we had to leave. The location could not be beat: so close to the ocean and perfect distance from all of the action on Center Street. The house was comfortable, the decks and the backyard allowed us to be outside with our dog even when we were home (which we hardly were because the beach is magnetic).

This beautiful, pet friendly rental was perfect! Great location within walking distance of the beach & Center Street. Check-in & checkout was a breeze. Property manager dropped by after our first night to ensure we were satisfied with our stay & presented us with a little gift.
