This elevated home has multiple porches and lounge seating under the home to relax and enjoy the lowcountry breeze. Edisto is a laid back community with shops and restaurants just a short bike ride away. Sea Island Cotton Cottage is a few blocks from the beach so you can take a morning walk to see the sunrise. With the beach steps away, you'll have more time for shell hunting and dolphin watching.
This home is decorated with a coastal chic flare that fills with natural light. The open kitchen and living room has plenty of space to create family memories. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and there is a dishwasher for easy clean up. On either side of the kitchen and living room are spacious screened porches. Fit with dining tables, lounge chairs, and a bed porch swing that is the perfect spot to catchup on a good book. For evenings when the weather is nice, under the home has lounge seating, yard games, gas grill, and fire pit. The four bedrooms can sleep 10 guests. There are two wings to the home, so it is the perfect set up for two families or a multigenerational vacation. There is a King, 2 Queens, and 2 twin bunk beds. The bunk room is the perfect spot for kids to have their own space. There are two full bathrooms with plenty of counter space and shower/tub combos. Extended stays are made easier with amenities like a washer/dryer, WIFI, SmartTVs, outdoor shower, and 4 parking spots.
Sea Island Cotton Cottage is pet friendly for 1 house broken, well behaved dog. Guests are responsible for the maintenance and gas for the grill and firewood.
