We had a wonderful time at this property. The previous reviews were accurate so we knew what to expect. Right in the beach the screen porch and rockers were a favorite for all. Close to folly restaurants so can walk easily. House equipped adequately. We did replenish on the paper products and soap half way during week. Very nice. We hope to stay again

Overall very nice home. So convenient to get right out to the beach and also an easy walk to the shops and restaurants of Folly Beach. Plenty of room, many beds for comfortable sleeping arrangements!

This house had everything we needed and was perfect for our birthday weekend. I did think it was a little odd that the rental company sent someone by while we were there, it felt like they were checking up on us. And they nickel and dime you for everything, so I think in the future I will avoid booking with a rental company because I think homeowners have a little more flexibility. But everything else was perfect and we had an amazing weekend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Folly at this rental. You cannot get any closer to the beach than this house. The pictures online are accurate. It was wonderful having a screen porch, swings, and chairs to sit outside when it rained and also a nice big deck as well. We would stay there again.

What a great location! We were able to walk a short distance to anything we wanted to do on Folly Beach! This place would be great for a family setting but we stayed here with our two dogs. We sat at the table in the back pouch and starred at the ocean for every meal. What an amazing place this is. If you're headed to Folly Beach this would be a perfect spot to stay!

This property was perfect for our family of eight. Size; location and amenities, not to mention the process of setting up our stay. The kitchen was more than well equipped. Beds were all comfortable. Plenty of extra blankets. Everyone enjoyed this homey relaxing lovely beach house. We are looking forward to staying here in the future.

Old house that has been nicely renovated but still has original flooring. Great beds but no en-suite bathrooms. Great view of beach. It has a huge drop off from path to beach. Older visitors would not be able to get back up. We used the neighbors’ walk to get back to house. Great screen porch but would have liked more comfortable seating out there. Only one extra blanket that I could find. And no bar glasses to be found.

Great place with the ocean at your back door! We had a wonderful time just being with the family. 5 Large bedrooms and plenty of space for 6 adults and 2 dogs. Stove was difficult to navigate without the settings on the stovetop, but we figured it out. Would definitely go back when it’s warmer

Very pleasant stay. The property is not new, but well organized and perfectly suited to be a true beachfront family home. Excellent location, tasteful interior, great place to relax with family. The only issue was the check-in process: our code did not work. After a few hours of waiting we got the key to the house.

This house is perfect for a great Folly getaway! They even have laid out all of the Folly beach rules which was extremely helpful. The house is beautiful and literally steps away from the beach.

This was our first visit to Folly Beach. We loved the house and the location. The house was perfect, roomy, clean and with the most amazing ocean front view. I loved watching the sun rise from the master bedroom! The kitchen was well stocked and the living areas and bedrooms were comfortably furnished and inviting. Charleston was easily accessible, but we loved hanging out in Folly Beach just as much!

A marvelously situated house with big, bright rooms and plenty of space to relax! We found everything we needed in the kitchen to cook and bake, and enjoyed the awe-inspiring view of a thunderstorm rolling in off the ocean in February. Self check in was a piece of cake.

This was the perfect home for our stay. Very clean with a well stocked kitchen. Easy walk to the little beach town. Great places to eat right on the island and a short drive to all necessities. Plenty of room for the 5 of us. Beautiful deck for sunny days and cozy porch for rainy ones. Best of all woke up to an amazing sunrise every morning without getting out of bed. Highly recommend it!

Dusty Dunes is an awesome place to stay! Clean and cozy property with everything we needed. Our favorite spot was the huge back porch that had spectacular ocean views and some cool star gazing opportunities in the evenings. Had a great time taking a quick walk down the beach for dinner. The location is perfect.

Absolutely loved our stay at dusty dunes! This house was perfect for our family. We had a group of seven and the set up worked out better than expected. We had plenty of space to spread out and still be together. The back deck and boardwalk to the beach probably spoiled us too much! The walk to town was easy, everything really went beyond my expectations. I doubt we will look for any other property when we plan our next folly trip, we'll just plan our trip around when Dusty Dunes is available!

Loved this house. I did a drive by ahead of visit, rebooked it for later. Things we love w/beach rentals; great bedding and soft wonderful beds. A great kitchen thats fresh. Check!!! Our first dog and dog rental. I brought a gate for the deck, easy to stabilize on porch to keep my K-9 safe, easy. Ceiling fans always rock. I rented golf cart for the walk downtown. Recommend LOWLIFE, new and sharp, where the locals go. The views in this home amazing. I visited with my Husband and have to say, best view, porch, deck and home. Take a puzzle for the small table!!

Convenient outdoor shower and hose were the perfect "rinse station" for our dog who loved jumping in the ocean during her morning and evening walks on the beach. 
The beach itself felt far enough away from tourists that it didn't feel crowded. Thank you for such a wonderful stay! Your staff and service was everything we could have asked for and beyond!

We had a group of childhood friends stay for 3 nights. The home was very well kept and clean. There are a ton of things to do right on Folly Beach within a 15 minute walk from the home. There is plenty of space for fun outdoor activities right on the property and the beach is only a few hundred yards away.

My wife and I have had the privelidge of staying at this beautiful ocean front home for a number of years. Its ocean front view, spacious living room and adjoining dining area coupled with the newly remodeled kitchen make this my favorite vacation destination. It's peaceful , roomy, extremely comfortable, and conveniently located to downtown Charleston make this place perfect for a weekend getaway or just a week away from stress. We love this place and plan on returning again soon.
