The place was awesome! FYI.....we unplugged one of the lamps in LR because the light started to flicker and then went out. We didn't feel it was safe to leave it plugged in.
The lamp between the twin beds didn't work. Otherwise everything was exceptional.

Perfect spot for our family of 4 adults. 20 minute drive to explore the lovely city of Charlestown. Then a peaceful marshland location to enjoy the beautiful sunsets . A 15 minute walk over the bridge to Folly Beach, some fun restaurants and bars. Enjoyed the pool tables and laid back vibe at Sand Dollar.Thankyou so so much to our awesome hosts who were very accommodating when we had car problems on checkout day.Would definitely recommend.

The view is everything. The place was comfortable, beds were good, living room was spacious, and we loved the little game table. Location was in good proximity to everything we needed. We did come in December so it was cold out but I imagine coffee on the back porch is absolutely lovely. Can’t go wrong with this pick.

We really enjoyed this unit with its awesome view. We have stayed at Mariners Cay many times over the years and this was one of the better views of the river. Property was clean and easy to access. Rental company was quick to respond to questions. The easy check-in was slightly negated since we had to go to the rental office to get the gate key. Overall, enjoyed the condo and would stay there again.

Great location! Just over the bridge to the beach. It was nice to escape the hustle and bustle, but be within 5 mins of the beach. The condo is on the corner and the views off the screened in balcony are beautiful! Definitely the best part of the condo! We enjoyed early mornings on the balcony and watching the gorgeous sunset at night! We had 6 adults and a baby and statues very comfortably. Highly recommend.

As indicated in other reviews, some of the furniture is a bit outdated and the AC is not very powerful in the 2nd bedroom but overall it worked well for us.

This is our second time staying in Folly beach. This time we stayed here and brought our kids. We enjoyed ourselves. The place was perfect and everyone slept comfortably. The view of the river was great and I loved the screened in porch. The location was awesome. It’s right over the bridge and its walking distance to Folly beach. The kids enjoyed the pool and the atmosphere from the property. The residents on the property were friendly and were nice to my child’s.We will definitely use this place again for future visits to Folly beach.

The residents on the condo were very nice and friendly to my kids. It smelled so clean upon arrival. The location was great; walking distance to the beach, it’s just over the bridge and about 8 miles to downtown Charleston. The view of the river was great and relaxing. Very nice property that suited our needs very well. Very comfortable. Liked layout. Particularly appreciated the porch and amazing view of the marsh.There were a couple things that could be improved upon. Very disappointed with the poor cable plan with only a few channels. Couldn't even get weather channel which is a must at the beach. We tried to stream our own Xfinity plan from home but weren't allowed to by tv (according to error message). We were able to use other streaming services but no live tv.Door to dishwasher will not stay open which means it has to be held open while trying to load dishes.Shower handle in secondary bath seems to have been installed upside down which makes it difficult to adjust water temp for shower.Despite these inconveniences, we had a nice visit and enjoyed the unit.

Best Rentals were terrific. The complex was very nice. Have stayed In Mariners Cay 7 times. This unit has a million dollar view. It could use a little updating.

This location had one of the best balconies in the complex that wrapped around the west/northwest side on the second floor. Great sunset view that spanned the horizon. The king and queen bedrooms were on opposite ends and this made for nice privacy. Even though the second bathroom was not attached, it was still very private and accessible. This was very good for two couples. Some of the furniture had seen better days, but it was clean. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay

This was the perfect getaway for a sister birthday trip. Great location near the beach but not too far from Charleston. Condo was clean and perfect for our needs. The screened in porch with beautiful mast views was our favorite part. The only negative was that this condo was in a gated community. We were not given instructions on how to enter the gate when we arrived.

Our stay was great! They went above and beyond with the bag of extra paper towels, laundry and dish soap, extra trash bags, and plenty of extra toilet paper -- the things you always seem to run out of first. The condo was clean, well-furnished, and exactly what we needed.

Beautiful inside and out. Wrap around balcony that is screened in to keep the bugs out. 25 minute walk from the beach to the condo. Extremely clean and had everything we needed. Perfect company with great communication. Will definitely be renting from them again!!

Great location and place. Thought the pics might be misleading due to the address being 107, they are not. On the deck it’s like you are the only people in the area. You can not see another unit. It’s beautiful and so peaceful watching the tides rise and fall. Great trip!! Thank you.

Great place, well-maintained and very clean. Met all of our needs and the porch and views of the marsh and sunset exceeded our expectations! Only recommendation would be some blackout curtains or shades for the front two bedrooms- they were very bright with the twin room having the exterior complex lights shining through all night. Would be easy enough to bring or rig something for future stays. We really enjoyed our stay!

Very lovely condo. The wrap around porch provides a spectacular view. Condo was roomy and well equipped (except desperately needs better coffee mugs!!) We were mainly here because our daughter is at CofC, and the location is perfect for going between the beach and into Charleston. It is nicely secluded from the businesses of Folly, but such a short ride to get to the beach. We definitely look forward to planning some future stays!

This property located on the beautiful marsh side of Folly Beach was a wonderful vacation getaway for our family. The condo was clean, roomy, and had nice amenities. The property managers left a nice welcome bag with trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, new sponge, & laundry detergent. Such a nice touch. We enjoyed early mornings on the balcony watching the wildlife around the marsh. The pool & tennis court areas in the complex were very nice. We liked the added security of the gated community & secure recreation areas, all of which were easy to access. We would recommend this property to others who would like to visit both Folly Beach & downtown Charleston.

We found the rental unit to be quiet, comfortable and very clean. It had all the amenities we needed and plenty that we did not even use. Excellent washer/dryer! It's a wonderful place to kick back, hang out with your family in a home-away-from-home much larger than a hotel room, and in a beautiful, safe location. A very enjoyable stay!
