The Space:
This spacious multi-level home features 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests with a seamless blend of comfort, style, and convenience. There are multiple porches and seating under the home to enjoy the surrounding nature and cool evenings.
Step inside to an inviting living area filled with coastal charm, plush seating, and thoughtful touches throughout. Unwind after a day at the beach with multiple TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, or enjoy some friendly competition with the retro gaming console, board games, and poker set with a foldable tabletop.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need—from modern appliances to ample prep space—making it easy to cook and gather together.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Primary Suite: King bed with sitting area and a private en-suite bathroom featuring a tiled shower
Second Bedroom: Queen bed with its own private bathroom and tiled shower
Third Bedroom: Queen bed and two twin beds, perfect for kids or additional guests
Each room is designed to provide comfort and privacy, making it ideal for multiple families or groups.

Enjoy the coastal breeze from multiple porches or relax in the expansive outdoor space beneath the home, designed for both comfort and fun:
Plenty of outdoor seating, gas grill for cookouts, gas fire pit table for cozy evenings, outdoor heater for cooler nights, and outdoor shower—perfect after the beach
For entertainment, take advantage of cornhole, a dartboard, and table ping pong—fun for all ages!

Booking Birdies and Beaches includes a fob to Ocean Ridge amenities through Club Wyndham, including 3 swimming pools (one featuring a tiki bar!), hot tubs, miniature golf, tennis courts, fitness room, playground, and beach cabana access with restrooms (located in the 2000 block of Palmetto Blvd). If lost or damaged, the replacement of this fob is $500.
