Very comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood. It’s an older home so if you are tall make sure you duck your head when you’re going through the house lol! It was very clean & well stocked with essential needs. Loved the fact that we could walk across the road to the beach & just a mile down the road are many good restaurants. Thanks to our host also for allowing our dog Max. Would love to come back! Thank you!

Our group came in for a long weekend for a wedding and this house was just what we were looking for: location and the perfect amount of space for our group. The house was conveniently located in walking distance from the beach and many things to do in Folly. Thanks!

Space was great for my partner and myself, plus 6 gen-z guests ranging from 11 to 21. Plenty of space for everyone to stay and play. Literally across the street from beach access, couldn't be better in that regard. Kitchen was well stocked and with pots/pans/etc and worked great for all of our meals. Staff was very responsive and friendly, both through the app and on the phone.
I would recommend bringing your own soap/shampoo -- they did provide a small amount (what you'd get in a hotel room for two consecutive nights) but it was not nearly enough for our crowd.

The house is from the 30s and has a great personality! Beach access is very easy. Property was clean. We had a couple of small issues the 1st evening and by 10:30am the next morning they had already came over and resolved! Property is close to “downtown” Folly Beach but far enough away to be quiet. Only suggestion is it would be nice if all the rooms had a full length mirror instead of just the back bedroom. Overall, we loved it!

This home was perfect for our stay. Everything was so clean free of any dust very detailed in the cleaning. We were provided with amenities that lasted our stay. The towels and linens were so fresh and very high quality luxury. The beds were so comfortable and the comforters were so clean and heavenly. I highly recommend your stay here. Plenty of pillows and extra blankets . Location was perfect and it was so beautiful to wake up and listen to the waves of the ocean while enjoying a cup of coffee in the mornings. We enjoyed our stay in Folly Beach! The house is so close to the beach. I love that we could just pop over anytime we wanted. My favorite place in the house was definitely the screened in porch. We hung out there to relax and chat, we played games and ate meals at the table. It was a perfect place to enjoy the thunderstorm one night! The last night we were there we enjoyed a campfire out in the backyard. The house is cozy and in a little need of an update. We did have some electrical problems which were taken care of right away through the management company. The kitchen is pretty equipped but could use a few more things to make it more complete like tin foil and food storage containers like ziplocks and tupperware. The house also lacked beach towels which I thought would have been rather useful so we didn't have to use the white bath towels. I also longed for cleaning spray to keep the kitchen counters wiped down in between meals. Thank you for your hospitality though!

The proximity to the beach is amazing. Enjoyed a short walk back and forth the whole vacation. Good folly vibes, feels like the exact cottage you expect for a fun time on Folly. Will return.

Location was fantastic! Cross the road and 99 steps later you were on the beautiful beach! Super convenient. We had a variety of ages in our group and we all loved 99 Steps and Folly Beach! Great place for a vacation!!

The best thing about this condo was the beach access right across the street. Bedrooms were very spacious. We really enjoyed the fire pit in the backyard as the weather was cooler when we stayed.
