Loved the balcony! We spent a lot of time out there watching the surf and sunrises. Sunset viewing is just a short walk out on the pier. Beautifully decorated, the most comfortable beds and pillows, very clean throughout. Had everything we needed. Highly recommended!

Property was awesome ! The only issue was that I was not able to control the temp. Temperature was kept very low for moisture control. At times we froze, (especially) at night and early morning when thermostat temp was deliberately dropped. This may not be an issue in the middle of Summer, however, in Sept it was.

We loved our short vacation at this wonderful condo. The only thing I did not like was that even though there was no one checking out on the day we arrived, we could not check in a little early (1 hour) without paying $114. Also, if you are not out by 10 am you will have to pay $114 as well. Even if no one is checking in that day. I checked. The condo was well stocked and adorable and very clean. We loved it!! I live in Charleston and I love to vacation at Folly.

My family and I stayed here five nights this January. We loved it! The living room sofa was the perfect place to relax and catch up on the family. The balcony was wonderful and the girls loved the swing. So close to the Main Street in Folly Beach and right on the beach. Location was great! Only small minus had to do with the TV in the third bedroom - it had a parental control PIN on many of the channels. I called the rental company but the issue was never addressed. This was no biggie just a minor irritant. Overall, we would definitely come back!

This was the perfect, quick get-a-way for us. Easy access to the beach. Very clean. We loved walking to the pier and loca restaurants. My 2 year old loved sitting on the porch listening to the live music. The porch swing is amazing! Downtown area was loud Friday night, but didn't bother us, but just so others are aware.

The location was absolutely perfect! Quick walk to the beach and into town. We rented chairs and enjoyed walking and biking the beach. Rita’s had live music every night until 9pm. The condo provided us enough room to spread out and relax. The swing on the balcony was our favorite place - and we saw dolphins two days.

The property and location were great for our girls’ trip. Beach access and being walking distance to the downtown area was a big plus. One suggestion considering that it is a beach rental would be providing beach towels. The rental itself was very clean with plenty of room.

We stayed here with our 1.5 year old. Very clean place, great layout, and couldn’t be in a better location! The pier (right next door) is supposed to be done in the beginning of 2023. Until then, construction starts at 7am and ends around 5ish so you’ll hear the construction noise… but our toddler loved it and it was fun to watch! This place is also in walking distance of all the bars and restaurants. We’ll be back next year!

This was such a perfect place for my family for the weekend. The location is perfect - walking distance to food and shops. And the porch swing with the ocean view is everything. Sitting there and watching the water was my favorite part of the day. I would only caution that if you bring pets, there is no place to let them use the bathroom so just be prepared for walks!

We love Folly Beach and have stayed in this condo before. They have updated the porch furniture so now you get more of an awesome view of the beach. The inside looks like it has had some revamping as well. Great location, close enough to walk to places and peaceful on the porch. It is also not a long drive to go to the downtown area of Charleston. This is also a pet friendly condo so the whole gang gets to have fun!

It was the best stay ever! I head to Folly Beach every Birthday I can and this Condo was the most comfortable place I've ever stayed on Folly. It was immaculate - roomy - so comfortable and the view was just amazing. I fell in love with the porch swing!! The convenient parking spaces by the elevator - awesome!! The Rental Staff could not have been any more accommodating and pleasant!!! I can't wait to go back!!

We enjoyed being in the center of Folly beach and the lively atmosphere. We were never bothered by noise inside the condo over the busy holiday. The beach is wide and beautiful with a great view from the balcony. The condo was a good size for our family of 4 adults and an infant. The condo was very clean but worn in some areas. We especially enjoyed the huge leather sectional and the swinging bed on the balcony. We would have enjoyed the view more if there had been some bar height chairs to see over the railing. There is no dining table on the balcony. The covered parking for this unit was wonderful as was the elevator. Overall we were happy.

Beautiful and peaceful condo, with an awesome very large porch swing, that we enjoyed for the week! The condo is nicely decorated and very clean. It was one of the only dog friendly places we could find in Folly and the owner does an excellent job of keeping it very clean. We loved relaxing on the covered porch watching the day unfold on Folly beach. There are tons of great places to eat within walking distance. We will be back!

2 perfect truly was! We had a wonderful stay here visiting our 1 year old grandson who lives in Charleston. Our condo was very comfortable and well equipped with all the necessities. We loved spending parts of our day on the front porch watching the waves and who needs a rocking chair to get a little one asleep when you have a rocking bed on a sunny porch. Will definitely be back to stay when visiting our daughter and her family.

My family stayed in this place last year, multiple things were broken when we arrived, to many to name, the a/c was set by owner, could not be adjusted per sign on the wall, so the place was hot the whole week, if we had known prior we would not have rented, we complained the whole week, asked for a partial refund, response was' tuff luck' from rental company, owner wouldn't even respond

Some girl friends and I stayed at this condo for a bachelorette weekend. The condo was beautifully decorated and in a great location. We loved the balcony, especially the couch swing. We also loved that the condo was pet friendly, and we were able to bring our two, well-behaved dogs. Checking in and out was easy, and having a door code instead of a traditional key was great. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone that wants to stay on the beach in Folly.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 2 Perfect for Thanksgiving week. Having stayed in a Myrtle Beach resort the previous two years, we found the accommodations at the Folly Beach address to be very cozy and homelike. Being able to include our pets was a HUGE positive. Generous off-street parking was greatly appreciated, though we didn't really need our cars for other than a 5 minute drive to Harris Teeter for groceries or supplies. Everything is a VERY easy walk. Great restaurants, beach shopping, and of course, cocktails! The view from the front deck is worth the price of admission, and the swing bed out there caused some very serious naps. While the kitchen is fairly well appointed, I will recommend that you take any slightly out of the ordinary kitchen gadgets you may need (ie box grater, ice cream scoop, soup ladle, garlic press, juicer, etc). The only negative I'm able to report is that we were able to detect the footfall of our upstairs neighbors. It wasn't oppressive by any stretch, but we were aware of it. The best news by far, however, was the price. We paid just a bit more for a full week in fabulously funky Folly than we paid for three nights in a fancy-ish resort tower in Myrtle Beach. Service and assistance with check-in and check-out were excellent. Melissa was VERY prompt with returning e-mail and phone calls. From my initial inquiry to check-out, she was right on top of things at every turn. We live only an hour's drive away, but we'll be back in a year or two!

2 Perfect was the ideal vacation rental for our girls (AKA.....retired older broads) time together. The condo was easily accessed and had fantastic views. Had the opportunity to watch the super moon come up over the ocean which was awesome. Beds were were very comfortable. Bedroom #2 had some issues with the shower in the bathroom (low water pressure and cold water) but we tolerated using the other 2 showers. We did enjoy being so close to shops and dining options. Will definitely consider coming back for our next reunion.

This property has it all. Right on the beach where you can swing yourself on the deck with a morning coffee and watch the surfers and tide come in. So much included in the property that it was unbelievable able. Comfort furniture, Very workable kitchen which has been updated, plenty of room on the table for dinner along with wonderful bathrooms. Walking distance (1 Block) TO THE QUAINTNESS OF SHOPS AND RESTAURANTS. Our stay here was wonderful and We thank the owner for taking pride into his/her rental property. Just got home from another wonderful stay at Two Perfect. The accommodations were very clean, the large balcony offered plenty of room for our family of 6 and the elevator provided easy access. Folly's Best Rentals management has always been very helpful. The location is excellent within walking distance to all of the restaurants and shopping. We plan to reserve it again for next year.

This condo was perfect! It was spotless when we arrived. Very clean and comfortable. The best part was the location. It has the most incredible view from the balcony with plenty of seating for a large group and access to the beach is just a 30 second walk. It is walkable to all the restaurants in town. You don't need a car once you are on the property. You could even rent bikes and a golf cart if you want. We were traveling with a person who had trouble walking so the elevator was an incredible bonus. There were a couple of issues with leaks in the bathrooms, so those will hopefully get fixed soon. Other than that - the next time we need a beach house in Folly's Beach we will stay at 2 Perfect!

The 2 Perfect Condo was everything it was advertised to be! My husband, mother in law and two small dogs had a lovely time staying in the 2 Perfect Condo. The view was spectacular. We had a problem the first day with hot water. Contacted the manager and had it corrected by the end of the day. They were quick to respond and eager to take care of us. My husband and I spent a week at "2 Perfect" with my 86 and 79 year old parents. We all had a wonderful time. I think my parents spent more time on the patio than anywhere else. They both have trouble getting around, but this condo was very comfortable for them. Elevator access was right outside the front door. We did carry out from Black Magic Cafe, Locklear's, Loggerhead's, and Folly Beach Crab Shack. They were all wonderful and within walking distance. Our 5 lb maltipoo also had a great time. We would love to stay at this condo again.

They were more than helpful during our visit. Not much to say except everthing was perfect. Beautiful clean condo. Sunrise every morning, the pier, sound of the ocean. We all loved the Flip Flop drop on New Year's and the Polar Plunge on New's Year's Day. From the ease of booking to our arrival details, Greg helped us with our very stress free vacation. His recommendations on local eats were also wonderful, The Lost Dog Café was one of our favorites, don’t miss it! We frequent Charleston so we did go in to town and visit some of our favorites there, like Hanks and of course Poogan’s Porch, if you leave FB try them they are awesome! We didn’t leave as much as we thought because the condo was perfect. The location, the out door furniture was so comfortable, sunrises and sunsets were those out of picture books…we spent most of our time here and ordered from Rita’s another recommendation from Greg and it was fantastic…thank you for a memorable vacation that we were able to take our furry family with us too and we will come back to and rent again and again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit is "as advertised" with the amenties. Great location...walking distance to restaurants and shops.....yet very quiet. Truely oceanfront as you can see and hear the waves from the living room and master bedroom. Great place for some R&R this time of the year. Lots of dogs on the beach, including ours! Good recommendations from Greg on restaurants, things to see and do. About 1/2 hr drive to historic Charleston. Highly recommend folks with dogs.

Awesome oceanfront condo with unbelievable sunrises! This condo is in a great location, is super clean, professionally decorated, has comfortable beds, and basically everything you need at your fingers tips. The porch is fabulous and you will want to stay out there for hours gazing at the ocean, the Folly Beach pier, and the activity on the beach! Our gang of 4 adults, 1 teenager, and 2 dogs had a wonderful long Easter weekend at 2 Perfect! We felt like we were staying at a friend's condo as this does not have the feel of a "rental." Kudos to Greg who is very accommodating, and responsive! We were so grateful to be able to bring our four-legged friends to this beautiful property! There are many good restaurants within walking distance. Do not miss the Lost Dog Cafe for breakfast! There is really no need to move your car, but if you do, be sure and drive to the north end of the island and walk out to the point where you can view the Morris Island Lighthouse - very cool! We will stay here over and over again!

We spent two nights here after returning from a cruise. Beautiful beach location with a great view of the pier. Just steps to the local restaurants, bars, and grocery store. Condo was very clean and has comfortable beds, great furnishings, and TV's in all of the bedrooms. Rental agency was great to work with (even brought us some boiled peanuts) and we will definitely use them again if we return to Folly.

We enjoyed our stay on Folly in the Perfect One condo. It was very clean, comfortable and has a lovely decor from the art prints to the furniture. We enjoyed having a television in the bedroom and my husband enjoyed reading a book on Yalta that had been left there. It was so nice having the essential products available, like paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, etc. The linens and towels were very nice. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the ocean and pier for coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at night. And of course reading after a walk on the beach with our dog. She loved being there. The town is very dog friendly and this condo is walking distance to everything. We hope to come back again and stay in this" perfect for us" condo.

The listing was accurate in describing the condo. The property was clean, quiet and provided everything needed for an enjoyable stay at Folly Beach. The outdoor furniture was very nice. We spent many mornings and evenings just sitting on the balcony enjoying the ocean sunrises and sunsets. The location was convenient to local restaurants and/or beach shops. We walked to Bert's for free coffee on our first morning in Folly, since we hadn't bought groceries yet. Also enjoyed a nice evening walk to Taco Boy for dinner. Be sure to try the Crepe Truck (serves sweet or savory crepes) that sits one block over from the condo. We spent several days enjoying the sites and shopping in Charleston. Boone Hall Plantation is a must see while visiting the area; beautiful place and wonderful tour. If your looking for great seafood don't miss Hymans in Charleston. Traditional down-home southern cooking? Don't miss Martha Lou's Kitchen. Best fried chicken you will ever eat, hands down. The property manager was prompt in responding to all inquiries. Rental process went off without a hitch. Would recommend this condo to my family and friends. Plan on returning again soon. Wonderful, relaxing vacation experience.

We couldn't have asked for a better vacation rental for our first trip to Folly Beach (and Charleston). The condo itself is lovely and clean with high-end and comfortable furnishings, and the amount of space was great for our family traveling with three small children. The proximity to the beach is ideal, as is the view of the ocean. We spent every morning and evening on the balcony -- nice outdoor furniture with comfortable chairs and cushions. The condo building is only a block from town, and at first we thought that may be a little 'too close' since Folly was packed for Memorial Day weekend -- but the living area and master bedroom are tucked in the back facing the ocean so you couldn't hear a thing inside the condo or on the balcony. The distance to restaurants (and Bert's Market for essentials) is ideal since we often got take-out dinner to enjoy on the balcony. Taco Boy was by far our favorite! The Tokyo Crepes food truck and Juice Truck were terrific as well (both are barely a block from the condo building). The drive to Charleston is only about 20 minutes so we ended up making several day trips. Thanks to Greg for being responsive and accommodating throughout the rental process. We hope to make a return trip soon!

The best condo we have ever rented! Very clean and well maintained. Loved being within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Comfortable beds. There was nothing else we needed. The porch is wonderful with lots of comfortable seating (even better than shown in the pictures)! Owner was ver quick with responses to questions and the rent details were easy to conduct. We liked Rita's burgers. The Tides bar has a fun atmosphere and is dog friendly. Try the Charleston History Photo Walking tour. We will come back here again!
