What an incredible location! Just enough out of the fray (last building on the block), while still a walk away from everything you could want/need. The neighborhood grocery is charming and well stocked. Rita’s is the perfect restaurant. McKevlin’s has all the real surf wear and souvenirs for shoppers. Be sure to wake up before sunrise and watch it happen from your oceanfront balcony. Others will be out too…walking the beach, watching quietly. It really is spectacular. Our hosts were excellent communicators, and provided a “welcome kit” with all our little essentials…TP, paper towels, dish soap & sponge. We’d DEFINITELY return if in Folly Beach again. Great value in the corner unit, with its larger balcony and view. Every unit has a balcony, but I’d grab a corner again if I could.

We truly loved our stay here! The view was absolutely beautiful, especially for sunrise. The condo was very clean and a good size for my family of three. My only complaint would be regarding the HVAC, which did not work at all by day 3 of our trip. Turns out it is a shared unit with the condo nextdoor, so we both had HOT condos. At least this unit had one window air conditioner, but the bedroom was still too hot. It seems the HVAC is a continuous issue with these rentals because the (very friendly and responsive) repairman had two spare window units in his truck. I hate to write so much about the HVAC issue because really we had a wonderful time and this was the only sour note. Folly Beach is beautiful and clean and even with the renourishment project on the beach it was lively and usable the whole time. The location was perfect and we walked down to restaurants and shops several times. We loved sitting on the front porch listening to the ocean and wind. Overall a great trip.

Wow! THE BEST beach vacation ever! We have been to AIRBNB’s on the West Coast and East Coast and this was our favorite. Location, location, location. Walked to all great food and the the VIEW! Wow! My daughter, 26 and a doctoral student, her dog and myself decided on a last minute get away to the beach for some much needed down time to relax on the ocean. The ocean view from the condo was perfect. The condo was clean, which was a must. We enjoy cooking and they had absolutely everything needed for cooking and baking. We were impressed at how well the kitchen was stocked. Communication with rental property was also impressive at every stage of the rental process from booking to checking out. We felt safe and I was very pleased with parking. Location to restaurants and shopping was all with in walking distance. Our stay was wonderful and we will be back!

We LOVED the location and the condo was soooo cute. The only downfall was we reached out the morning of and asked if we could check in early. We were traveling with our dog and were told that early check in needed to be made in advance which I thought I was doing by reaching out the morning of to see. We would have gladly paid an early check in fee but instead we sat outside the door with our dog for 2 hours before the lock was scheduled to open at 4pm. Other then that we would definately go back and give "advanced" notice to request early check in

Our only complaint was not being aware beforehand that there would be so many stairs. It was a bit challenging getting our dogs up and down. Overall a great place to stay. The condo was perfect for our weekend getaway. We normally rent a house further down the beach when we visit Folly. The condo is in a much busier area and the people were loud even at 2am, which woke us up. Otherwise no complaints!

We loved our time at Folly Beach! Being on the ocean is so connecting with the natural world. The condo was comfortable and well-equipped - honestly, it had more stuff than was needed and it cluttered up the space. Since it’s a small 1 bedroom (approx. 650 sq ft), every bit of space matters. We made it work for our 3 week visit and were able to rearrange and put away the extras. We like open space so it was helpful for us, Once we nested we really enjoyed the space. We have even determined that we prefer smaller spaces after this trip where we both worked from the space and were able to do it in a way that worked for us. We very much appreciated the pet friendliness of the building and the entire town. Our heeler (ACD) loved the trip! Also, when our internet was spotty, Folly’s best staff were quick to respond and remedy the situation! The town is super cool. Loved Jack of Cups Saloon, Chico Feo and Rita’s! Bert’s market is literally a block away so walking to get light provisions was super doable. We loved that we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. Harris Teeter is a short drive away, which we needed since we had a longer stay and needed more things than Bert’s supplied. All in all, great trip - definitely recommend! Thanks Folly’s Best for being super helpful and responsive!

Great location, porch faces directly out to the Atlantic. A very short walk to the beach. Also walking distance to restaurants and bars. A reserved parking place is nice too. Place was as advertised.
The beach was crowded but not too bad. We were there in June so we expected it to be crowded.

The property is as described in the listing. It was a perfect place right on the beach. We took our 2 small dogs and were able to sit on the ample porch and listen to the waves. The kitchen has all utensils if you are inclined to cook which we did. Having a washer and dryer made it extremely convenient to keep beachwear’s and towels clean. The provided plenty of necessary items like towels, toiletries etc. We had a little issue with the keyless entry and I emailed them and quickly received a response and it was taken care of by the next morning. The maintenance guy was super nice. If you are looking for a spot right on the beach for a cozy getaway to unplug, relax and enjoy the ocean- this is it.

Had a great experience. Super location right at the beach and close to shops and restaurants. Loved the view from the dining table and balcony. Excellent place to bring your dog, basically dogs in all condos, while we were there. Condo is small, but sufficient for 2 people and well equipped.

Amazing view! I went with my dog and it was so nice and relaxing, peaceful and quite. The neighbors were amazing. Worth the money but would have stayed longer just to make the extra cleaning cost worth it. But ideally located and extremely walkable.

Amazing view! I went with my dog and it was so nice and relaxing, peaceful and quite. The neighbors were amazing. Worth the money but would have stayed longer just to make the extra cleaning cost worth it. But ideally located and extremely walkable.

The condo was awesome with its perfect view on the ocean!!! we loved to watch the sunrise and the half minute walk to the beach with our little one! all the restaurants and shops at folly beach "downtown" were really good to reach within a 5minute walk! condo was really good equipped (kitchen, furniture, etc.). only things we struggled: with our almost two year old son the really high chairs+table in the condo were not really convenient for meals and the noise you could here from the condo above was pretty loud. so who has a light sleep might get in trouble when people have booked the condo above. but everything else was PERFECT!!

We had a great stay at 2Delightful. Very nice accommodations, nice kitchen (we cooked several meals), wonderful front deck to watch sunrises and be "on the beach" without being on the beach! Loved the hard wood floors for easy clean and no flea haven (carpet) but it did allow for sound transmission and when the upstairs neighbors were not aware of how heavy they walked late at night and early in the morning, it was eye opening (they literally woke us). We super loved being able to take our pup with us! We will plan to come again!

We came here to celebrate our honeymoon. The condo was even nicer than the pictures! Very clean. Tastefully decorated. The owners obviously put a lot of care into keeping up this condo. Waking up to the beach view and eating at the table looking out at the ocean waves is a beautiful memory etched into my mind! The large wall mirror allowed us to see the ocean even while washing dishes! The raised ceilings added more height. Located close to the pier, we ate at the restaurant there and loved the fresh seafood. We loved that this beach was not commercialized and crowded. We would love to come back and stay here in the future. Such a peaceful setting. Thank you for a wonderful honeymoon experience!

Being a VRBO owner myself and rent out my property, I look a little closer when I rent myself for personal stays. I found the property to be wonderfully located to restaurants and nightlife. You don't have to drive at all. It was a great oceanfront view. The unit was clean and had all the accommodations you need for short or long stays. There's everything you need in the kitchen to cook meals if you like. We used the Adirondack chairs on the front porch to enjoy the view, which was very relaxing. I would rent again. What a delight it was to stay in 2 Delightful! Honestly, the pictures do not do this condo justice! Folly Beach has several condo units along the beach, however what sets this unit apart is steps directly from your front door to the beach! I loved not having to pack a giant beach bag with towels, drinks, snacks, books, sunscreen, boogie boards, chairs, etc. Because your condo is a 1-minute walk across the beach and up some stairs, we were able to come and go from the beach as we wanted. I could soak the sun’s rays all day long, but my husband gets restless, so he loved staying here because he could take a break in the shade of our deck/porch whenever needed. It also allowed us to check on our dog multiple times throughout the day (dogs are allowed on Folly Beach prior to 10 am and after 6 pm). It was also great that as soon as 10 am struck, we’d walk the dog upstairs, and then come right back down to enjoy the rest of the morning! We found the condo in perfect condition! My favorite aspect of the condo was the porch/deck. I enjoyed watching the tide come in each afternoon with my husband and our dog as we enjoyed a beer or glass of wine! The Adirondack chairs provided were awesome! We also loved that 2 Delightful is a corner unit! Having brought our dog along for vacation we found that he could enjoy the deck/front porch with us if we simply blocked off the “doorway” to the walkway with a baby gate. The condo is in a perfect location to many great dining options! We never walked further than 10 minutes for any meal. Some of our favorites were breakfast at Lost Dog (dog friendly), onion rings at Surf Bar, the rooftop bar at Snapper Jack’s (as well as the fried pepper jack cheese cubes), the burger with pimento cheese at Rita’s! Also Bert’s (the local market) was a 3-minute walk from the condo. From the outside Bert’s doesn’t look too impressive, however when you step inside you’ll find they have a wide variety of products –everything from organic and natural food options to hot, ready-to-eat corn dogs, as well as free coffee and hot chocolate 24 hours a day! I’m already planning to come back next year!

This was our first stay in Folly Beach. Loved every minute of it. The condo was absolutely perfect for the 2 of us and our dog. Loved that it was a corner unit, felt very private and we were able to put up a baby gate and let our dog out on the porch with us without having to keep him on a leash. Folly Beach is quaint. Loved being able to walk to walk every where....Rita's was our favorite hang out but enjoyed all the other restaurants mentioned in the earlier review. Our intent was to relax on the beach when not sightseeing in Charleston. It was just perfect. The walk to the beach from the condo was within 100 feet, just incredible. Very quiet, clean beach and area near condo was nice. The condo offered all luxuries needed when on vacation. It was just delightful to chill on the porch, read magazines, sip on margarita's, listen to the ocean. Definitely plan to come back. Thanks for a comfortable place to make home.

My husband and I just returned from a long weekend vacation at this condo. The owner was accommodating and very helpful and organized with all of the details via email. The condo was the perfect size for my husband and I, and I can see where it would be great for a dog to join also. The location is perfect for spending a day on the beach, but also for walking to get dinner or go shopping. We go to Folly with family every summer, but we stay in a house that's far down the island, so it was really nice to be able to walk everywhere. We did have a couple of rainy days, but it was an easy drive into Charleston to enjoy what the city had to offer. The condo itself is in excellent condition: clean, comfy, and cozy. (And all of the windows are fantastic for ocean views and lots of sunlight!) We definitely plan to return someday!

We stayed there from September 4th through the 8th. It is a very nice little 2nd floor condo. There are four flights of stairs to get to the second floor form the parking area, so be sure you're up for the trip. The condo was equipped with just about everything you might want in terms of dishes, utensils, and the like. You are located only a block or two off the main street, so it's a pretty quick walk to almost everything. If you come to Folly, you should definitely try the Lost Dog Café for breakfast. You're also literally just steps from the beach and you can enjoy the fresh air, the sea breeze and a good cup of coffee (or wine) on the deck. The owner was also very organized and a pleasure to work with. All in all, a very good choice.

Loved having the private deck and being able to walk wherever you wanted although if you did decide to stay in and cook the kitchen had everything you needed. The place was nicely decorated and very clean. A great place for a romantic getaway for a couple. Although the couch was a pull out sofa bed so you could have company if you wanted. Our only complaint was we didn't stay longer! Can't wait to go back and stay at 2 Delightful! Next time for longer!

My wife and I were first-time visitors to the Charleston area and wanted to spend two nights on the beach. We made our reservations on only 7 days notice and were fortunate to find this wonderful condo on the beach! It is clean, neat, nicely decorated and perfectly suited for a couple. Best of all, it is on the beach and only a short walk to the pier and the downtown area where there are many excellent restaurants from which to choose. We walked the beach, went swimming and sat on the porch overlooking the ocean while reading books and enjoying a glass of wine. As for the check-in process, it was straightforward and easy and exactly as described by Greg, the booking agent. He was very professional and responsive. We would highly recommend this condo, particularly for those who want to be on the beach.

My wife and I were looking for a winter getaway where we could take our dogs. We discovered dog owner heaven. Our dogs went everywhere with us. The dogs especially liked Bert's store, where they always received treats upon entering and which was only a 300 ft walk from the condo. Downtown is only a block away. We walked everywhere. When we did go by car, Charleston was only fifteen minutes away. The Condo is on the beach with great views from the deck. The interior has been recently remodeled and had a fresh, clean, new smell about it. I especially appreciated the large shower and tall showerhead. The kitchen had most all the essentials for cooking. The washer and dryer were very quiet. The one problem we had was leaving; we didn’t want to.

Love Love Love this place!! From the Management attention to the attention to every last detail in this small but quaint and adorable place. The renovations are great and I can't say enough about how comfortable and what a great use of space. I came in on Friday evening and due to unforeseen circumstances the place was not clean, but I spoke with management and by the time I came back from dinner the place was spotless AND they reimbursed me for the cleaning fee. I have stayed at many places on Folly and this is definitely one of my favorites. Hope to stay there again.

My family of 4 with one dog really enjoyed staying here. The King bed is comfortable as well as the Queen pull out couch. The linens provided were very nice. I loved the home décor as well. All the appliances are new, and the 2 TVs were huge. The view of the beach and pier were great. It was nice to have life guards on the beach for safety. Would definitely stay here again. I was surprised that they provided dish soap, dish washer detergent, some clothes detergent, several garbage bags, salt/pepper, and several rolls of toilet paper/paper towels. I usually have to provide all that when I rent a beach house. Be prepared for going up stairs, as expected for most beach houses/condos. Loved that we were able to park our car and walk to anything in Folly Beach!

The location of this building could not have been better in terms of proximity to the beach, the pier, downtown, Bert's etc. The unit was very clean and well appointed and all the other renters were very pleasant as well. This condo met all of our expectations and then some! It was spotless, organized, and well stocked with necessities for the kitchen and laundry areas. Folly's Best Rentals also had great communication and made check-in/check-out very easy. Very pleasing decor throughout, nicely updated, and THAT VIEW! The pictures don't do it justice. You can watch the sunrise sitting in your PJs and sipping your coffee. We opted to get up and walk the beach each morning with the sunrise and it was quiet, peaceful, and stunningly beautiful. While great for shelling, the beach can be a bit rocky in some areas so be sure to have comfy beach shoes available. We decided this condo was the best possible location in Folly Beach...Bert's Market was a two minute walk and provided everything we needed for simple meals and beach snacks. All of Folly's restaurants are just a short walk so it's easy to slip off the beach and get some food. We enjoyed getting fresh shrimp and oysters at Crosby's and cooking dinner in the condo. Folly Beach is also close to all Charleston has to offer. 2 Delightful will for sure remain at the top of our list for a great beach vacation.

Condo exceeded our expectations! This was our first trip to Folly and we'll definitely be back! Condo was spotless, comfortable, and just what we needed for our little getaway. Plenty of restaurants within a block or two, and many shops to poke around in on the way to eat. Beach was very clean, and we found over 100 fossilized shark teeth just looking around in the sand! Atmosphere was very laid back, and the locals were so friendly and helpful. Lots of people had their dogs here, which was great. View from the balcony cannot be beat! The space was tight the evenings when we were all there but perfect during the day when we were out and about. No need for a big interior when the ocean is out your doorstep! (2 adults would be ideal). Great deck for enjoying the ocean view and the sunsets. Dogs loved the deck! Couldn't ask for a better location near shopping and restaurants. Bert's market was one block away. Shops and dining 2-3 blocks. Great location! It was clean and provides most everything we needed. We brought a lot of food and the storage was tight for that but we made it work!

This was our third time staying in 2-Delightful and it won't be our last! The condo is perfectly located...on the beach and within walking distance to downtown Folly. It is clean, well-cared for, nicely decorated and best of all pet friendly. The kitchen is nicely equipped if you want to prepare your meals; however, be sure to try the local restaurants, especially The Lost Dog!! Melissa and Greg with Folly's Best Rentals are GREAT to work with and very responsive to questions and/or requests.

Being a VRBO owner myself and rent out my property, I look a little closer when I rent myself for personal stays. I found the property to be wonderfully located to restaurants and nightlife. You don't have to drive at all. It was a great oceanfront view. The unit was clean and had all the accommodations you need for short or long stays. There's everything you need in the kitchen to cook meals if you like. We used the Adirondack chairs on the front porch to enjoy the view, which was very relaxing. I would rent again. It's perfect for 2 people (not for more, which is explained below) A couple hints: For coffee drinkers, there is a Kuerig machine, not a regular brew pot. Either bring/buy K-cups, or BYOP...Bring Your Own Pot! Also, when renting these units, try to rent the "D" unit or "A" unit. These are the end units and you will have more privacy and no one walking by your unit. The "B" unit is right in front of the steps, and has a lot of traffic, so "B" and "C" units should be your last choice in these buildings. The only negative is the pull out sleeper couch. The mattress is unusable to sleep on because of being too uncomfortable. We had a couple friends stay the last night with us. They tried the sleeper and immediately said they couldn't sleep on it. They slept on the couch itself and the chaise lounge chair instead. I supply a memory foam topper in my unit, and I've had feedback that it was a comfortable sleep. This would solve the problem, but since this isn't an option here, don't plan on utilizing the pull out sleeper if more than 2 people are staying in the unit, especially older people.

My husband, 2 kids and dog stayed in this condo and we had such a great time. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the condo. It was so clean and in a great location. We were able to walk to everything Folly Beach had to offer, plus it was wonderful being right on the beach. It was a short drive into downtown Charleston-maybe 15 minutes, if you ran into traffic. I will say that we were there for a quick trip-just a long weekend-if we were to stay any longer, we would need something bigger so we could all spread out. But, we knew we would be on the go the whole time and this was priced right and in the perfect spot. The next long weekend we book thoguh, we would definitely stay here again!

The condo was great-- my husband and I were at Folly Beach for a few rainy days and having such a comfortable place to stay helped chase away the disappointment of bad weather. The location was great and we were able to walk to the Crab Shack for several meals. When we go back to Folly Beach we'll stay at 2 Delightful

My sister, myself, and my sweet 11 lb child spent the week here and it is truly delightful! We had a wonderful time. The place is decorated beautifully, yet very comfortable. The location could not be better. It is a very family friendly beach. We were able to walk to dinner the nights we chose to go out. We are already planning our next visit.

We rented this condo with the expectations of simply getting away for a few days. We enjoyed the condo so much! It was so very clean, comfortable and well organized, we were amazed! We loved that we could walk to so many restaurants, sit on the lanai and enjoy the gorgeous view, and yet relax and sleep well inside. We brought our little dog and he also enjoyed it - the town is very dog friendly and we were able to take him to the restaurants and sit on the patios while we ate. We would definitely rent it again!

Condo exceeded our expectations! This was our first trip to Folly and we'll definitely be back! Condo was spotless, comfortable, and just what we needed for our little getaway. Plenty of restaurants within a block or two, and many shops to poke around in on the way to eat. Beach was very clean, and we found over 100 fossilized shark teeth just looking around in the sand! Atmosphere was very laid back, and the locals were so friendly and helpful. Lots of people had their dogs here, which was great. View from the balcony cannot be beat! We will definitely stay here again.

This condo met all of our expectations and then some! It was spotless, organized, and well stocked with necessities for the kitchen and laundry areas. Folly's Best Rentals also had great communication and made check-in/check-out very easy. Very pleasing decor throughout, nicely updated, and THAT VIEW! The pictures don't do it justice. You can watch the sunrise sitting in your PJs and sipping your coffee. We opted to get up and walk the beach each morning with the sunrise and it was quiet, peaceful, and stunningly beautiful. While great for shelling, the beach can be a bit rocky in some areas so be sure to have comfy beach shoes available. We decided this condo was the best possible location in Folly Beach...Bert's Market was a two minute walk and provided everything we needed for simple meals and beach snacks. All of Folly's restaurants are just a short walk so it's easy to slip off the beach and get some food. We enjoyed getting fresh shrimp and oysters at Crosby's and cooking dinner in the condo. Folly Beach is also close to all Charleston has to offer. 2 Delightful will for sure remain at the top of our list for a great beach vacation.

My husband and I were celebrating our 16th anniversary. We have been to Folly Beach many times and we usually stay in one of the properties at Folly Beach Suites. I have to say hands down this was the best unit. Newly renovated with special little touches. The large tile shower is wonderful. Can't wait to visit again.

I rented this property for my fiancé's surprise birthday getaway. He and I both loved it!!! The condo is well-appointed, has a spectacular view, and is perfectly located. When we arrived, we parked the car and we did not get in the car again until we had to leave. We had never been to Folly Beach before. We now intend to return as often as we can and we will always try to book this same property.

The location of this building could not have been better in terms of proximity to the beach, the pier, downtown, Bert's etc. The unit was very clean and well appointed and all the other renters were very pleasant as well. We loved this place! Everything you need is provided and I mean everything. The best part is the location. The view of the beach/ocean is amazing and the short walk to downtown made it a true beach vacation. Don't hesitate. Can't wait to go back!!

My family of 4 with one dog really enjoyed staying here. The King bed is comfortable as well as the Queen pull out couch. The linens provided were very nice. I loved the home décor as well. All the appliances are new, and the 2 TVs were huge. The view of the beach and pier were great. It was nice to have life guards on the beach for safety. Would definitely stay here again. I was surprised that they provided dish soap, dish washer detergent, some clothes detergent, several garbage bags, salt/pepper, and several rolls of toilet paper/paper towels. I usually have to provide all that when I rent a beach house. Be prepared for going up stairs, as expected for most beach houses/condos. Loved that we were able to park our car and walk to anything in Folly Beach!

Love Love Love this place!! From the Management attention to the attention to every last detail in this small but quaint and adorable place. The renovations are great and I can't say enough about how comfortable and what a great use of space. I came in on Friday evening and due to unforeseen circumstances the place was not clean, but I spoke with management and by the time I came back from dinner the place was spotless AND they reimbursed me for the cleaning fee. I have stayed at many places on Folly and this is definitely one of my favorites. Hope to stay there again.

My wife and I were looking for a winter getaway where we could take our dogs. We discovered dog owner heaven. Our dogs went everywhere with us. The dogs especially liked Bert's store, where they always received treats upon entering and which was only a 300 ft walk from the condo. Downtown is only a block away. We walked everywhere. When we did go by car, Charleston was only fifteen minutes away. The Condo is on the beach with great views from the deck. The interior has been recently remodeled and had a fresh, clean, new smell about it. I especially appreciated the large shower and tall showerhead. The kitchen had most all the essentials for cooking. The washer and dryer were very quiet. The one problem we had was leaving; we didn’t want to.

My husband and I were in town for a beach wedding. Most of the family stayed at a large home on the beach. We elected to have a piece of serenity to ourselves and this condo fulfilled all of our expectations. It was beautiful and very comfortable. It was also very convienent to everything. We could walk to resturants and stores or simply sit on the balconey drinking our coffee in the mornings. Would love to come back again. Greg was great to work with.

My wife and I were first-time visitors to the Charleston area and wanted to spend two nights on the beach. We made our reservations on only 7 days notice and were fortunate to find this wonderful condo on the beach! It is clean, neat, nicely decorated and perfectly suited for a couple. Best of all, it is on the beach and only a short walk to the pier and the downtown area where there are many excellent restaurants from which to choose. We walked the beach, went swimming and sat on the porch overlooking the ocean while reading books and enjoying a glass of wine. As for the check-in process, it was straightforward and easy and exactly as described by Greg, the booking agent. He was very professional and responsive. We would highly recommend this condo, particularly for those who want to be on the beach.

My husband and I just spent a long weekend here and it was perfect! We hadn't even left and were planning our next visit. So nice to hear the ocean from anywhere in the condo. Loved having the private deck and being able to walk wherever you wanted although if you did decide to stay in and cook the kitchen had everything you needed. The place was nicely decorated and very clean. A great place for a romantic getaway for a couple. Although the couch was a pull out sofa bed so you could have company if you wanted. Our only complaint was we didn't stay longer! Can't wait to go back and stay at 2 Delightful! Next time for longer!

We stayed there from September 4th through the 8th. It is a very nice little 2nd floor condo. There are four flights of stairs to get to the second floor form the parking area, so be sure you're up for the trip. The condo was equipped with just about everything you might want in terms of dishes, utensils, and the like. You are located only a block or two off the main street, so it's a pretty quick walk to almost everything. If you come to Folly, you should definitely try the Lost Dog Café for breakfast. You're also literally just steps from the beach and you can enjoy the fresh air, the sea breeze and a good cup of coffee (or wine) on the deck. The owner was also very organized and a pleasure to work with. All in all, a very good choice.

It's also walk-friendly to everything. And there was also a great neighbor friendly vibe to the whole property - nice folks all around us when we were there. Looking forward to going back.

My husband and I just returned from a long weekend vacation at this condo. The owner was accommodating and very helpful and organized with all of the details via email. The condo was the perfect size for my husband and I, and I can see where it would be great for a dog to join also. The location is perfect for spending a day on the beach, but also for walking to get dinner or go shopping. We go to Folly with family every summer, but we stay in a house that's far down the island, so it was really nice to be able to walk everywhere. We did have a couple of rainy days, but it was an easy drive into Charleston to enjoy what the city had to offer. The condo itself is in excellent condition: clean, comfy, and cozy. (And all of the windows are fantastic for ocean views and lots of sunlight!) We definitely plan to return someday!

This was our second trip to Folly and we stayed in 2-Delighful. The condo was perfect!! Clean and stocked as we were informed. The vista from the deck is worth a million and was perfect for enjoying a cocktail and watching the tides roll in and out. The beach is simply gorgeous, not crowded and clean. Oh, did I mention that there is a washer and dryer too?? EXCELLENT!!! We are already deciding when to return next year. Looking forward to heading back to Rita's and Locklears..great food and great prices...mustn't forget the Crab Shack!!!! GREAT! Please take a look at this condo, you won't be sorry!! This was our first stay in Folly Beach. Loved every minute of it. The condo was absolutely perfect for the 2 of us and our dog. Loved that it was a corner unit, felt very private and we were able to put up a baby gate and let our dog out on the porch with us without having to keep him on a leash. Folly Beach is quaint. Loved being able to walk to walk every where....Rita's was our favorite hang out but enjoyed all the other restaurants mentioned in the earlier review. Our intent was to relax on the beach when not sightseeing in Charleston. It was just perfect. The walk to the beach from the condo was within 100 feet, just incredible. Very quiet, clean beach and area near condo was nice. The condo offered all luxuries needed when on vacation. It was just delightful to chill on the porch, read magazines, sip on margarita's, listen to the ocean. Definitely plan to come back. Thanks for a comfortable place to make home.

What a delight it was to stay in 2 Delightful! Honestly, the pictures do not do this condo justice! Folly Beach has several condo units along the beach, however what sets this unit apart is steps directly from your front door to the beach! I loved not having to pack a giant beach bag with towels, drinks, snacks, books, sunscreen, boogie boards, chairs, etc. Because your condo is a 1-minute walk across the beach and up some stairs, we were able to come and go from the beach as we wanted. I could soak the sun’s rays all day long, but my husband gets restless, so he loved staying here because he could take a break in the shade of our deck/porch whenever needed. It also allowed us to check on our dog multiple times throughout the day (dogs are allowed on Folly Beach prior to 10 am and after 6 pm). It was also great that as soon as 10 am struck, we’d walk the dog upstairs, and then come right back down to enjoy the rest of the morning! We found the condo in perfect condition! My favorite aspect of the condo was the porch/deck. I enjoyed watching the tide come in each afternoon with my husband and our dog as we enjoyed a beer or glass of wine! The Adirondack chairs provided were awesome! We also loved that 2 Delightful is a corner unit! Having brought our dog along for vacation we found that he could enjoy the deck/front porch with us if we simply blocked off the “doorway” to the walkway with a baby gate. The condo is in a perfect location to many great dining options! We never walked further than 10 minutes for any meal. Some of our favorites were breakfast at Lost Dog (dog friendly), onion rings at Surf Bar, the rooftop bar at Snapper Jack’s (as well as the fried pepper jack cheese cubes), the burger with pimento cheese at Rita’s! Also Bert’s (the local market) was a 3-minute walk from the condo. From the outside Bert’s doesn’t look too impressive, however when you step inside you’ll find they have a wide variety of products –everything from organic and natural food options to hot, ready-to-eat corn dogs, as well as free coffee and hot chocolate 24 hours a day! I’m already planning to come back next year!
