Beautiful home, very comfortable & very clean. Loved the fenced in back yard!! However, there is a small opening at the back right of fence that has a block in front of it. A smaller dog could fit through there as mine tried but I caught her before she was able to get under it! Saw deer in the marsh 2 nights! Very convenient access to the beach. Would definitely recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

We had 10 people (2 kids and 8 adults) staying at this property and we had a wonderful time. We were directly across the street from the beach and under 2 miles from town. The street was pretty quiet. The house was very well maintained and the manager was very responsive to our one call.

The house was fantastic for what we needed. We had one dog and she was able to run around out back when needed in the great fenced in yard. Only down side was the bugs around the house, since a few of us are very sensitive to mosquitos, but that did not stop us from having a great time. The walk to the beach was great and not bad at all.

It’s a great house with lots of different rooms so guests can feel like they have their own space . The screened in porch , backyard and outdoor shower were great especially traveling with pets. We will definitely be back.

Great location, nicely decorated, perfect space for our family trip. Suggestion would be to add mirrors in the bedrooms upstairs to facilitate getting ready faster with only 1 bathroom upstairs.

Really enjoyed staying here. Had plenty of room and the walk to the beach was very easy and close by. Not having to pay for parking near the beach like other visitors to Folly is a BIG plus. The area where this rental is feels safe and secure. We had two 1 year olds with us and we never felt in danger or unsafe. The rental was fully stocked as stated and everything worked as it’s meant to. Will be staying here again in the future

This is a wonderful beach house. The house is just across the street from the beach. A very quick and easy walk. Everything was very clean. The home is managed by a rental company and any communication I had was through that company. They do not allow early check in without a $100 fee (even if you just want to check in an hour early). They then ask you to notify them of an early check out to help them out. I have used beach rental companies before and they will notify you as soon as the house is ready. Overall, the stay was wonderful and I would recommend this house. The rental company trying to make more money was very disappointing.

Great beds, nice kitchen, great location, and great customer service. The kitchen was without any spices or coffee filters but we were able to get all of that at Bert’s Market on the island. I recommend this house.

Our beach getaway with family was a wonderful way to ring in the New Year! Our family has plenty of room in the well furnished house. We took daily beach walks with our dog and collected many shells and shark teeth. Great place for a relaxing family gathering.

Awesome stay and property. Perfect for us! What an incredible location so close to beach, literally steps from access and privacy with marsh behind. The fenced-in yard and the gated area by back steps, made taking dogs out so Easy! (Would be great for kids too!) Back porch with the marsh view was perfect for coffee sipping and relaxing! Having 4 king beds was wonderful too! Also liked being able to close off upper bedrooms! Will definitely be back and recommend to friends.

Three of our adult children arrived on property a few hours prior to us. Upon our arrival they met us out front with big grins stating, "Mom, you're going to be so happy, the place definitely meets your cleaning standards." This property was immaculate. For being a beach property, there wasn't a grain of sand to be seen. The outdoor shower was great for cleaning up after the beach. One of my daughters preferred to shower there even when we hadn't been to the beach. The kitchen was functional, the island worked well for food prep, and the open concept kept me included in conversations with family relaxing in the living area. The location to the beach access was perfect. We were able to go back and forth easily to eat lunch, refill our water bottles, and use the facilities. The bathrooms were spacious enough to enable 4 young ladies and myself to do make-up and hair without getting in each other's way in preparation for a wedding that we attended, which was the main purpose of our trip to SC. I would love to return to this property with my family in the future.

This was our first time taking a family beach trip the week after Christmas and we loved it!! We didn't know what to expect, but the weather was great and the location of the house was awesome. We took many walks on the beach. And it's the dog friendliest place. Folly Beach is such a gem. We can't wait to visit again!

great place literally steps from the beach! privacy of the location is nice. a bit overbearing on the “rules list” but definitely a great air bnb. would consider staying again !
