We really enjoyed our stay mainly for the fact it was walking distance to everything. The house is next to a public beach access path and right off the main strip with all the restaurants and bars. If we ever visit again, we will be absolutely staying here again.

Cute little cottage in a great location! The house is not fancy but it is clean and well stocked with the basics for an easy stay. Kitchen island has space for a group to gather and the screen porch is great for bug free evening hangs.

Great stay. Convenient locations. Definitely bring your own dish soap as it’s not provided but otherwise great place to stay. Air bnb messed up the address and sent us to wrong house but the company was very responsive and fixed the issue quickly.

The property is as listed. We enjoyed our stay. It’s only 2 blocks to the main road and about 5 blocks to the beach. There is a walking beach access road on the one side of the rental, but I felt it easier to walk to the end of the block to 2nd St and then down to the beach. The backyard is an added bonus to hang out and awesome for off road parking. The bathroom has a hairdryer available for use. Thanks for providing a wonderful stay!

Loved it here! Great little back yard and enclosed porch as well. The space was clean and had all the amenities we needed too! Location is great! Loved being able to walk to the beach and all the restaurants and shops nearby too. Would definitely stay here again.

It is a great little cottage! My husband and I went with another couple and our basset hound. we had so much fun. The house is really close to all the fun restaurants and bars as well as the beach!! It was really clean with nice furnishings. The backyard patio was a great place to sit and have a glass of wine. We really enjoyed it.

Good location understanding there’s a public beach path right by the front of the house. We just kept the blinds closed for the most part. Nice yard but it would be awesome if it was totally fenced. Lots of room for frisbee during non-dog beach hours.

This is a perfect location to head either to the beach for early sunrise walks, shopping days and dining evenings. We loved the back patio under the trees for a glass of wine late afternoon. The property is also just a short walk to Bert's for great food to go. Keep in mind, this is an older property so it has it's wear and tear and not for those looking for fancy. The floor has some uneven thresholds, but we got used to them fairly quickly. Management dropped off a nice insulated mug and we received a lovely personalized Thank You note upon our return. Folly's Best Rentals seems to be a very well run organization. We would definitely stay there again!

This rental was perfect for my boyfriend, our puppy dog, and myself. The only thing i will mention, is the back screened door needs a hook latch. My dog pushed door open a few times and got out to the neighbors driveway. We ended up rigging it so she couldnt get out. We cant wait to hopefully get back to folly amd stay in your home. House is perfect for a few friends to stay. Toilet had an issue and wouldn’t flush but had to play with it to get it to work. One of the bedroom fans didn’t work. Other than that it was a great spot to walk to places and to the beach! Would recommend this place to any small party!

We were so lucky to find this cottage available with only a months notice! We didn’t spend a lot of time at the cottage because we were surrounded by the best of Folly. Short walk to the beach, short walk to the grocery store, short walk to shops, bars and restaurants. And the cottage was outfitted with everything we needed. Great outdoor space too!

Very nice place, a couple of blocks to beach and downtown. Mosquitos were on the prowl, so carry spray. I think if the grass had been cut, we could have enjoyed sitting outside. Even though the washer was not delivered, Folly Rentals, offered to help.

The location of the unit was perfect. We were close enough to town and beach we were located within a reasonable distance of family to be able to celebrate and still relax at Folly. The unit is basic but provided everything one needs to function. The only complaint was not being able to raise the a/c so we weren’t so cold.

We had questions at check in, and Folly’s Best staff were super responsive and helpful even though it was after hours. The house was amazingly clean. We were very comfortable for our vacation. It’s so convenient to the beach and restaurants and shops. We walked everywhere.
