Tres Amigos is a fantastic place to spend time on Folly Beach. Its location is ideal for all that is Folly--walking to Center St and all the shop and restaurants (but also removed just enough to not be in the midst of all the activity); a few blocks from Bert's Market (the 24 hour market great for groceries, beach sandwiches, and ice cream); and a few blocks from the beach.
The pictures did not do Tres Amigos justice! The home looks even nicer in person with an open concept kitchen living room and 3 nicely sized bedrooms. The space was perfect for our family of four plus 2 adult guests. I highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

Our stay at Tres Amigos was awesome. The home is near Center St. with all the businesses/restaurants- very walkable. Beach access path is right next to the house. There’s a golf cart rental next door and the hosts provided us discount codes. Driveway - 2 SUVs and a golf cart can fit. Lots of people out and about. We were female only group & felt safe, no issues at all. The interior was open, bright, clean, spacious. Everything looks clean and new. They gave us soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, detergent pods for laundry, dishwasher, sponges , dishwashing liquid, etc., paper towels, toilet paper, ample towels, extra blankets in closets, trash bags. Many food utensils, plates, pots, pans, bakeware are present. Ample storage space in kitchen. I’d recommend bringing your oils, seasonings of choice for making your food. Harris Teeter and Publix are a quick drive.Bring extra hangers if you have lots of clothes. We loved the home and the hosts, will be back!

Better than expected, it was immaculate, well furnished, comfy beds, fully stocked kitchen and everything you would need for a great stay. Walkable to restaurants and shops. We had a long weekend with our CofC daughter. Tres Amigos is in the best location to walk to restaurants and beach. The home is clean and has all necessary amenities. We will definitely be returning!

We loved our stay at this airbnb! It’s a super short walking distance to the beach and center street. The fully equipped kitchen has more than enough items to cook with than any rental I’ve ever stayed in. The primary bath was exquisite. A few beach chairs were provided, along dish soap, laundry pods, etc. My only recommendation would be to get softer mattresses. It felt like we were sleeping on a brick. Other than that, this home gets a 10 out of 10! We’ll definitely be back.

Was a great place to stay, the house had a perfect set up, with the 3 king size bedrooms and big open great room and kitchen. Was so close to all the restaurants and so easy to get to the beach. Will recommend it and will be going back.

This place was great. It smelled freshly cleaned when we entered. My mini goldendoodle loved the yard! I love the fact that each room has a king sized bed. Restaurants and bars are all in walking distance. The beach is only a few blocks away.

Great family place. Everything was there including the kitchen sink. Only one concerns was voiced with the Best's host and was well understood. We will be back. The location is beside a golf cart rental, when we were turning in the property a lady yelled, "You can't pause here." I simply waited my turn and turned into the parking space and smiled at her. Guess she thought I was going to park in front of the business which I was not. The walk to the beach was fine with four young kids. Probably a block or so long through a shady path. Great place. Beautifully newly remodeled home. I wish it was my home.

Beautiful home close to bars, restaurants, bert’s market, gas station and more. Comfortable and clean furniture and a great kitchen with everything you need to have a night in to cook. Met the owner and he was super nice! Would 100% stay here again.

The rental was even better than expected. So clean and newly renovated. We could walk to everything we wanted. All bedrooms offer a king size bed with ample interior space. Six adults were very comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor space and large fenced in yard for our dog. We will definitely rent this house again.

This recently renovated home was very thoughtfully done with high end finishes, an incredible master bath, bright open spaces, a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of off-street parking, nice outdoor spaces, and even an outdoor shower to clean up after the beach. Three spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds and a large great room provided plenty of space for our family of 5 to spread out and enjoy our week there, and our 2 dogs loved the fenced in yard. Highly recommend this home for your family’s Folly Beach vacation!

This was perfect for our family’s weekend getaway to Folly Beach! We had 3 adults, our toddler (almost two) and six-week-old infant. The layout of the rooms was perfect for our needs. Aside from a few Palmetto bugs (which I understand are unavoidable at the beach) the place was spotless, and even more inviting than the great pictures online portrayed. We didn’t bring any animals, but the yard was a huge plus, since our toddler enjoyed running around to burn off energy. As it was dog-friendly I was a little worried there would be evidence of previous furry friends, but this wasn’t the case inside or out.
We walked to restaurants and shops on Center Street in less than 5 minutes, and to the beach in about 15 minutes (with a full wagon and the kids).
The host was promptly responsive regarding the rental and recommendations on beach gear rentals, which was much appreciated. I’ve never stayed in the same AirBNB twice, but this place may be a reason to!
