***This home is currently for sale*** One of Folly’s Best! The Happy Little Beach House is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom private home, perfect for up to eight guests. Reunite friends and family in this recently renovated, modern beach retreat. No need for your car while on the island as it is less than a 5-minute walk to the beach and Center St., where you can find local restaurants and shops. The sunroom is the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee or evening game nights. Take a short walk to the Folly Beach pier to watch fishermen and view a golden sunset.

The kitchen has sleek new appliances and is fully stocked with the tools you need to make a delicious meal. There is cable as well as streaming services to catch up on your favorite show. The three bedrooms consist of a king bed and two queen beds. Peacefully wake up to the sunrise on the two twin daybeds in the sunroom. For groups that need more space, there is a twin sofa bed in the living room. The hall bathroom has a shower/tub combination. Through the kitchen, there is a washer and dryer. On the backside of the home is an outdoor shower.

The Happy Little Beach House allows 2 well-behaved, house-broken, flea-treated dogs with approval. There is off-street parking for 3 cars. This property is licensed by the city of Folly Beach as a vacation rental - License Number: LIC053570. Because of the potential for fraud, we would not recommend booking a property not licensed by the city of Folly Beach as a vacation rental.

This is a simple smart house w all the basic things u might need!! Perfect central location! Easy walk to the public beach (4 blocks), Center street (where there r many shops, restaurants and bars), Chico Feo (amazing outdoor bar/music/food), the market (for any groceries) and easy walk to our favorite breakfast place, Lost Dog Cafe. Bed and bedding were comfortable and clean! Outdoor porch is darling and house is so quaint! Our boys enjoyed the outdoor shower. It would be nice to have a walking path so u don’t get dirty feet. Some simple things they could add are trash cans (only one is in the kitchen), a pizza tray and sound machines for the bedrooms (most airbnb have these now). We would absolutely stay here again and hope too. We would suggest others to too!

We really loved our stay. The location can't be beat. It's a five minute walk to our now favorite restaurant/bar called Low Life. From there, you can walk the main drag down to the beach, or there is a more direct route of just two blocks directly from the house to the beach. The house has everything you need to make your stay comfortable.
