The Chill Station

The Chill Station is made up of two homes that share a backyard gate making them the perfect duo. The Chill Station is perfect for those groups wanting to spend a vacation together, but want their own space at the end of the day. Both homes are located right next to a beach access path for easy access to the beautiful ocean. They are also within a block of Center St. where you can find local restaurants and beach shops.

License to Chill is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom beach cottage nestled on a hill surrounded by lush greenery and palms. This private oasis has a completely fenced-in terrace, perfect for grilling and lounging. The well-appointed kitchen opens to the living room and dinette. The modern kitchen features Frigidaire Gallery stainless steel appliances. The 2 bedrooms and upstairs loft are all fitted with queen beds to comfortably sleep 6 guests. The master bedroom has a shower and the second bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The upstairs loft features a lounge/playroom with seating, huge beanbags, and games. There is a washer and dryer and Wi-Fi too! Wash off the sand and sea with the outdoor shower, both hot and cold water. Two parking spaces are reserved on the street in front of the property, but please be aware that we cannot guarantee availability and are not legally able to regulate the space (street parking is first come/first served). Additionally please note that propane and cleaning of the grill is the responsibility of the guest.

Vacation Station is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom cottage that can accommodate 4 guests. There is off-street parking and a large yard with a patio in the back of the home. Towering palms provide shade from the South Carolina sun and make this yard a perfect spot for lazy lounging afternoons. Inside, there is a full kitchen equipped for cooking, a dining area, and comfortable living room seating. Both bedrooms are appointed with queen beds and there is one bathroom with a shower tub combination. This home also has a washer and dryer and Wi-FI. If clean and simple is what you are looking for then Vacation Station is the property for you!
