This condo exceeded our expectations. It was just like the pictures, but made us feel right at home. The location is great and so close to everything. Parking was great and it's easy to find. Great place, right on the beach and a good sized place. Balcony was lovely. Slightly tricky figuring out where the parking was due to the way the street is laid out, follow the instructions given and you'll be fine.

We had a lovely stay at Pier Pleasure. Couldn’t ask for a better location and everything in the condo was nice and in good condition. Point off for no jetted tub and the unit number was hard to find in description.

Property was excellent overall; comfortable, clean and well furnished. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony deck area in the evenings. It was a short walk to the beach and local shops and restaurants. The close proximity to Charleston, 20 minutes, allowed taking in some southern culture, something that seems more difficult along the gulf coast. I will definitely consider this property again if a future need arises. Note: on the evening of our arrival, the outlet fitting to the water heater burst. We shut off the water to the water heater and called Folly's Best management. They had a new water heater installed by about 1pm the next day. I was thoroughly impressed with the efficiency in which this situation was resolved. We spent most of the next morning and afternoon at the beach anyway, and it had little impact on our stay. Trust Folly's Best.

So lucky to have found this condo! Everything about the condo was great but the porch was AMAZING. We loved sitting on the huge deck giving us a view of the water and loads of people watching. My friends and I had a great time staying at this airbnb!! The unit was really clean, the beds and couches were all super comfortable, and the balcony was so peaceful and pretty to look out from. The community in folly beach was really friendly, and as a female in my 20s I always felt safe walking around day or night. Follys best rentals was also a great company to rent from. They were super responsive and helpful whenever we needed them. We’ve been coming to Folly multiple times a year since the mid 90s and I pick different rentals based on the time of year, who is coming with us, and how long we are staying. This condo is perfect for people who want to be close to Center St., the pier, and Bert’s (and who don’t mind a little noise). For us and our adult children, it was perfect to go to the beach and to visit the restaurants and bars. The condo itself was super clean and has definitely gone out of its way to make it convenient and comfortable. There is a big beautiful balcony to sit on and people watch. And even though the condo is on the 2nd block in, you can even see a sliver of the ocean from it. You get 2 parking spots and it was not difficult to find free parking on Cooper for our 3rd car. If you are familiar with Folly and want to be where the action is, this is a great option.

Only drawback was the restaurant next door had a loud DJ playing on Saturday night. We enjoyed the music, but if someone with small kids might not love it.

This is the nicest place I've stayed at. Came fully furnished. VERY clean. Spacious. Even had a baby stroller in closet. We forgot ours so this one helped alot. Huge tvs in 2 bedrooms and main room. Walking distance to beach, several shops, gas station and small restaurants. Definitely will be back here. Highly recommend. Very satisfied.

Nice area, very walkable to the beach, very well stocked and clean. Hosts were very responsive with any questions. Parking was a little confusing at first and club next door was a little loud but they shut down promptly at 11. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back.

Amazing and comfortable stay at Folly’s best condos. Highly recommend for a small group trip in Folly Beach or Charleston. The room is cozy and clean and facing the sea with only a few minutes walk from the beach and bars.
The pricing for the hotel is reasonable as well comparing with other hotels in Charleston or Folly beach. I think this is an excellent deal .

As soon as we walked into the unit, we could tell it was very well maintained and was the perfect location. The unit is right next to Taco Boy restaurant but we did not hear any noise from it or around us. There are so many bars and restaurants and shopping practically at your door. There is private parking and an elevator. You walk across two streets and you are on the beach next to the pier. The unit is beautifully designed with nice furniture inside and out and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had tons of dishes and pots and pans and small appliances. We loved our weekend away and would use this same unit again.

What a clean and relaxing condo! We had everything we needed for our little family, from rented beach chairs to laundry in the unit. We spent our days at the beach, then walked to any number of restaurants for dinner. We did cook breakfast and lunch in the unit, which was easy with all the tools provided. The proximity to Center Street means that you get more of the night life, like music from bars and clubs on weekend nights, but they shut down at a reasonable hour. Very happy to have spent our vacation at Pier Pleasure!

The pictures of this property don’t do it, or it’s proximity to the heart of Folly Beach, justice! The place was clean and appeared to be well maintained. The size of the balcony was an extra bonus. Had a great time enjoying spring break with my young adult granddaughters. Great beach with easy rentals of umbrellas, chairs, and bikes. Condo was beautiful (nice furnishings, bathroom fixtures, decor) and kitchen was very well-appointed with everything you would need for easy cooking. Large outside porch was great for sipping coffee in the morning and wine in the afternoon. Don't be put off by the location. There was very little noise from nearby businesses.

A great place! Very clean and spacious and everything is within walking distance. The beach, the main strip, Bert's Market, all less than a 5 minute walk. In fact some of the best Tacos I've ever had were made right next door at Taco Boy. For all the money we saved on parking it was worth booking a little closer.

Our stay was fantastic. The condo was very clean and looks to have been recently updated. We had lots of space for two people. We really enjoyed being close to bars and restaurants. The weather was perfect. Would definitely return!!

As soon as we walked into the unit, we could tell it was very well maintained and was the perfect location. The unit is right next to Taco Boy restaurant but we did not hear any noise from it or around us. There are so many bars and restaurants and shopping practically at your door. There is private parking and an elevator. You walk across two streets and you are on the beach next to the pier. The unit is beautifully designed with nice furniture inside and out and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had tons of dishes and pots and pans and small appliances. We loved our weekend away and would use this same unit again.

As a short term rental owner myself, I’m very picky about other places. I have to say, this place was insanely clean and organized. The location was perfect for a quick beach getaway. The manager was so kind to handle a missing watch we forgot. I can’t say enough great things.

What a clean and relaxing condo! We had everything we needed for our little family, from rented beach chairs to laundry in the unit. We spent our days at the beach, then walked to any number of restaurants for dinner. We did cook breakfast and lunch in the unit, which was easy with all the tools provided. The proximity to Center Street means that you get more of the night life, like music from bars and clubs on weekend nights, but they shut down at a reasonable hour. Very happy to have spent our vacation at Pier Pleasure!

We loved our stay! The location is perfect. You are steps away from the beach and the downtown of Folly. You won't need a golf cart or car to get to everything you need on the island. The condo was in great shape, very clean, very cool and it smelled great as well. It had all the amenities you would expect. Our only note of caution has nothing to do with the rental itself but with its proximity to Taco Boy next door. The restuarant, which is great and highly recommended, turns into something of night club in the evening and the music, which shuts off at 11pm, could be clearly heard in our bedrooms. It would be nice if they turned it down a little. But that's a minor complaint and not a slight against Folly's Best at all. Just a heads up if you want to go to bed early on the weekends. We would stay here again!

The pictures of this property don’t do it, or it’s proximity to the heart of Folly Beach, justice! The place was clean and appeared to be well maintained. The size of the balcony was an extra bonus. Great location, very close to the beach and the main strip. The condo is clean and well-stocked. It is right next to a restaurant/ bar, which is very loud on Friday and Saturday nights. Otherwise, everything was great!

The condo was very clean and just as described. Loved how close we were to the ocean and to bars/restaurants. The weekend night noise was a little loud at Taco Boy, but it didn't go on really late at night. The porch was amazing for sitting and people watching. We enjoyed our stay!

Had a great time enjoying spring break with my young adult granddaughters. Great beach with easy rentals of umbrellas, chairs, and bikes. Condo was beautiful (nice furnishings, bathroom fixtures, decor) and kitchen was very well-appointed with everything you would need for easy cooking. Large outside porch was great for sipping coffee in the morning and wine in the afternoon. Don't be put off b y the location. There was very little noise from nearby businesses.

A great place! Very clean and spacious and everything is within walking distance. The beach, the main strip, Bert's Market, all less than a 5 minute walk. In fact some of the best Tacos I've ever had were made right next door at Taco Boy. For all the money we saved on parking it was worth booking a little closer.

Condo was very clean, close to the beach and lots of room for 6 people. It was chilly during our visit in March so could have used more blankets in the closet, but I think it was unusually cold for this time o year. Would high recommend this condo to friend and family and will book again.

Really enjoyed our stay. Only a block off the beach right across from the Pier and a block away from Center St. Condo was larger than the pictures indicate. Get location to the beach and less than 20 min drive into downtown Charleston.

Unfortunately, there was a lot of construction going on around our condo that caused a bit of noise early in the mornings however the location was perfect. I highly recommend the condo, however, be aware that the cable service is not that reliable and very limited.

Upon entry of the unit, we found it be very clean and well stocked. We were a little hesitant about the location but it was a nice change of pace from being directly on the beach front. Thank you HomeAway! We do plan to use your services again as we love Folly Beach and consider it our "Happy Place"! This unit is very close to the center of town and the many restaurants and shops that we frequent during our stay. As always, Taco Boy and The Black Magic Café are our favorites.

We were directly across from the main pier on Folly Beach and only one house on the the right separated us from all the restaurants and bars. During the day, there are multiple food trucks set up directly around the condo area for snacking which was awesome and the public beach access was one block away and no problem at all to get to by foot. The condo was wonderful and we hope to stay there again soon! Thank you for having us!

 This is a great condo! We stayed here for my best friend's bachelorette party. The condo is very spacious and has a great porch that overlooks the main street. You can easily walk to many restaurants, shops, and the beach. We went to Charleston for the night and it was very close. The beds sleep great and there is plenty of bathroom space for 6 girls. I would highly recommend this condo. I would love to go back. There is an elevator, which makes bringing heavy bags up, a breeze. The kitchen is also beautiful. Great place!

This condo was as advertised. Clean, close to the beach, close to town, and stocked with soap and such to get your week started without an immediate trip to the store. Kitchen was well stocked for the cooks! It worked for us because we got March rates before they went up. Our favorite part was probably hanging out on the shaded balcony as we ate meals, had morning coffee, and watched people coming and going.

We just spent a few days in this condo. We were all very impressed. I hate to leave a great review because it may make it harder for me to get it again in the future. However, it would be a disservice to those looking for a great place to stay. The process to rent was very easy. The location was great. Parking not a problem at all. The unit was clean, stylish and very comfortable. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone. Affordable and not too highly priced which also makes it desirable. Hope to use it again soon. Debbie
