301 Beach Breeze

Great house and yard; I booked this property because it was pet friendly and had a fully fenced backyard. Upon arrival we discovered the back gate was padlocked OPEN ?? We needed to scramble to come up with a solution to block those 8 feet from 3 small dogs. Otherwise it was an uneventful stay and we enjoyed Folly Beach!

This was a great location close to everything we needed and wanted. We loved being a few blocks away from the main strip. The place itself was spacious and very comfortable. We loved the fenced yard and wrap around screened porch.

Very nice house. We did not cook much, but the kitchen was well stocked with equipment. Also, it is a short walk to the beach and to Center street for restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay here again.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The house decor has a great vibe. Kitchen was fully stocked. Appliances were very nice. Bathrooms were wonderful. The location is fantastic. It is a very quiet neighborhood but a quick walk or ride to all the action. We rented a golf cart and bikes. Never had to use the car. The screened wrap around porch was perfect for reading and relaxing. The manager was quick to fix a flipped breaker for W/D after a storm. The house has a great beach feel with updated amenities. We will be back!

It was so fun to be in a home with more personality and art surrounding us. The location was prime to walk to the beach, shops and our favorite spots (Chico Feo and Bert's). We had four teenagers and they could walk anywhere and were fully safe in doing so. The kitchen was fully stocked with spices and cooking oil which made it easy and they even gave us trash bags and paper towels so we didn't have to purchase any. This was a great spot and we hope to stay here again next year.

The house was as advertised. Very clean with a fantastic location between the beach and the main shoppe area of Folly beach. We had a couple of annoying items with the sink drainage and washing machine, but those things happen. The property manager could have been more responsive. Overall we had a wonderful time and would recommend the property for families. Quiet, yet very accessible for walking to everything.

My wife and I stayed here with our son and his two daughters, ages 6 and 12. It was a wonderful stay. The property is very convenient and met our needs perfectly. It is close to the Beach, close to everything we wanted to see in Folly Beach itself, and con lenient to Charleston. A wonderful vacation trip for the our entire family.

We had a group of 3 couples stay and it’s the perfect house for a group. Plenty of space and each room had its own bathroom. Kitchen and house was well stocked with just about anything you could possibly need. Would absolutely stay again.

Only stayed for a weekend but great location- walk to beach and walk to restaurants, shops. Decor was very fun and eclectic. The kitchen was well stocked. Had a dog with us so the fenced in backyard was a plus!

Property surpassed ad and was a luxurious comfortable (and well equipped) home a few blocks from the beach and the main commercial area. Folley Beach is well worth the stay.
